Very Slow Service
Stood in line inside for ten minutes (only two people in front of me). My wife went to save a table while I ordered. Ordered two biscuits and gravy, orange juice, hash browns and 2 burritos. I was still waiting for my order after at least ten other people who had ordered after me and they had already received theirs! Tell me, how long does it take to grab a couple of orange juices out of the cooler and dump some gravy over some pre-made biscuits, deep fry hash browns and microwave some burritos! Especially since they have these items going in and out of the cookers all the time. I told them I wasn't waiting any longer and demanded my money back. Went to the Waffle House and order two All Star Specials and was eating within 7 minutes. Wasted at least 40 minutes of my time at McDonald's and sent my blood pressure through the roof!

Terrible food
McDonalds all 3 in Ardmore, Oklahoma have bad food, cold food, workers that don't wash their hands after going to the restroom. Incorrect orders. I called the main office to complain 3 times it, s still the same. Alot of the management are related, and so is the woman that works in the main office. Her name is Valerie. My entire family and a lot of our friends have boycotted McDonalds. It used to be one of our favorite places. We had birthday parties, family members would meet with our kids and have playdates and visit, now we go to Burger King.

Never again
I placed a $10 breakfast order at McDonald's in Sterling, VA (on Atlantic Blvd., in Dulles Eastern Plaza). I asked for two large waters. When I drove up to the window, I was given a single medium. I told the person that I needed two LARGE waters. She said she couldn't give me a large. Her manager came up, and said she couldn't give me a large, and that "this store does not give out large cups of water." So I asked for eight small waters. She said she would not give me eight small waters. I told her that I drink a lot, and need that quantity of water. She told me that she would charge me for the cups. I told her that this was ridiculous, that I simply wanted two large cups of tap water, and that I would not pay for this. She got huffy, and told me to pull over and that they'd come out with them. I told her that I did not have time to wait, and asked her name, which she supplied. She vanished, and the first employee came back, and tried to hand me two small cups. I told her that I requested two large cups. At this point, I was obviously very angry, and the woman turned back, said something to someone else, and I heard her say, "I gave him my name." I think the manager expected me to complain about her, since I wasn't getting my request. I said, "Yes, I have her name, and I will be complaining about her, but I still want my large waters." The employee looked apologetic, and started to shrug, at which point I said, "I'm not moving my car from this spot until you hand me two large waters." Finally, she did.
Was all this drama worth two stinkin' large cups of water? I had this same problem in an Arby's in Great Falls, VA last year, and I have not gone back there since.

Overcharged
I began placing an order through the drive-thru & had to repeat &/or correct it 3 times because server kept interrupting me. Drove to the window to pay. The bill was $16.23;I gave her a $50.00 & told her, twice, that I had the .23 in change; she did not pay attention, continued to make change & handed me change. I was still holding the .23 and told her I had the correct change as I wanted all bills. She said in a hateful tone "Well, I've already shut my drawer." I replied "you should pay attention to your customers." She got angry & yelled "F*** you, b****!" When I reached the second window to get my food, I asked for the shift manager & told him I was angry & she shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers like that - HIS reply was "I will have to check that out with her." HE NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY! He just kept saying he would have to check it out with her. I asked for his store manager's phone number & his district manager's phone number. He gave them to me & walked off. I asked another employee for the girl's name that yelled at me; she then came up to the second window & stated her name was Viola and then said "So, now can you move and leave so we can serve other people!" in a very hateful tone and with a smirk on her face.
This sort of behavior by an employee is unconscionable. I am offended, & since we live in a small town, my daughter, who was with me, feels very threatened that this employee may retaliate! All we did was order hamburgers and we were abused and assaulted and treated in a degrading and insulting manner! This was the store in Roswell, New Mexico that is shaped like an alien ship - the only kind in the world - unfortunately, it is also the only McDonald's in the world where I've been cussed at and the manager treats me like I am the problem. Never again will I darken the door of McDonalds and the very sad truth of this matter is that I am certain NOTHING will ever be done about it and these sort of people will get away with it.

Service
I went to McDonald's In Glasgow the week before Christams with my family, I ordered a vegie dely due to being a vegy for the last 30 years. When biting into the deli I noticed their was no vigie but infact meat. After being sick I complained to the manager who offered another burger. i refused and emailed customer service and advised rather than give me a voucher for violating my human rights and causing me disrtess I wanted them to donate money to a charity of my choice as compinsation.
Today they send out a £10 voucher to spend on burgers in their store.
I called to complain and their response and i Quote from Joe Cuffaro "We dont give to charity and the vouchers stand. If i want to donate that to charity I can"
I advised him that this was a violation of my human rights and I would take legal action he basicly told me he did not care and for them the matter was closed.
Companies like these only care about profit and not the customer they should not get away with this. If they spent more on training staff than changing uniform designs every few months their staff may one day get an order right.

Lazy workers
I stop in about 2 to 3 times a week on my way to work at the SR 26 location in Lafayette Indiana. It’s usually between 4:30am and 5:00am. In the last month’s time, they have maybe had the signs in the drive thru switched to the breakfast menu maybe twice. This is so aggravating to not see a menu when I pull up to the drive thru. Lately, I have just been leaving as soon as I see that it's not been switched. If they don’t think it's important to make sure the customer can see the menu, then I guess they don’t need customers!!! I don’t have any problem with the food quality. It’s actually pretty good. I do get shorted something (usually the hash brown) once in awhile and don’t notice till I’m at work. That’s not as big of a deal though. Please get the lazy workers to change the drive thru signs when breakfast starts and ends!!!

BULLY
Again! There was a food mix up. It was not my register number, nor was I the runner or bagger. My boss started yelling at me . The people were rude to her she said. She told me in her words I SAW YOU RUN TO THE BACK WHEN THINGS STARTED GETTING HOT. I SAW YOU RUN AND HIDE!!! What I did was go to the back for lemons for a lady standing at the counter. She had gone through the drive through, and they did not give her any. I told my boss this but she was still yelling and saying how hard it was to manage with people who don't do their jobs. S he will write me up. I had enough and called her rude for saying I was hiding!! Then she started yelling at another crew member he got angry and told her I was right she is rude. Now she will write him up as well. His sister my crew mate's said he thinks of me as a friend and it upsets him when she digs into me. Now my boss wants me to go to him and say I like Pam and you need to stay out of management business. She AOL told his sister because she does like me and know I don't have a lot of money, That I wanted a purse she sells them, She gave me one!!! I was amazed, she has never done such a thing. She out and out lied. I am trying to keep a writenaccount here. Also two men kept shaking their heads. I went to the lobby to clean and they asked if she was always that mean or did she just not like me. I dared to say both!!! She got me to myself and said from now on she would respect me but I must respect her as a manager. I was to tell my crew member that as well. I told her I apologize for any wrong doing on my part!! She took that to mean I was taking all the blame for all of it. Not that it meant she had a big part by attacking us as she does. She rants for 2 or 3 hours at a time making it hard to concentrate on our job.

Money grabbers
I took my children to mcdonalds as i do every week. My daughter likes to have her mcchicken plain and put the mayo on herself. I was told that i had to pay for the mayo to put on the chicken. If you order a chicken burger you do not have to pay for the mayo that comes on it, so i dont see how i have to pay to have it on the side. Anyways I completely lost it and freaked out in the restaurant over a packet of mayo sauce. I will never return to mcdonalds again. They are money grabbers for sure. They would rather turn away a 20 dollar order because of a 10 cent packet of mayo sauce. That is crazy!! I would rather take my business to burger king, where they value their customers!!

WORK PLACE
From the first week I have had problems with a supervisor. I 63 years old and white. I know for MCDONALD'S I am a minority. Anywhere in this business I am a minority. I have been brought before other crew members and made to sit down and listen in front of customers how hard it is for me to learn to run the register. I had been told every day to clean the lobby and the rest rooms for all my shift. I was assigned this almost every shift. I had only been on front counter 5 days of the 4 weeks I had worked. I couldn't know the register as well as others who had been there much longer. I was compared at the top of her lungs and all the hand waving how slow I am against the little cashier working that shift. I was abused verbally for over 20 minutes. The little girl was crying from listening to my abuse. She soon after stopped working there.
I have been denied time to take my meds, or to eat a bite with the meds. I finally got her permission but had to vomit all over the front counter and myself because of this. I have been having lots of pain issues, but she calls me Cinderella because I can not work past my shift. She has also got other crew members to join her in calling me sexie mama and cat call because I Pris when I walk. I have told her it is because one leg is slightly shorter than the other. It made no deference.
Last night I mentioned I needed to take my meds but she said nothing. I did not get a break or food. I had been there from 2pm till 9pm. I asked several times. She was all on to me about mistakes with food. I have #2 register I tried to show her it was not me with the mistakes to no avail
. She has said if we go over her head she would know about it. What does that mean?
I can go on and on. I am just sick . I love to work with all the others, the main management is very fair and professional the crew members are nice. Miss Joetta is wise and compassionate woman with great professionalism

Awful, dirty place
While eating my Asian salad at 3:30p.m.at the Woodbury location next to Woodwinds Hospital, I looked to my left and noticed all these dead flies and other crawly things on the windowsill also a live ant. Not to mention the dust and filth on the front window! Gross.
