When I went to McDonald's last night after going to see a movie with my grandparents, everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong. First, they were out of decaf coffee for my Grandpa, out of regular cups (we had to use Happy Meal cups instead), and out of ketchup cups. Now, ordinarily this would be somewhat understandable, as it was pretty late at night on New Year's Day and they probably had many customers all day long. However, this is hardly where the problems ended. We didn't get a receipt, our food was cold, and my chicken club sandwich was completely raw. It was still completely and utterly pink, and I wouldn't have been surprised if it started clucking at me. I got a different sandwich, and it was raw again. Not only were the sandwiches lacking, but the cappuccino my grandpa got instead of the decaf coffee was cold and basically only hot water. We did complain again before leaving, and we got two more sandwiches that have yet to be eaten and two coupons for free McCafe's. Personally, I think they could have done much better than that; after all, everything that could have gone wrong, did.

I have ruined pants, jackets, carpet in my car and truck and now the front seat of my truck and another coat; all because the coffee cups at McDonald's do not seal properly with the lid. I have complained to the restaurant numerous times and get the same reply, "They are aware of the problem and a solution is being worked on". I want to know when? I enjoy McDonald's coffee but a cup of coffee there is now inconvenient, hazardous and expensive (dry cleaning and carpet cleaning). Wake up and smell the coffee people the situation is ridiculous. i came in on a wednesday evening. i ordered two meals from a man on the front counter who never smiled or asked of i needed anything else. once i received the food it was cold and tasted old . i politley asked to exchange it or a refund and the man got the manager who was very rude and said to me "sorry your food wasnt good enough here is your damn money". i took my money and went across the street and had very fresh food and service with a smile . i was surprised bc this mcdonlads was a friendly place and clean but recently it seems to be going in the trash!

I work in the bar business and do not get hime until around 4AM. Tonight, enroute to my house, I was hungry and decided to stop by McDonalds for breakfast. Knowing that the McDonald's closest to my house is usually closed between 3 and 4 AM (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE SEVERAL SIGNS STATING "24 Hour Drive Through") I drove another mile to the next closes location (which also claims to have a 24 hour drive through). Upon reaching the order window (at the Altamonte Springs, FL location on 436) I was told "sorry our systems are down". I was not offered any alternative, nor any additional assistance. I then drove to the Altamonte Springs location closest to my house (on 434), only to be told that "we are still closed".

Once again, BOTH locations have various signage CLAIMING 24 hour drive through service. Yet, at 2 different locations, I was denied service, at one they directly stated they were closed (what did I get there during the day's 25th hour?).

I would not be so upset if the locations did not have several signs claiming 24 hour service a the drive through window. But since they both do, and at one location I have run into this problem on more that one occassion, I have to ask if McDonald's knows what 24 hour service means...

In addition, I went online to file a complaint, and found the complaint section of the ir website was down!!! Really???

The McDonalds on Albany Avenue in Atlantic City New Jersey is running a towing scam. They have signs saying Patron Parking Only or you will be towed, but on a few very small signs, most posted below eye level and behind parked cars, at the bottom (not all of the signs) it says "Dine In Customer Only Parking" - 45 minute limit. I ate at McDonalds on August 31, 2008, walked across the street and when I returned a few minutes later my car was being towed. I couldn't believe it? I ended up being out $80 and I am sure that the Manager of McDonalds and the Towing company have a scam going on. I saw several cars being towed from the lot, and a few angry patrons, just in the short time I was trying to sort this out with the Manager who wouldn't be budged. I wonder how much he's (a Mr. Tuliano) raking in for this - a lot I expect. The tow truck driver looked like his twin and he wouldn't give me his name.
