harassment

Continued harassment for payment of an expired contract. They use tactics that include trying to engage you to argue and then use the same arguement against you. This is old school stuff. There really have no negotiating skills. If they did the would probably make reasonable settlements and move on. I wonder if the companies that use these heathens really know what exactly they do. They try to collect at least 4 times any disputed amount. Just CROOKS!!! CIT Technologies is the company they are representing. They will not provide documentation or contracts.

Telephone Harrassment

I am not even the focus of the debt, I'm not even a co-signer. I just happen to know a party they are attempting to collect on whom they apparently do not know how to contact. They call continually stating the phone calls will never stop unless I give them information on how to contact the people they are attempting to collect on in an attempt to intimidate me. I will record future phone calls.
