I'm tired of getting a little chicken strip on my Southern Style Chicken sandwich! The picture of the sandwich shows meat sticking out all the way around the bun. Someone told me the breakfast sandwiches use a small piece of chicken. I think they are using leftover breakfast chicken on the lunch sandwiches. The breakfast chicken patties are about 1/2 the size. I'm paying for the lunch patty and getting the breakfast leftovers. I refuse to buy the Southern Style Chicken sandwich anymore. I believe I should get refunded for the switch. I don't take the time to check the sandwiches because I'm on the way to work at the time.YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

The food has gotten bad. The milkshakes are horrible anymore. they used to be one of the best milkshakes anywhere. They were always so thick. Now they are so thin and they are not mixed. I was told that is the way that the machine makes them. The food is never hot anymore. One or more things are always cold. I was always a big fan of McDonald's but not anymore.

What is with your fries ? I had lunch at one of your establishments and your fries and and ice coffee. The fries had a aftertaste and the ice coffee was bitter not sweet at all this was not the first time. Look i like your restaurants, but your fries need a a overhaul stop using that grease and sweet your ice coffee or at least put sugar in the bag.

(7/8/08)i went to this mcdonalds that i go to all the time by my house but i never been treated like I've been treated tonight!!! For starters the guy that was taking my order through drive thru was going back and forth with me on the order like he couldn't hear, but we i got up to the window he was hugging on a girl that didn't even have a uniform on... i joked around with him and said don't get any freakyness on my fries. I thought the girl might have worked there because she was all around the back but then when i got to the 2nd window she was eating with friend at a table (she didn't work there at all), when i got to the 2nd window everyone is standing around and laughing... once i got my food after 5 min. My fries were cold and i was missing 2 mc chickens, i asked for more fries and the boy responded "what aren't those hot enough" i gave him all the food back, he tells me 2 pull ahead for the wait i wait on the food for another five min. He comes out still with no mc chickens then yells you weren't charged for mc chickens which he could have told me at the window but they were too busy play with girls and almost having sex in the back of the store that i had the worst time ever i would never go back and will never let my friends go there it another one the same amount of time away, but i would like for something to get done i work at portillo's and we get it when something ain't right so i want the same.

There were so many flies you couldn't eat without swatting them away from your food, there was a roach bug crawling on the floor. The entire dining area was so filthy. This establishment needs to be reported to clean up there act. There is no excuse for a food place to be in this condition. I was in this business on 6-21-08 about 1:30-2:00 pm.
