Rude Employees
My wife and I eat breakfast every weekend at this store with our nieghbors. This morning, I was sitting with my feet on an adjacent stool, visiting with our group of friends. An employee named Leona approached, and her first and exact words to me were "That is a chair, not a foot stool" in a very rude, confrontational manner. I asked if she was kidding with me, as she was so confrontational. She stated that she was not playing, and then explained how the foot rest ring operated at the ba<x>se of the table. I was angered immediately at this person's lack of respect and manners. I was wrong to have my feet up, no buts about it. If an employee would have used common courtesy, and asked me to please not put my feet on the chair, i would have done so immediately, and felt bad for being impolite to both the establishment, and other customers. I simply was not thinking. When I explained that my wife and I are regulars every week, and that they have been out of Diet Coke for two weekends in a row (my favorite soft drink), she told me that it was Coke's fault, and not the resteraunt's. I then offered to leave, and take my business with me, she replied "That's fine". I cooled off and returned to talk to the manager, and she met me as I entered the store, and began giving me verbal grief. It was not fun, I don't deserve to be talked to like that by anyone, especially a young person who's parents are evidentally the managers, and I wonder what ever happened to manners and customer service. My friends and I will find somewhere else to spend our 1200 dollars per year.

Use of Illegal Aliens
You need to speak Spanish to Order! The management is hiring illegal aliens without valid Social Security Numbers. At present one employee has been deported, and is using a fake government document to work. The continued use of illegals with fake social security numbers is hurting the economy and is a financial drain on the tax dollars of the community. Furthermore management is aware and allows the continued violation of the law. When is someone going to stop this flagrant violation of the law?

One employee has admitted to being deported, and has a protective order that prohibits numerous individuals from eating at the restaurant. Will ICE or the Social Security Administration ever stop this proliferation of abusive employment practices?

No customer service
Why does Mcdonald's have the screen that confirms your order, as you place it, when in the drive thru? This story all took place in a matter of 30 minutes. My husband placed a simple order for a value meal and other items. After watching the order and seeing it was correct on the screen. He picked up the order. It was missing fries and we finally found out it was missing the 10 piece chicken nuggets out of the meal. We were given a Big Mac instead. (We didn't order a Big Mac)The manager on duty told my husband he didn't order any fries and would not offer any apologies or attempt to correct the error. I called to explain and hoped to resolve the situation when the manager identified herself as the one who prepared his meal and like she told him, he didn't order any fries. She proceeded to call us liars because we couldn't produce the receipt that they never gave us. She was short and uncooperative. I am not concerned with the food error, but the fact that #1. Don't call your customer's liar and #2. The manager, of all people, should know better to represent Mcdonalds with more professionalism. All the commercials they show these days do not do justice for how many times I have been rudely treated by the employees of Mcdonalds. What is customer serice these days? Do they offer classes for it? Don't they have to fill out forms when they start working (especially managers)? Do the rules of employment include cutomer satisfaction? I have taken classes through numerous companies and they do not take a lot of time to reiterate manners! You may throw this away, but at least discuss amongst yourselves actually how many times customer service has let you down. People should be held accountable for their behavior when working one on one with the public.

Rude customers
I'm a 16-year old girl that is currently working at McDonald's. It wasn't exactly my first choice to work there but I really needed the money since I am now paying for my own things. I like my job, and work around wonderful people. The only thing that stings me are the customers.
I'm not implying to all of you, but we ARE trying our best to fulfill you're needs, and it just makes it harder if you yell and call us names.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE serving people, but I have a constant fear of people making threats or racial slurs to me and often feel like breaking into tears.

I'm on the verge of thinking of quitting, but with the money issues and bills, I might have to stick to this one.

I'm hopeful of a better job with a more professional environment, but it's been harder to get one due to the economical issues.

Thanks for reading this. It really vents out my doubts.

Another WRONG Order!!!
Every Friday evening I take my family out to eat at one of their favorite fast food restaurants. More often than not, my children pick McDonald's over some of the other fast food places in our area. For the third time in the past month, my youngest has begged me to take him and the rest of the family to McDonald's. And for the third time in as many trips, the crew at this same McDonald's has managed to screw up my order. I wouldn't have as big a problem with this BUT since we usually get it "to go" I have a major problem. The ticket showed exactly what I ordered but what was placed in my "to go" bag was very wrong. Ten minutes after purchasing this meal and arriving at home, I discovered that they had AGAIN given me the wrong order. I called the store to inform them of this mistake and was basically told that I had to drive back to McDonald's in the pouring rain to pick up the correct one and then drive another 10 minutes back home AGAIN. After working 12 plus hours every day, the last thing I want to do is spend another half hour with this sort of B.S. Come on McDonald's...can't you just for once get an order correct. Where is the customer service in ME doing all the work in getting the correct meal that I ordered in the first place. I have informed my cfamily that we will NOT be getting any of our meals from THIS McDonald's anymore...

Horrible place
MacDonald in our area is sick and will make you sick if you stand near the counter while your meal gets ready. Few weeks ago, I been to this branch of MacDonald for getting something to eat. I stood at the counter itself till my burger, French fries and salad got ready. Well, whatever I saw was horrible trust me! The lady making the stuff was unhealthy, she had some skin disease and not even wearing hand gloves. So I requested her to wear it and make the stuff or I will just walk out without taking my order without paying. Well, she gave a bitter look but somehow wore the gloves and made my meal. Even I have even heard from my friend about the unhealthy employees working in MacDonald's.

Simply terrible
Oh this MacDonald's restaurant is not on the highway so there should be no problem of food shortage but it had. The previous day I was coming from my friend's home as it is far way from my home I stopped at this Macdonald's restaurant to have something. Well, the lady told me that they have nothing to eat but some drink she could serve me. So I ask for juice and here come in a big glass of juice with bad taste.it was spoiled and shock for a customer that such a reputed organization keep spoiled drink. Well, I asked for other drinks but she didn't have anything so I end up with milk shake which was of same price and less in quantity. I will not stop at this branch until it is forced to stop.

Avoid it
I and my mother happened to met in one of the malls; due to us being busy we were not able to meet. So we decided to go to the near by joint and have our meal and spend some time to gather. We received an attitude from the person working at the window just because we did not receive all of our food. About a week before this incident we were there and my mom had to return a fish sandwich 3 times because it was frozen in the middle of it all the times. When she confronted the cook about this she threw an attitude and said "I just took that sandwich out of the oven" my mother responded with "if you just took it out we would not be having this problem because I would be eating it wouldn't I?" do not receive anything from the mc Donald's. We spend all our time just to get the right order and in a right way, rather than speaking about each other. I will never enter this place and would like to warn others to avoid it.

Ripped off
I had gone to Mc Donald's last night. I had gone with my fiance. We had gone there for lunch. I gave our order, but the person at the counter didn't look like he liked what he was doing. He actually did not hear what I had ordered. I ordered for cokes, fries and 2 cheeseburgers. He went and got us 2 kids' meals. I was very angry and asked him to get what we ordered as that is what he entered in the machine which he then realized and brought us what we ordered.

Then when I went forward to pay out the bill I became aware that he had not cancelled the order he had made a mistake on. I went and asked him what was going on. He told me that I had ordered for it and turned the entire thing upside down. I asked for the manager. I explained to him what had happened. He said I must have ordered only the burgers and fries and whatever but I had no proof of that. I couldn't say a word after that. I paid and left. I was totally ripped-off they are a total scam. I did not expect this from Mc Donald's.

Terrible Service and Incompetent Shift Manager
This restaurants offers lousy service. The teenage staff is lazy and rude, the manager is not well trained and offered no apologies for keeping the customers waiting up to 15 minutes for orders. This location will never see another cent from me and I will let everyone I know to avoid eating at this place. What a disgrace!!!
