Old oil used for fries
I had thie displeasure of ending my staturday evening with one of the worst meals ever from this establishment. this was not the first time i was not happy with this p[articular branch. i had ordered to meals from the drive thru and as we left i cold smell that the oild used for the fries was not the usual and what we have come to expect frm the golden arch. the oil tatsed stale and days old. i dont know whether it is the recession that has hit them or the manager had forgotten to stock up but i swear to never go there again. i take this position as the last time i was serviced the the attitude of the staff after messing up my order and draging my burger across one the dirtiest most unhygenic counter tops i have ever was in itself a sign of the care they took for they customers health. i swear to never go there again nor recomend them to anyone who will listen.

Service
Today, I went to McD to have some breakfast, and there were three cars in front on my car in drive thru, there systems were not working, plus they were just accepting cash, so they just took the order on a plain piece of paper (which I noticed when they asked me to repeat my order when I went to the cash Window) after I gave the order. It took almost 30 minutes to the people to get ready my order, that's OK. But, Finally I got it. So, I went home and opened the McD Bag, the food was less in the quantity. I went back to the McD right away, and now there systems are working. So, I explained them the problem. and Instead of taking care of it, the Lady (Manager or Leader) around 4:30 a.m. started shouting on me(she warned me that she will call police), that I am lying. I am just an International Student here at SEMO, so I don't know what to do about it. I have been a valued Mcd customer for more than 10 years even before I came here (I like the food but not the Behavior of that lady)
Is there someone can do anything about it?
This kinds of Customer services are against the goodwill of Mcdonalds.

Bad Customer Service
Okay, so a few mates and I went through the drive through at Mcdonalds because we missed our lunch, and while everyone else said what they wanted I asked the man for a seperate order and he said that was okay - but seeing as the Mcdonalds in Griffith now has two lanes for their drive through you randomly get put onto different people who you are adressing through the speakers. Firstly, I was talking to an older man and then was put onto a younger boy who I have seen there before. As I was confirming my order for him, the person urged me to hurry up in an annoyed voice.. I was a little shocked at what he had said, but not angry, and I finished my order, later turning to my best friends sister to ask if she had heard what they had said, and she confirmed that she had.
What made me a little cross was how the two boys at the drivethrough window were laughing at me, and when I asked in a confused way if it was them who told me to hurry up they turned away from me and didn't reply. So I left it. The next day I was with another group of friends who also wanted Mcdonalds. The only things we purchased were a Fanta drink and an Oreo Mcflurrey. Again, we were told to hurry up, and when we pulled up to the window I saw one of the same boys from the day before standing at the box wearing a headset. This time I was annoyed.
We were asked to park and waited in a spot - I didn't understand when the three cars behind us drove past having gotten their meals and we were still waiting even though we had only ordered one drink and an ice cream... I got out of the car because I had convinced everyone that it wasn't worth the drink and ice cream so I'd go and ask if it would be alright for me to get our money back - I also wanted to talk to the manager about the person that was telling us to hurry up through the drivethrough.
When I got in and asked to speak to the manager she accused me of trying to cause a scene and that I should not have come into the store when I had been asked to waity for our orders further along the line... I was a little scared of her because she was bigger than me and seemed really angry and frustrated, but when I told her that I understood I should of stayed in the car and then reported to her what the worker said to us she simply claimed that if it had really bothered me, I would have come in the day before and complained about it then. I had kind of gone in hoping to speak to someone formally without any attitude. I didn't get to finish speaking to her because she would not let me talk and then walked away from me leaving me standing there. I was completely embarassed at having being yelled at in front of so many people and upset when I saw the boy laughing at me when I was leaving.
I ended up throwing the food away in frustration... I was really annoyed, because I work at KFC and almost always do the busy hours - and I understand that it get's fast-paced during peak hour and sometimes people come in to complain about the service and their orders and things like that. I just think that the way the manager spoke to me was rude and that in the position she was in she should have been the mature one... I hae a great staff and have watched my own manager handle plenty of rude people, some of them don't deserve to be treated nicely as they act like the people who work in fast food places have stuffed up their orders on purpose, and sometimes the people I work with might crack a joke about some rude customer or something like that, but it upset me to think that their where people in another shop probably laughing about some silly - ' hurry up '- quote when the joke was named at me.
I just think that when I go back to work and I hear one of my collegues complain about a customer simply because work that day is rough, I'll say something. Because it really is immature - to bag out a customer because you might not like them - or to do something like spitting in someone's food because they were rude to you. I know that stuff like this does happen because I have worked in lots of different fast food places and I've seen it happen..
Anyway - I just thought the manager should have been a little nicer, and should respect a paying customer...

All operations on site
One of the worst Locations in Philadelphia! I stop here only because I live nearby and it’s always the same. Staff is not prepared and not trained; staffer’s are rude and carry an attitude towards customers I guess they bring their problems from home. They need to send then back to the McDonald school. The franchise owner dose not care what so ever as he never there, “info from the employees”! They can not take an order correctly, they have problems giving correct change even when it tells then on the register, THE FOOD IS OFTEN COLD! And the order is more then fifty percent of the time wrong. Is this the best they can do? This is what makes fast food total garbage.

Poor Service, Nasty
This Mcdonalds needs to be closed. They employee more "don't care" employees than any fast food restaurant in this area. There is no speaker to place your order, so your place your order and pay at one window (when someone is there) and drive to other to pick-up. That's not such a serious problem, their employees are. There is one young girl who was sitting in the window when I pulled up to place order. She didn't immediately look up when I drove up - she was sitting their picking, the longest, curling-under, nasty fingernails I have ever seen. I would have driven off immediately, but was just glad she wasn't handling my food. I just cannot imagine a food business employing someone like that. Worse yet, her attitude was terrible. When she finally looked up in this miserable way, I told her I hoped her day got better. She didn't say anything, not even thanks when I paid.
The last time I went there, I actually went in and waited in line rather than deal with the drive-thru. There was a man in line with a sick, and not too clean, 10-year old. The child was coughing, sneezing...etc., wiping his nose on his hands. The girl at the counter handed this kid a stack of cups and asked him to "help" her by placing by the self-serve drinks! Fortunately for me, they had not taken my order. I walked out...forever! I have told family and friends about this unbelievable place. Why doesn't the health department close it down?

Ripped off
Awhile ago when McDonalds had the Monopoly game. I actually got 6 stamps that were the same which gave me a computer and the other was for a trip.
After submitting my stamps, McDonalds wrote to me and said I had not won it was a printing error... they looked the same to me...so they gave me $60 worth of vouchers instead...I felt helpless to argue and fight against such a big company.
Recently they have brought a similar promotion out...I absolutely refuse to play that game again...Lol
Typical they make oodles and oodles of money, but find it hard to give back to the very people who made them rich

Wi-Fi
At the McDonalds in Oxford, Michigan, the Wi-Fi takes 10 minutes to activate, if at all !
The access is about the only reason to eat there, it sure isn't the food or service. Is this the fault of McD's or AT&T ? If this is what I can expect for internet access from corporate giants, than I'll stick to the library.

Wrong orders and bad service for the 3rd time
I order a couple of meals and they all came well except for the 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals I ordered, they came without the usual sauce, the rolls where burnt and the burger was just unappetising, This is the 3rd time the same store does this to me and they need to change.

Order Takers
Drive through line was taking an inordinate amount of time to move. Cashier would ask each car occupant do you want an apple turnover or pie. She asked me 4 times. I said no 4 times. When I drove up to the window she stared at me like I was the one that was crazy. Real nasty attitude and insisted that all have some apple crap.
NOTE TO: McDonald' Board of Directors don't take up my precious time in the morning asking me if I want something else other than the item I have ordered. If I want something off the menu I can read.

Hygiene
I was a customer at the McDonalds on 29th on the south hill of Spokane, Washingtion on Sept 17th at 4 pm I went into the restroom and observed an employee come out of a bathroom stall adjust her pants and hat look in the mirror at herself and walk right out of the restroom without washing her hands. Now that is just what I want someone serving me food when they didn't wash their hands after wiping their ass or peri area. Are you so busy timing how fast those employee's get orders out you have forgotten to teach them to wash there hands. Shame on you McDonalds. This makes me so sick you have lost my business for good.
