me and my son being sick after eating at mcdonalds
i brought my son a big breakfast and myself one on saturday the 13th feb 2010 and has i got home saturday at about 12 am both me and my son started being sick and there was nothink else that we had eaten during this day and it wasnt until sunday that we was starting to feel much beta but even sunday 14th feb 2010 we was still slightly being sick over a meal that i brought at mcdonalds in lewisham high street london se13

LACK OF SERVICE
I live and work in a place called Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. After finishing work at 2300Hrs. I decided to go to Mcdonalds for a snack before going home. I parked my vehicle in the Mcdonalds car park and proceeded to the resteraunt which was closed but the drive through window was open. I was refused to be served because the vehicle was not at the drive through window and I was quoted company policy that states that unless you have a vehicle then you will not be served. My vehicle is parked on there premises. I had to drive around to the window for service. (How stupid can the Mcdonalds staff be). No common sence what soever.

Second time I have ordered something and gotten something else
I ordered a #2 breakfast meal with coffee with cream and sugar, and I got a coffee. The person who takes your order at the Commack McDonalds on Vanderbilt Parkway doesn't speak English/doesn't understand simple English. How are you going to get what you want? Being that there is so much unemployment in this country right now, why do they choose to hire someone who can't even communicate with you??? This is the second time I have ordered something and gotten something else.

Need more security
I think McDonalds needs more security in their Kiddie area, the human kind, because today I took my 18 mth daughter to play and eat there, and some little boy her age or younger came up to her and started punching her in the face. She now has a big bruise on her cheek. And the mother of this child was sitting right behind us watch and not doing a thing. Now I know the boy was young but his mother should have done something. I think that Mcdonalds should better take care of these matters through security guards in the play room keeping track of the kids and the parents. Since some parents don't know how to teach their kids right from wrong. Needless to say My daughter will never eat or go their again.

Fake Snack wrap
When you see a big mac snack it shows two pieces of meat that are the same size. When you buy one you get a snack wrap with one piece of meat. I sent one back and they cut the piece of meat into two pieces and handed it back to me and said they do not do two pieces of meat anymore. This has happened at more than one location and I will never get back there again. I asked for and received a refund.

Bad Service and Old Fries
I like to think that I'm an easy going person, but it's disheartening to get such bad service from a company that I've had good experiences with in the past.
I went to the drive through, which wasn't busy, and tried to make my order. I was interupted several times while trying to place my order and what I did manage to get out had to be repeated at least twice.
All I ordered was a large fry and mcdouble plain. My friend ordered a number two. We asked that the two orders be placed in seperate bags. This order shouldn't have taken ten minutes.
After my order was placed, I recieved one bag. I reminded the employee that my friend and I wanted the orders seperated and he was very snapish and rude, practically throwing my friend's order into the seperate bag.
Okay, fine. Maybe he's had a rough day.
But, I open the bag and find my large fry is only half filled and the fries themselves were old and greasy. Looking at the mcdouble, it was shoddily constructed with the meat stacked sidways and the cheesy poking half out of the burger.
I parked and went in to ask them to replace the fries and I was accussed of eating the other half of the fries.
I don't expect to be treated like A REGISTERED NURSE WHO MAKES 100K A YEAR(!) but I'd like some courtesy.
So I guess I'll stick to cooking my own stuff.~

Poor Service
We were on vacation in West Plains Missouri and eveytime we went to Mcdonalds which was everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times. I could see them not having decaf coffee ready in mid-day so we had to pull up. When we ordered crispy chicken salads I ordered one with out bacon bits. Special order had to pull up for that. Next time crispy chicken salad no special had to wait for chicken pull up for that. When we left 7:00 am thought no problem. Ordered breakfast burittos and coffee. We paid at 1st window and got to the pick up window no one was there then somone came and started to make coffee handed us the burittos and said we have to wait for the coffee. I said I see you just made it she said"yes we just opened" So when 10 minutes later see gave me the coffee and I said if you just opened how come the food is ready. She said "2groups of people came in when we opened the doors and ordered all the coffee". So why didn't they make more right away?

Avoid them
On my last visit to one of your stores in Johnson City Tn I was charged $.025 for a glass of water. Is this now a company wide charge or just this unit? As the largest restaurant company in the world its a shame to charge for a glass of water. Did the cup really cost you that much? Next time I will bring my own cup or maybe I'll just go to another restaurant and no longer be a McDonald's customer. By the way I have been a customer since 1958 in DesPlaines Il where Ray Kroc opened the 1st franchise unit.

Terrible experience
Ever since you have added sweet tea I have had a problem getting the unsweeten tea with my order. I am diabetic and I ask for un-sweeten ice tea. it's upsetting when I get back to work and I find they gave me sweet tea. I don't have time to return the product. I have this problem a lot with the McDonalds on Mt Hope Ave in
Rochester, NY So there I am with my meal and a sweet tea I can't drink.

Germs,Service
Here is a 2 part complaint about McDonald's service and how nasty the place is.
1.Germs -
There are always flys in the building.The tables are never cleaned and you gotta get a manager just to have 30 seconds of work done.The bathrooms are filthy and there is always stuff no the floor.
2.Service -
They are always in a rush and never stop to take my full order, This happend many times.They always forget to add something which makes us go back and wait in line for another 5 minutes just to get 1 - 2 items.They always forget to remove things like when we want no onions, they always keep the onions.
I dont see what the rush is.Its suppose to be Service for a reason.Take your time and make sure its perfect before you send it off.
