Bad service
On three separate occasions over the past 2 weeks when i have ordered nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce, i have not received the sauce.
First time - when i asked the person in drive through for sauce as i did not receive it, i was told that the sauce was in the bag. i told her it wasnt. she said its in there. i said "no its not, thats why im asking for it". she then shoved the sauce into my hand and walked away from the window. no apology, no have a nice day, nothing.
Second time - same situation, did not receive my sauce. i had to park, and go into the store and ask for sauce as it was not put in my order. i was again questioned and told it was in the bag. i said to them "well its not in there, thats why i have parked, come in, and am now asking for sauce. i would not be wasting my time for one little sauce, can i please just have my sauce so i can get to work". and again, it was shoved to me, again no apology for the inconvenience of having gone through drive through and still having to get out of my car, or have a nice day.
third time - same situation again, but this time my partner went in to get the sauce after having gone through drive through and not receiving the sauce. we again parked and he went in to ask for the sauce. the girl proceeded to tell him that she definitely put the sauce in the bag. it was not in the bag, exactly why he is in the store now asking for it.

i find it very unacceptable to pretty much be called a liar on 3 separate occasions at the same store, when it was their mistake everytime. very poor customer service considering i thought the general rule is the customer is always right, especially in this case when we were right. we pay good money for the food and time after time after time, the orders get stuffed up. i understand in busy times mistakes can be made, but the times i have had this happen, it has not been busy. and i dont think its good service to call your customers liars and then treat us like we are inconveniencing you, when actually its the other way around.

Bad Customer Service
Hi i am writing about the service i had at Mcdonalds Coffs Harbour South this afternoon.
I had ordered 1 happy meal with 6 nuggets, 1 medium quarter pounder meal and 1 large cheeseburger meal with a extra cheeseburger we then got to the next counter an ordered another extra cheeseburger.
We then left the drive through and realised that we did not recieve our toy for the happy meal and we had to go back and get the toy my partner was in the franchise getting the toy and i realised we had a cheeseburger in the happy meal and not nuggets and also instead of a small fries i had 6 single chips in the bottom of the box with the paper bag just sitting there on top of the burger so i went in and told them and they gave me the nuggets and the small fries.
Then i went home and realised that we only had one quarter pounder meal which the burger was dry with hardly no sauce and a cheeseburger meal which the fries for that meal were very low the box was half full so we had accually not recieved our 2 extra cheeseburgers we then rang the manager and told him of this poor service and he told us to come get the other cheeseburgers and that was it my partner went and picket them up.
In my opinion it wasnt the poor management of the situatuation because when my partner went out and picket them up the manager seemed very annoyed at his staff for such a terrible mistake so i think it was the staff that were preparing the order that mixed it up so terribly. Also i think that instead of us having to waste petrol coming out again we should have atleast got the cheeseburgers for free we were quite angry that a place could make such a large mistake if it hadnt of been the whole meal been stuffed up we would not of been so angry but they ruined our dinner and for that i will not be returning to that paticular franchise for any meal ever again.

No coffee
I really love McDonals Latte and being from the country we have 100 K. ms to our nearest Maccas. We were in the city at Glenelg and there was a 24 hour Maccas there I promised my granddaughter she could have a hot chocolate and my son and myself wanted a latte each. Imagine my surprise when we were told quite rudely the coffee machine goes off at 9 p. m. A 24 hour outlet and no coffee after 9.pm excuse me what about late night customers. It was only 9.30 when we were there. Imagine my disgust on Tuesday this week when we drove to Renmark 100 k's east. At last my latte but no sorry the machine is broken oh boy that's the last time I hold out for a Macca's Latte best take a thermos from home. Very disgruntled customer. Waikerie S. A. Susan
