very bad service
I prefer McDonalds over Burger King but I'm tired of not only the workers but also the MANAGERS. They can't get your order right at all. Then they try to make it out to be your fault - the last time I knew the customer is always right no matter what. I went to McDonalds on Sunday and ordered 2 Big Mac Meals and when I got to the window I got 2 Chicken Nugget Happy Meals. I want to know how you get Happy Meals out of Big Mac Meals. This isn't the first time this has happened. I am to the point to go to Burger King . I am very disappointed in McDonalds lately. And its ashame because I think you have better food than Burger King. I hope you can correct this.

Unfair Labor Practices
I am a Disabled Navy Veteran and College graduate who finally got a 12 hr per week minimum wage job (after nearly 2 years of being unemployed)at McDonalds only to be given no (Zero) hours work over the past month. This, while the Manager (Black) has hired at least 4 new employees (black) and given them 20 hrs or more per week.
I need this job to keep from going into foreclosure on my home.
My unemployment was not due to lack of effort on my part. I applied to every available postion on the Internet as well as going through the Dept of Labor. No joy.
Please share your thoughts.
P.S. I have since launched a Webdesign business ]connection99.com and hope to have success soon. Please pass the word and maybe I'll be able to get through this B.S.

Bullies
Went to McDonalds for lunch with my kids, sister, nieces and parents. When my dad and I were at the counter and my kids and nieces were sitting at a table, seven middle school girls went up to my kids and dumped their trash on our table. My oldest daughter (17 years old) got up and took the trash back to the bullies but the group just laughed at her. Then, the group of girls started talking loudly about their experiences getting drunk, having sex and using drugs. Every other word was a swear word, so my sister told them to stop. They continued to mock and laugh at my sister (40 years old). By the time I got to the table, those girls shaped-up; I am twice their size and a high school teacher, so I got the look. What is up with these young kids? Do their mommas know what they are doing? I'm sure them mommas would be upset if they heard what was coming out of the mouths of their girls. Really makes me sick to see healthy, could be smart, kids act so disturbed and so rude to others; what's the next step for them, physical assault? I complained to McDonalds management and was told that they have problems with those girls all the time. Why are you still serving them??? You will lose a lot of customers that way, not to mention the potential law-suit you could face; wake-up McDonalds; Refuse Service! And if you know this group of middle school girls in Lodi, do something about it Lodi, before they end up in real trouble; it's your community.

Custome Survey, Receipt information
1. Went to McDonalds' at Wal-Mart in Mount Pearl, NL (Merchant Dr)
2. Decided to do the customer survey on line
3. When I did I could not see any of the numbers that I needed to put into the computer, because of the grease on the recepit.
4. Was upset because I could not complete because the number were wore off from the grease. My children love McDonalds, so I thought that
I would enter the survey to see if I could win the weekly prize.
5. Would like to suggest to McDonald that if you want people to take part in your surveys, please make sure that the paper that you print the recipt on does not take the numbers off when they come in contact with grease.
6. I trust that I wil be hearing from you soon

bad customer service

To whom it may concern
This evening a friend of mine and myself went to McDonalds Penrith high St and cnr kendle st to purchase food through the drive throu. As per usual the staff gave us good customer service and i'd like to mention in this particular case the girl that served us through the speaker phone did a great job at getting our order right when a friend of mine called me on my mobile, half way through the order requesting more food.
we double checked the order and moved on to to next window. we arrive at the next window pay for our order, done by our serve with a smile, then move on to the next window to collect our food. Do so a go home.
We arrive home to find no nuggets. now we know that they where in the order cause we double checked and also we received the honey mustard sauce and ketchup but no nuggets. Ok no drama people make mistakes. i decided to call the the store to let them know so that something can be arranged. after many attempts- Im pretty sure that the lady that finally answered was named stephanie but it may have been samantha it definately started with an s thou. I asked to speak to the manager please and Stephanie replies "yeah i'm one of the managers". "ok "i say" i ordered 10 nuggets in a drive throu order and i did not receive them". Stephanie replies "we'll come back down and we will replace them for you".I reply" i will not be going out again this evening as it is past 10 o'clock and is there something else that can be arranged". Stephanie replies" that she will post out a voucher" and then says "whats ya address", i tell her and the Stephanie's conversation finishes with " that will probably take a week and a half to two weeks to get there".
Now in my book customer service is a biggy and that is why i go to this particular mcdonalds. when i was a kid alot of my mates worked there we where brought up with good morals and this i feels translates to good customer service. throughout my whole conversation with stephanie she as a manager did not apologise once. The tone and enthusiasms of stephanie was very flat and personally i think could of been handled with a little empathy.
i thought i would just like to bring this to your attention and i hope that the coupon for those nuggets really does arrive as i kind of was left feeling that it might not happen at all. If this does not not happen who should i then contact to get my voucher.

Two employees were having sex right there in front of the register
I went to the mcdonalds on11055 burbank blvd north hollywood ca and what i saw was disgusting two employees having sex right there in front of the register this was at 1;00 am and the worst part was that they did no even care about taking care of the drive thru customers, i will never go back there and i will do whatever i can to report this two employeesto who ever care doing something about this, , by the way it was on june the 13th 2010 at 1:03 am.

poor food
i just went through the drive thru, and i ordered a medium mocha frappe', when i received it, it was half full. the rest was whipped cream. i paid almost 3$ for this drink and there wasnt but maybe 5 drinks in the cup.

Not an apology or I'm sorry little girl just plain rude and nasty next please
I have 4 grandchildren staying with me for the summer and for the last three days we took the bus to visit McDonald's at Walmart. Location Charleston & Arville, Las Vegas Nv. Everyday ( for three days in a row )we have been told the ice cream machine was busted. They have to order the part we were told evry day. Today my 7 year old grandaughter told William who was only to anxious to be rude to get her out of the way and get to the next customer got put in his place by a 7 year old. She told him why don't you just Fed Ex or UPS it overnight then you wouldn't be so mad to people who ask for ice cream. Not an apology or I'm sorry little girl just plain rude and nasty next please. The customers in line were saying "you tell him sweetie". Me I felt like just jerking this William jerk over the counter but why when a seven year old can do it for me with just words.
