They clearly don't use fresh ingredients to make the food
About 2 weeks ago, we to Mcdonalds near Mayville Mall. I ordered a chicken mcmeal and my friend ordered a mcfeast deluxe.
After arriving home, I discovered I had a piece of burnt chicken fillet on my burger, with no mayonaise and dark green lettuce. Never ever have I seen a chicken burger like that bought at mcdonalds. The mcfeast looked better although the meat looked greyish of colour. I wanted to go back and complain, but it was also too late and I threw the burger in the garbage bin. I don't go to any mcdonald's branch anymore, I prefer Steers now, at least they give us friendly service and quality food.
I aslo advise people not to buy from mcdonalds in mayville, because clearly the don't use fresh ingredients to make the food.

Nasty customer "service"
I thought I had been through all of the scenarios, going through drive throughs and being "shorted" on orders. This morning, the McDonalds I have frequented was staffed with a new crew, but they couldn't get any orders correct!!! I asked for an order of hashbrowns, they gave me ONE, lone hasbrown! I stopped and called them and asked for the manager. She sounded like she had marbles in her mouth and when I told her of the mistake, she asked my name and hung up; no further apology. I drove back, walked inside and observed several customers, like myself, who had been "shorted" and missing items they had paid for!
It was a zoo! Anyway, when I stepped up and told the cashier my name and came to get my ORDER of hashbrowns? She yelled "Hey Sharlay! You got that hashbrown? The lady be here.' I watched her walk over to the bin, grab a sack and she gave it to me without a word of apology. When I looked inside there was--you guessed it--ONE LONE hashbrown!!! LOL
Any other time or place, I have gotten a complete order, for mistakes. It is not worth messing with loyal customers, by making them drive back for YOUR stupid mistake, only to be stingy! Roy Calla is the owner of this frachise, I will be giving him a call about this tacky behavior. I know I am not the only customer whose time was WASTED and no APOLOGY. Learn to read your own menu.

Wrong order
I have been a loyal McDonalds customer for many years. I have been to many different locations, usually I get what I order. I can even understand that occasionally my order might get mixed up especially at some verry bussy locations. However the McDonalds at 3611 - 17 Ave. SW, Calgary, Alberta has not given me my correct order in literally 10 years. In fact even though it is the closest McDonalds to my house, I have been diving out of my way to a different location everytime i wanted their food for the last 2 years because i do not like dealing with incompotence. The reason I finally stopped going to this location was that instead of going through the drive thru I went inside and as I put in my order I told the cashier and the mannager that they never get my order right, it was a bit of a lage order 4 adult meals and 3 happy meals for my friends kids. My friend and Iwatched them put the order together and as all appeared to be there we paid and left. The kids were all so happy to get a happy meal each but when each of them discovered that they all got ripped off on the toys they almost cried over it. I called and complained and was told to go back to the location and get the toys which is fine however no apalogy and it was a half hour drive from my friends place so I simply told them that i was not going back there anymore. Today i had a craving for an angus burger and I was pressed for time so I decided that after 2 years i would try this location again. I went to the drive thru and as i got my order I simly checked the number of burgers in the bag. I arrived home, unpacked my food and discovered that the burger at the bottom of the bag was not an angus but a chicken sanwich. I called to complain and was told that my next meal was free but no actual apalogy. I then replied that i do not want a free meal from them as it would probably be the wrong order anyway and I informed them that I will not set foot in that location ever again and that I would discourage others from going to that location. If you live in Calgary please avoid the McDonalds at 3611 - 17 Ave. SW as it seems to be staffed by incompotent idiots.

worst service and the girl was on something
I went through the drive through about 2:30 pm today, Tues. August 17, 2010. The girl at the first window made me sit there, trying to pay her for at least 5 minutes. I eventually just put it in park and turned off the car. Finally another girl came and took my money, but before that, another girl at the 2nd window was looking out wondering where the next car was. Then, when I finally got to the 2nd window for my sons plain cheeseburger happy meal, which by the way was fixed wrong, the girl at the window was TOTALLY blown away!!! Her eyes looked almost closed and extremely blood shot and then she tried to talk. Her tongue was so thick that she couldn't hardly speak. This was the worse service I have ever experienced!!!

Grievance
For the attention of the HR department – subject grievance
Employee no. 02121457
Dear Sirs
I am making this complaint as a former member of staff from Donnington McDonalds in Telford. I would like to raise the issue of the treatment I received whilst I was working at this restaurant when I was under your employment. I have worked for McDonalds for over eighteen months I started on the 22/02/09 and my employment ended on the 08/08/10. I was part time employee and I enjoyed working for your company I had no problem with the job or the crew members and some of the managers. However the attitude of some of the managers that are working there need to be addressed. It is only in the last several months that I feel I have started being bullied, harassed and have received unfair treatment. I feel that I was singled out and I was constantly taken into the office and repeatedly told off for my lack of effort at work and the way I am “constantly bringing the shift down, crew members and managers a like are always complaining”. However I never received any complaints off crew members because of the way I acted at work or some of the managers. I got on with some staff very well and I now how several close friends from working at the store.
As an example of the unfair attitude I have been subjected to one of the managers called me an “ignorant little cow” which is totally inacceptable behaviour from a manager to a member of staff regardless of the alleged grievance. On another occasion I was told by another manager to “shut your mouth because you have no opinion”, and this was followed with an expletive of the worse kind. The main reason for there apparent grievance was that I used my initiative to help another member of staff when my own position was quite and on one occasion I was sent home for this. These are just to examples of the recent behaviour of managers at this store and indeed other crew members have commented on the way they have been treated by managers at this store since getting a transfer. During the course of my employment I was asked to double up on my shifts because of the none appearance of other members of staff I was happy to do this and surly I would not have been asked if I was a hard working member of staff. The examples listed above and numerous others made my position untenable and therefore I strongly feel that there behaviour is tantamount constructive dismissal I will be forwarding a copy of this letter to A.C.A.S and would respectively request a response to this letter from yourself at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully
Amy Harrison

Food and service
I am a vegetarian due to religious and emotional beliefs, and my and my friends consider Mcdonalds to be a treat, so we decided to pay a visit to the Evesham branch of Mcdonalds. I ordered a Spicy Veggie Deli meal. They served me and I sat down to enjoy my meal. I took a few bites, thinking it tasted rather strange, so I asked my friends what they thought. It turns out, they had served me Chicken. I was, obviously, very distressed so we went to complain. They did not even give me and apology, then, when I asked for a refund, the manager said she couldn't give me one. They were not treating us with respect, and we belive this is because of our age, as I am only 15 years old. I was extremely angry and carried on asking until she gave me a refund, when they didn't even refund me for the whole meal. I am extremely angry and upset as this will also lead to physical implications. Me and my friends vow to never visit Mcdonalds again and we will be writing to head office.

They refuses to acknowledge the poor performance of their manager
MACDONALDS in niagara falls, ny refuses to acknowledge the poor performance of their manager named nadjia. headquarers has refused to address this problem hich has been ongoing for abourt two months now. I get along famously with other members of her family, but this individual does not seem to appreciate my input about her performance, and this may be the reason for her incomprehensible behavior.

Stay far away from McDonalds
I thought MacDonalds stood up and encouraged young men to pull their pants up and to make something of themselves? But I guess I was wrong. I thought MacDonalds respected all youth in America, who are their greatest supporters, including my grand-children?But I guess I was wrong. This manager at south MacArthur Dr. MacDonalds, in Alexandria, La. said to me after I asked him why "he would allow the young men to wear sagging pants;" he said to me, "He could not tell them how to wear their pants." and "What did I want him to say to them..." I looked in amazement and quite confused at him, and said, "nothing." And I drove away, never to return again.
