Incompetent employees!
I am so fed up with going through a 10 minute question and answer period everytime I order something at McDonalds. As soon as we pull up to the drive through or walk up to the counter, they are asking us if we want something in particular. We have to stop and say "No, thank you"... and then tell them what we want. They, then, have to ask if we want something added to the items that we have ordered, by the time we get the food it is ALWAYS wrong. It has gotten so that we try to guess what they got wrong on the order.
This morning, the trip to McDonald's went something like this...
"Welcome to McDonalds, would you like to try... (something unintelligible)..."...
"NO, thank you, I'd like a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, a hash brown and a big breakfast."
"Ok, you want a sausage and egg biscuit with cheese, a hash brown and a Deluxe big breakfast with pancakes?"
"NO, I just want the big breakfast and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown. And that will be all, thank you."
"Would you like a coffee or anything to drink with that?"
NO, thank you, that will be it."
We got a big breakfast, and an egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown. NO sausage. We have yet to get an order from that particular McDonalds that is right. They always leave something off or give us something that we did not order. And we aren't always at leisure to check the bag before we drive away or can't always take it back to be corrected.
If the management would train the employees to listen instead of ask questions, they might get an order right once in awhile.

Poor service!
LOCATION OF STORE IN QUESTION:
13707 JEFFERSN DAVIS HWY
WOODBRIDGE, VA 22191
Just a few minutes ago (0730 29 Sep) I went to the McDonalds on 13707 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY, WOODBRIDGE, VA 22191 and obtained a Steak McSkillet with a dollar off coupon. Well, I found out after I got home that it was a Sausage Mcskillet. Not really a huge deal, but the lady at the window says "what" very rudely when I pull up. I told her about the mistake they made and she did not apologize. I asked her did she even care that they made a mistake and she said she wasn't the one tho put the order together. I informed the manager that the customer service is lacking and she walks away smiling instead of apologizing for making me drive all the way back to get the correct order. She basically wrote me off. I didn't yell or insult anyone. I don't like making things racial, but since it's an all hispanic owned store, and I'm black, I believe that may have something to do with their boldness and well known dislike for black people by hispanics. I've never experienced that of rudeness or boldness at any McDonalds.

Poor service!
Whenever I go to McDonald's in Hanover ON, I have to pull ahead and wait. Very seldom is the order right. This last time I decided to go for supper at McDonalds because the pizza place would take about 10 min. before the slices would be ready. It took about 15 min. to get our food and the order was yet again wrong. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went in to get the toy's , sauces and straws they tried to ignore me. There was no need for the pure service that we received because the restaurant was not busy at all. That was the last time I will ever visit that McDonald's and I may never go to any again. The other McDonald's in town is at Walmart and is smaller. They never make mistakes and never make me wait.

One of the most disgusting things I had seen in my life!
I used to go to the McDonald's near the museum district in ft worth at 3601 camp bowie, but no more.
besides the fact that they frequently gave me the wrong items, overcharged me, etc and usually blamed it on the fact that, although not in a predominantly hispanic area, the staff doesn't understand enough English to do their job.......besides THAT- this was the last straw.
After making a breakfast sandwich incorrectly FOUR times, the girl making the sandwiches was observed absent-mindedly picking at her pimples as she prepared the food. she did this as though she does it all the time, and could not understand why i did not want her to attempt another egg mcmuffin for me.
the manager, area managers, supervisors, etc also seemed to be less than bothered by this bit of unhygienic behavior, but as a nurse, i knew there was NO WAY i could safely eat there.
Bad service is one thing, but this was one of the most disgusting things i had seen in my life!
