Rude Manager
I went to McDonald's drive thru around 9pm one night ordered two Big Macs without lettuce (I know I should have just picked it off) I got home and of course there was lettuce and cheese no mac sauce no nothing besides the meat!
I tried calling that night and got the busy signal continuously. So I gave up and ate them since that was my dinner. I called the next morning around noon.
The manager said she was more then happy to replace the order, and then stated you have the receipt. I said no they never give me a receipt and I never thought to ask for one. She said well then you are out of luck.
I said Excuse me and she stated company policy is you need the receipt or the food.
And then i told her well unfortunately I tried calling last night and I was on the road so that was my dinner so I had to eat it wrong and all. She said hmmm well not much I can do policy is policy
I then told her well I have the empty Big Mac cardboard containers and the lettuce I picked off and the McDonald's bad. She then said oh well if you bring that I will replace them!

Are you KIDDING ME! She had previously stated that company policy requires a receipt or the uneaten food, which i had neither!
Then I of course drove all the way there and what do you think she told me? Of course there was nothing she could do because I could have gotten the boxes and things out of the garbage! REALLY come on NOW I am going to go through the McDonald's Dumpster and get two boxes just for some lousy replacement food! I then told her why would she not say that on the phone, . And she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry nothing I can do.

I will never go to McDonald's again that experience was horrible and they were rude!
I understand company policy but never in my life have I had an issue with getting something taken care of.

food quality and portion
On two separate visits we have had problems.

1. Two separate mornings I ordered the Steak Egg and Cheese on a bagel at the drive up to bring to work. Both times the sandwich was half warm and the other half was cold.

2. I ordered a McFlurry at drive thru and pulled out the spoon and discovered the soft serve had large holes in portion. Less than 1/2 the serving was present. I ordered a large and even the cup looked small for the price. They used very creative methods to make it lood full when you got it.

horrible service
awful bad drive thru service here--always especially at night. It's so bad that I drive like 10 miles or more otu of my way to go to another mcdonald's rather than deal with the bad service there. The females that work there are monkeys who are yelling screaming out of control and obnoxious...I used to go to this place long ago but stopped for those reasons and dealing with the creeps at the windows was too much to take...they were belligerent, would fight customers, yelled, screamed, no manners...really out there... so after many months, went back here ...and sure enough---the same abhorrent service...sceraming rude mean females there...and they even laugh at customers and will fight them for stupid petty things...I wouldn't say stay away but this is one of the worst mcdonald's I've been to and the managers are idiots and could care less...

Order was wrong and bad service
On Sunday March/07/2010 at 18:15 p.m. My family and I went to the mcDonald's on Broadway in Boise, Idaho. When we walked in it was a little busy, but nothing major. We stood in line for sometime before our order was finally taken. When we were finally able to order the lady at the counter who took our order was more worried about what was going on around here then in taking the order, she also didn't ask if we would like our order to go or stay. Once we recived our food wich took for ever my husband noticed that my son was given apples instead of fries, so I had to take those back up to the counter to get the right thing. The lady at the counter took the apples and got me fries. Once I got back to the table my son told me that they gave him chicken nugget's instead of the Cheeseburger he wanted so once again I went back up to the counter to tell the lady she got the order wrong. When I did tell her she got the order wrong she said how did I get it wrong so I told her what my son's order was suppose to be and she said so all you need then is the chesseburger and grabed the chicken nuggets from me and gave me the cheeseburger. I got back to my table and gave my son his now right food order and figured now I can finally eat only to descover my husband's and my fries were old burnt nasty and cold. This time I made my husband go back up to the counter. The lady did get us new fries that were hot and really oily.Not once during the whole time did she say she was sorry or anything.We all ate our food and later weren't suprised when we all ended up sick.

Normally my family and I love to go to McDonald's but this time we were very disapointed by the service we recived and the way we were treated. I will diffently never ever again eat at that McDonald's again.

Slow Service
I drove through a local Mcdonald 24 hours at 10:35am the other day.
The were "rotating" boards that list the breakfast menu and said breakfast starts at 11am.

But when i was at the intercom, there were permanent "paper board" attached to intercom machine, that lists the daily lunch menu, which is kinda misleading.

Since in the past i was able to get lunch at other Mc branches at 10:30+ am.

Out of curiosity i asked for McChicken value meal, instead of responding: "not till 11am"
and was greeted with an attitude, as if i can't read the signs.

After confirming my doubts, i ordered the breakfast meal instead.

After payment i waited for a 2 mins till they passed me my meal. The customer who was in front of me waited like 10+ secs.

So i thought, maybe they were just preparing my hotcake on the spot.
But then discovered the hotcakes were cold.


But hey, who am i to complain?
You get what you paid for.

charging extra for water
I went to McDonald's drive-thru yesterday and got a combo meal but instead of the soda, I just wanted water. I said "water", and the cashier said "it comes with a soda", and I said "yes I know but I just want water". She said "we will have to charge you for a bottle of water". I asked if I can just have a cup of water instead of the soda, and she said they cannot give a cup of water, just a bottle (which costs an extra$1.39). That is ridiculous, considering a cup of water is cheaper than a cup of soda. My total ended up costing me an extra $1.39, all because I didn't want that squirt of soda syrup in my beverage. This complaint also applies to Wendy's who is now doing the same thing.

Cups for water
I went to McDonalds for breakfast and I ordered a value meal with coffee. I asked the cashier for a cup for water and I was refused. I eoltd them that I was diabetic and I would like water with my meal and I couldn't drink orange juice. They told me I had to purchase a bottled water. I said that saw a water dispenser at the fountain beverage station and they said that they do not provide cups for that. I also like to put my own equal in my coffee to make sure that I am not getting sugar. They put that in for you when you order so you never know for sure if you are getting the right sweetener.

1-26-10 My food was cold and stale. French Fries must have been fried in last wek's oil because they tasted like crap.
