Selling old food
The McDonald's store in Fayette, Mo. saves breakfast food from the previous day and serves it to customers who expect fresh food. Sausages and biscuits, and biscuits and gravy. They also don't throw away food that the timer has expired on unless it is really nasty looking.The store manager is trying to keep food costs down to keep her bonus.It is store #1920. They only deep clean the store when they are having a visit from the corporate office.

Horrible food
I live next to McDonald's and have children. We have been going there for yrs and spending a lot of money. The last 3-4 times I have gone the food was cold, service was only focused on fast not friendly or good. Every time I ask for sauce for the chicken nuggets or maybe a packet of ketchup I don't ever seem to get it and when I get home after spending the time and the money I do expect to have some sauce for my COLD nuggets. I have told the children do not ask to go to McDonald's any more we have to many other fast, friendly, hot food places that will give me ketchup and I will wait in line for fresh cooked food. It is not a speed contest. The only people working at this location is a bunch of kids who are standing at the drive through window and texting their friends on their phones. I'm sick of it. We will not go back.

Avoid it
I took my grandchildren to McDonald's on Highway 45 North, Columbus, MS. We went through the drive through. First of all I noticed the amount shown on the outside board for the total amount due was different from the amount the drive thru person quoted. When I got to the window and inquired about the difference she told me the tax did not reflect on the board. I reviewed my sales receipt and the number on the board and the numbers on my receipt did not match at all. When I received my order I did not receive my entire order. I went inside, second big mistake; the first was ever stopping at McDonald's to begin with. No one in the place knew what they were doing. When I finally got to the counter I requested a refund as I had my children in the car. The lady told me no one knew how to make a refund except her and she was too busy. I waited again for the rest of my order.
I have yet to have a good experience at this McDonald's because you either are treat very rude, you don't get what you order or you just get so frustrated with the service and general attitude wonder why you every thought about stopping by again. This McDonald's needs immediate help with training and customer service skills.

Awful place to eat
I was purchasing a sundae at the McDonald's near Sear in South Coast Plaza, California on Sunday 5/4/08. I specially asked for a plain sundae when I placed my order. The cashier, Mieral, who seemed annoyed, informed that the sundae comes with toppings. I thought that she might not have heard me with the compounding noise and her lack of interest on the job so I repeated myself again, "I want a plain sundae". But Mieral, doesn't seem to registered my request and again told me for the second time, "it comes with toppings". By now I was a bit annoyed and said "can't you just not put any toppings on my sundae?" The rest is just plain McSuck service. Mieral took her sweet time making the sundae and even striking a conservation with two other employees and throwing my receipt away as if the two dozens customers who stood in line does not matter to her at all. This is the finale. She handed me the sundae and tossed the spoon over the counter to me as if she was throwing a football for a touch down. With customer service like this, McDonald's should be called v McVeryRude. Great job McDonald's for hiring someone like her and if you're the manager/supervisor on duty that Sunday afternoon, congratulation you've lost one valuable customer and still have Mieral to help rid of another one :-)

Awful place
This past Saturday we went through the drive thru at mcdonalds. Me and 4 friends were in the vehicle we placed 2 orders, and we were all coming from a party and the passengers in the back were all after having a few drinks. My boyfriend and his friend were in the front. So we were carrying on amongst ourselves n whatever and so we get to the window and the girl serving us says "dont take my picture", and she said this cause i had my camera out taking pics of me and my friends, and i didn't take her picture nor did i want it. Then she leaves n the manager on duty whos no older than 18 comes to the window and throws our food at us and says were being 'rude and obnoxious" and not to come back, so then my boyfriend says "excuse me how are we being rude" n hes says "you were taking pictures and carrying on like fools and being rude" etc, and then he slams the window and so my boyfriends friend whos in the passenger seat gets outta the car and stands up n is like "open the window" cause they had left the window and they could not see us as we were lower than the window in the car. So he comes back n says "dont come back" and slams the window again, so we go back thru the drive thru bc at our mcdonalds they only let you place 2 orders at once, and we had 2 more orders to make, so they wouldn't answer us or ask us for our order they just totally ignored us.
Then my boyfriend called them on Monday and wanted to talk to the head manager n they said he would call us back either Tuesday or Wednesday. So he did today and he asked for my boyfriends name and address and his car make and model n all that, and we gave it to him thinking he was going to come and apologize or something.
But then once we gave him the info he starts screaming at my boyfriend, cursing and swearing and threatening him with legal action, saying we were "being little pricks trying to get free food" and that we were threatening the staff, which NONE of this happened what so ever. And (did I mention that this Manager is the Father of the male who slammed the window in our faces several times on Saturday?) So my boyfriend asks if they have audio of this because he wants to hear where we made threats, and the manager says no "he doesn't have audio but he has a tape of us in the drive thru", and my boyfriend says "Than I want you to ask the girl who served us what I said to her that was so rude" and the manager says "No I will not ask her I know what you said" (funny though cause he was not there and does not have an audio tape??) My boyfriend then asks if he can see the video cause he would like to see where we made threats than nd the manager said "NO" and started cursing and swearing at him again. Then my boyfriend hung up cause he was so pissed off and couldn't believe what this manager was saying to him and how he was treating him. But he than realized that he had his information and wasn't sure what he was going to do with it cause obviously he has some sort of temper. So he called back and the manager wasn't there. Shortly later the manager calls back and starts with his yelling and hollering again, told my boyfriend he was going to "give him advice & to choose his friends better", which has NOTHING to do with the situation at all.. the funny thing is too that if we were in our 30's or 40's they wouldn't have said a word to us and guaranteed the manager would have called and apologized to us. The manager told my boyfriend that he is responsible for the way the passengers are acting, so if that's the case what happens when a mom pulls through with a bunch of kids in the back screaming and yelling and crying, are they going to say "listen lady shut your kids up?", no they aren't. So what makes them think they can talk to us the way they did. NOTHING. There is not a single reason for the way they treated us. ESPECIALLY the MANAGER. We will be going to MCDONALDS CANADA and writing a letter. We tried calling but they said there is nothing they can do for complaints that we'd have to file it against the store, which in this case I'm sure the manager would just laugh at us and throw our complaint out. I myself work in customer service and I can't think of a single manager who would DARE talk to a customer that way, especially using threats and verbal abuse. Nor can we as employees do this.
Customer is always right, are they not? We also filed a police report on the manager because we felt threatened by him cause as soon as he took our information he started with threats so we weren't sure what he was going to do. Me and my friends are absolutely mind blown by the way we were treated by the staff and management. McDonald's can be sure they won't have us as customers anymore.

Bad Service
We visited this McDonald's at just before 1am, not realizing it was closing. I thought they were 24 hours. While we were at the drive through they turned off the outside lights. I asked if they were closing and she (the manager) said "yes". We asked her (the manager) 2-3 times that we did'nt need to order if they were shutting everything down and she said "No, that's fine" in a rude way. When we got to the drive through window she annoyingly said we had to re-start everything for you. As if to make us feel guilty. I said "Then why did you do it?, we told you we could go elsewhere 2-3 times". She again in an annoyed manner said, " To make the customer happy." We were apologizing, I'm not sure why. She was very rude!
The Fries were very old and uneatable, the double cheeseburger was nasty, oozing ketchup and did'nt taste like a double cheeseburger. Gross!! How's that for customer service? We threw the food out and went to Burger King. McD's lost 2 customer's.

Unpleasant experience
Every time I go to the local McDonald's and order a quarter pounder without cheese, I get home and there is cheese on it. This keeps happening, I thought that cheese was an extra!!! I can't get them to leave it off and my children never get the caramel dip with their Apple dippers. If this just happened once or even twice, I would'nt complain, This has happened at least 10 times and I am sick of it. I have even gotten a burger without meat(2 times) at this same McDonalds. I keep saying i won't go back, but the kids love it. Must be the clown and the toys.

Employee Appearance
In this day of age and economic turmoil, I find it hard to believe that a company would have a hard time finding decent looking employees. This must not be the case for MickeyD's. I went to the Pekin McDonalds by the Sears on Court recently in their drive through. The girl who took my money and order look like someone who should be operating the Tilt-O-Whirl at a carnival. Both her forearms were covered in tattoos. Is this what you want the face of your company to be? Some white trash trailer rat? Seriously, people are breaking down doors looking for jobs and they hired her over a nice clean cut individual. Epic Fail McDonald's!
