encrochment in mcd park
dear sir,

i am the resident of keshav puram delhi where the people has crossed all the limits of enrohment. there is a common mcd park in c8 block which is comletely encroched by the ground floor residents of 24 mig flts and moreover the common gully space has been also used as the personel space of ground floor residents.

the residents talk it like that the common park is their personnel property and they are the owner of it.
the ground floor residents has closed all the ways to reach the park and moreover they are doing cementing on the greenland.

previously the hon'ble court has also warned the people for not doing so but every time the mcd takes action the scenario becomes same after two months.

please look in to the matter as the people are not only doing encrochment in park space but also manupilating the green land and trees in the park according to their needs.

i request mcd commissioner to take park in his ownership so that it wud be reachable by a common man also.

Malva dumping
I had made the following complaint more tnean 10 days bback. No action has been taken on the complaint so far. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis

We reside in J-427, New Rajinder Nagar, There is a lot of (Malva) rubble lying in front of adjoining house J-426. People are going on adding malva to it, taking it as a dumping ground. Lately even garbage is being dumped there. A lot of people now are also urinating there, making living next door impossible. There is a need to remove the malva on urgent basis and also the entire area needs to be cleaned up. Please look into the matter on urgent basis

it has been 30 years since we are staying at our house which is located in murliwala kuan sabzi mandi, ghanta ghar, delhi 110007. It has now become a big pain to stay here now due to many of the reasons mentioned below:
1) Encroachment on the road in font of our house and in the whole mandi inspite of having their own shops.We have lost our right to come to our own house on vehicle at any point of time.

2) vegitable sellers not at all take care of the cleanliness. they throw all their waste in the middle of the road causing danger to our health. many a times our family members have slipped and got fractured due to un attended garbage thrown in the middle of the road at night.if someone comes between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM in the morning you will feel as if you are entering a dustbin with cow dung, wrotten vegitables, polythenes, containers and other stuff lying all across the road. this shows the failure of mcd to keep delhi clean causing lot of health hazard to our life. It may even cause many diseases due to allowing the vegetable sellers to throw garbade in the middle of the road.Please find attached the photographs of the location to see the situation every night. Even stray cows are found roaming here and there in the streets between 8:00PM to 10:30 PM in the night which also sometimes results in the accidents to the two wheelers.

3)It is pain to see that a very few of times mcd has thought of taking some action to remove the encroachment but it was just an eyewash and you will not see the next day that anything had happened here.

I would request the government to take a strong action on the same to avoid any health hazard to the people staying nearby and to stop spreading of any kind of epidemic due to the same. Inspite of writing so many conplaints in the grivience sites no action is being taken for the past 1 year. Now even high court has declared that mcd can remove encroachment on public land without any notice.Still no action is being taken.

Sir,

illegal construction has been done on the 3rd floor of WZ-40 Mukhram Park Extn, Tilak Nagar, new delhi - 110018, plot is of 100sqyd the construction of 3rd floor has been done, it is lease hold so no official map is there also it is part. The said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws. After construction house will be sold in floors with no proper parking arrangment.


in view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 3rd floor.

blockage of sever
Dear Sir,
We are the resident of south extn-II New Delhi 110049.We are facing lots of problem due to ignorance of MCD. Sir there are two 'NALA' in south ex-II area and the severs are not linked any where so that everytime there is moisture into walls every where. in rainy season the situation became pathetic. all dirty and smelly water entered into the house.
you are requested to inspect the area and go through the problem and resolve it at the earliest.

unautherised constuction
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that there has been a continuous unauthorised and illegal construction going on at plot no 9, Laxmi Garden, Moti Nagar, and New Delhi-15. The following land comes under the competency of DDA and I also came to know that DDA issued a demolition notice for the same (Exhibit “A”). Shockingly, the owner of the building without paying any heed to the said demolition notice is constructing the building. However, it is very shocking and surprising that how come the DDA allow the continuation of such illegal construction when he has already issued a demolition notice to the owner, this itself reveals that your department officers have shook hands with the owner so that he can attain its illegal goal. Moreover, the story does not end here; it was more shocking and surprising when I saw ICICI Bank hanged its Sign board on the same plot. When I inquired, I came to know that ICICI Bank is willing to establish its branch in the same plot. How can your department issue an NOC to such unauthorized building which is already under demolition stage? Moreover, the establishment of bank will bring lot of problem for general public and for the local residents those are:

 Parking problem,
 Problem for side walkers,
 Safety problem,
 Traffic Jam problem,
 Hoarding problem,
 Noise pollution problem,
 Crime problem and etc.


With the above mention problems and initial building status we request you to look out in this matter in a serious way .

Illqgal Construction
This is hers by inform you that their is illegal construction is going ahead at 2/18 single story Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi -15 India . <br />
In single story flat the owner is making 2 nd floor and 3rd floor .& the stairs are laying on Road . <br />
WhyPolice & Local Mcd Body are not taking any action on this. ?

Unauthorised Dranage Water Pipes
I want to lodge a complaint against the residents(IInd & IIIrd Floors) of our colony(GH-2 ANKUR APPTS, PASCHIM VIHAR), who placed a dranage pipe(Unauthorised small pipes placed on their Balcony to discharge waste/dirty water) outside our houses(Ground Floor) and from those pipes they keep flushing their dirty water, which falls and gathers in front of our gates. Now-a-days Delhi Govt. already facing a problem of DENGUE & SWINE FLU, then these kind of storage of dirty water, provide good condition/enviroment for developing Mosquitos & will cause of spreading these diseases and become epidamics.<br />
So i request you to please take a speacial note of this complaint and take necessary actions. Waiting for your strong & quick action for the same.<br />

illegal Construction
Dear Sir,
We are the resident of Gali no 59, Lekhu Nagar, Tri Nagar, Delhi 10035 and we want to draw the kind attention of Delhi Government and MCD department that in this gali a property dealer is constructing a building in 50 guz area with 6 floors with lower quality of material and this can be so dangerous it can break down any time.
we are surprising that even a MCD or any Policeman did not come to see this construction because this dealer has already warm there pocket with huge bribe amount.
we all citizens fears from the dealer because he has connection with some unsocial elements and one family has already suffered with his terror.

so it is our humble request to stop this unauthorized construction before a tragedy occurred.

We are the owners of various Flats/Portions in the Building Built on G-8, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi. The said Building was Built by Builder Mitre Specialised Services Pvt Ltd in the year 1989 and these Flats/Portions were sold to different owners as per details appended. It’s has been learnt that builder who has the terrace rights (used for storage water tanks and for common utilities) intent to construct additional floors over the existing structure. You are requested not to permit any such construction over the existing structure till all the occupants are satisfied with the structure safety of the building and submit consent to your department.
