we have been suffering due to heavy vibrations and noise from the kitchen exhaust of mcdonalds outlet erected on our building terrace.cracks have developed on the residents flats and noise does not allow tenants to have peace in their homes.repeated complains and regular requests have been neglected since past eight years (chimney was erected 11 years back) false and fake assurances from new staff every time were provided but all were in vain.

please shift the chimney.
