Rude Server & A PREJUDICED Manager
My Friend and me (two adults) with a kid went to the McDonlad's Restaurant located at "21095 Golden Springs Rd, Dimanod Bar, CA 91789". We want to use the Mc's coupon for "buy 1 get 1 free burger", The Counter Server named "Richard Lomlei" first forgot to deduct the free Burger and have to ask the Manager's key to return the extra charges to me. After the first purchase, I return to the Counter to get the 2nd order for my friend who was sitting in the McDonald's with the Kid. The Manager called himself as "Carina Monay" told the counter server NOT to accept my friend's "buy 1 get 1 free burger" coupon. Even after I explained to him my friend have to sit with the Kid. This kind of Rude and insulates are shocked my kid and friend.
This kind of PREJUDICED Manager and rude Server are NOT match the image of Uncle McDonald which McDonald spent billions of dollars to created.

It seems they only hire bad mannered losers to work at this place, people are never nice and only rude. Not a good place to go to at all and these idiots need to be trained in customer service

Poor Service
My husband and I decided to stop at this McDonald's because it was close to our house, from the start we had problems, first of all my food was cold, and dry, my husband wanted a Big Mac with extra everything on it (he paid for the extra's) one of the people making his food asked why he wanted all of that on his burger, of course we could'nt understand why that was relevant just make it, my husband became angry, which he should have and asked for a refund, then the manager got stupid, what is wrong with these people?????

Unacceptably bad service
My boyfriend and I stopped at macdonalds in tygervalleyroad half past 10 in the morning. We were on our way to de Grendel winery. We did not have breakfast and thought that we want to get a takeaway muffin because we do not have to wait for chips or other food to be fried and the muffins is already made and packed. We bought 2 takeaway muffins at the macdonalds next to the Greenpoint stadion a few days before this insident so we know how it should be done. We ordered and waited 15 min at the drive through, then we were told to park. My boyfriend refuced and asked several times for the manager, who pitched up 15min after that. Eventually we were told the muffins is still in a fridge, my boyfriend got upset and asked is money back. Why do we have to wait such long time to be told the muffins is still frozen? Why didn't they told it to us when we ordered, sothat we could have ordered something else? The worst was when the manager eventually pitched he yelled at us for being inpatient, we left with our money and very upset. We support macdonalds regularly but this incident changed our mind. The shop wasn't even busy, three or four customars!!!

Poor Service and Food Quality
To Whom it May Concern:
I would like to bring to your attention that, one McDonald's branch in Las Piñas I should have a terrible customer service and low food quality as well. This morning, I went to the said store from work and would like to eat some breakfast before going home. I gave my order: Value meal #15; 2pcs. hotcake with sausage with an upgrade iced mocha for the drinks.
Apparently, I waited for more than 15 minutes for the iced mocha to be served and I even called the 'Barrista's' attention that I already waited that long.
But the answer of the 'barrista' was:
"Dapat po kasi kini-claim dito eh."
So it's still the responsibility of the customer to wait and claim the desired order in the McCafe section??? Isn't it that the orders are being flashed in the LCD tv in that section of the store?
Which for me was totally unacceptable!
Another thing, when I checked on the hotcake, it was not well done... It looked so pale. My very question is:
How should the hotcake be done?
This made me more aggreviated and frustrated and just decided to leave the store.
I'm sending this, because if the service and food quality was not good and will not improve, definitely, you will have more frustrated customers and the worst thing would be to lose the business at the end of the day.
I hope that this complaint would be a lesson that we should learn from and should not happen again.
Thank you.

Incorrect order and bad service
Having been loate to buy from the Atterbury branch of McDonalds due to previous experiences, but feeling very peckish I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a small Big Mac meal with a medium strawberry milkshake instead of the coke and a medium Cajun chicken meal again with a chocolate milkshake instead of the coke from the intercomm system at the entrance to the drive through and then progressed reasonable quickly past the pay station until 3rd in line to be given my order. After 1015 minutes I eventually turned off my cars motor and waited probably another 5 to 10 minutes before progessing a spot. While waiting a young blonde female came to the window (from a car that had just come into the parkng area) to complain that she had received a wrap instead of her burger. When this was eventually sorted out she left with the comment that the staff at Macs 'should wake up'...Thanks to her I checked my order when I eventually received it and found the instaed of 2 milkshakes I had been given a coke and the chocolate shake. I then insisted on speaking to the manager and suggested that he reply the assistant at the window because she was obviously utterly useless.

Poor Service
This is the 3rd time within the last month or less that I have complained about McDonald's. I was just there on Friday evening with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and placed an order as I wanted a pumpkin pie. When we placed our order I told her 2 McChickens, 3 pumpkin pies, 1 apple pie, order of cookies, and a chocolate shake. Well, when we got to the window to get our order. I told my daughter to make sure to check it as I've had trouble here getting the right things. Sure enough we only got 2 pumpkin pies and no shake. My son-in-law took the order in and the manager (she was a red head girl) got after the employees telling them they needed to start getting the orders right. She then gave us the chocolate shake at no cost due to the mistake. Also there didn't have any apple pies and we'd have to wait 10 minutes. My son-in-law said no just give us another pumpkin and we left. Now why couldn't they tell us at the window that they didn't have any apple pies ready and it would be a wait? That McDonald's needs to get serious with their employees.

Stupid Customers
This is to all of the dumb customers that come in the local McDonald's I work for.
The cheap-skates that try and get a BigMac for a dollar by ordering a McDouble and having it changed to add BigMac sauce and lettuce. Just buy a fricken BigMac because a lot of other McDonald's are starting to charge for the sauces no matter what. If it doesn't come with it then you will get charged.
People asking for a water cup then turn around and grab a coke when no one is looking then when they do get caught they have the stupid intentions to fight about it or call corporate about it. Makes you look very stupid in the long run and we all have a huge laugh at your expense.
All of these order mess ups I hear about. Nine times out of ten it's the customers fault because they don't know how to order let alone know what fast food restaurant they are visiting... "Yes I want a whopper, biggie sized with a pepsi". There is no 99 cent menu, there is a dollar menu and there is no McNuggets on the dollar menu.
Yes breakfast is over at 10:30am on week days and 11:00am on weekends. We start breakfast at 4:00am so there is a run for 8 1/2 hours to 9 hours. Just wake up earlier.
To the customers that take a long drive to work day in and out. Why bother stopping for food at the one near your house then turn around and complain 45minutes later when you arrive at your place of work that your food is cold. The food has a lifespan of seven minutes tops before it gets cold, less if its cold out or with your A/C on low.
To the customers that come inside for their food. If you see a fresh basket of fries go into the fry hopper. you see the fries get scooped into a bag or box and placed in your bag then turn around and tell the employee you want fresh fries. How much fresher do you want them? Want us to go to a farm, pick the potato, come back, wash, cut and fry it before your eyes?
To the customers that come in very late at night after the lobby is closed. It's going to take a while to get your food. Reason being there are only two to three people on staff and people have a champagne taste with coke-a-cola money. People wanting their square fishstick fresh out of the grease for their Filet-O-Fish that takes 5 minutes to cook. Or since recently of the major deals on McNuggets we have a hard time keeping them ready to go and they take about four minutes to cook. Crispy chicken take about eight minutes and so on. We can't park the cars because it's after hours and it's a security hazard to open the doors. So don't expect for free food, discounts or anything out of the nature. Also if you're the type of people that want fresh food think about the hungry people that are in line with you.
When it's raining you rather use the Drive-Thru, I don't blame you. But when you pull up to the window please and I beg you, turn off the wipers. We don't want to get soaked with dirty rain water.
If we mess up on a order and you decided to come back to get it fixed. We need the receipt and food. Yea we toss out the food but we don't want to get ripped off in the long run. "Yes, I ordered three McDoubles with out Mustard. Well they have Mustard" Well how do we know you didn't eat them anyway when you just bring back a receipt? Would you do this if you bought say a big screen TV that was faulty? I think not.
We are only human people, mistakes happen. If in doubt check your food. So if you get a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and ask for no cheese, please check it. You try making a hundred or so QPCes in a hours time. you'll get use to slapping on cheese on each one that gets passed to you. You're not better then us, we are equal. we are all human. Some of us get paid more then you and others make minimum wage. All depends on their job title. Heck im a manager and I get 8:50 a hour. That really sucks but do to the job market I have no choice. I'm able to just get by supporting four kids with out government help with my job. I live paycheck to paycheck like millions of other Americans.
Long story short. If you keep getting the wrong order or bad service it's ether these two reasons.
A: You don't know how to order.
B: You expect too much for a fast food restaurant. This isn't some five star elite restaurant.
As to a fellow co-worker always says "Stupid people have to eat too"

Manager rudeness
After ordering two angus burgers the clerk told me the coupon that I presented was not for an angus burger. I then informed her that I had used the same coupon sucessfully before. She got the red headed manager and he began informing me that on the reverse side of the coupon that read "buy any large sandwich, get one free" it stated in type so small that I could not read it thaT IT DID NOT INCLUDE THE ANGUS BURGERS. I asked the manager for my $20 back and said, "do you know what you can do with that coupon"? and he said, with a large smile, "I really don't care". Date 10/1/2010, 4:15p.m.

The Way Employees Are Treated
My name is James Outley, i was an employee at McDonald's on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC. The 19th of this month would have been 2-years of employment. I am filing this complaint because of the treatment of me and my fellow employees. Since i began working at McDonald's, my store manager Tammy Brazell has uses profanity, made smart remarks, and has been VERY disrespectful. She has no respect for any of her employees, she always threatens us with our jobs, uses profanity towards us, talks to us like we are STUPID, and she LOVES to call us INCOMPETENT. Not only as an employee, am i HIGHLY upset, but just as a human being to be spoken to as I am a animal is VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We have all made several calls trying to have the problem fixed, but it is obvious to us that her boss and the owner of the franchise (GEORGE SENSOR) DO NOT CARE! He refuses to return any phone calls or e-mails with that being said I PERSONALLY WILL NOT LET THIS STAND!
