After waiting, I finally placed my order (2 snack wraps and a large Coke), pulled up, paid and pulled up to the second window. Waited several minutes, then was told to move forward, that they would bring me the wraps. I waited several minutes, watching several cars behind me place their order, get it and leave. Finally, I backed up to the window and asked for my money back. I waited several more minutes. They refused to give me my money or my food. (I assure you, I never so much as raised my voice.) After waiting a total of 20 minutes with no food and no money, I had to leave.

Waiting for our flight from dalaman airport in turkey to uk, our two kids felt a little hungry so they brought 2xhappy meals from mcdonalds my kids came back with the change after eating the meals, on counting the change and checking the prices we had payed £15.00 FOR THE 2 HAPPY MEALS In uk it only costs around £4.00 so how can they justify charging so much.

Today (Dec 28) I went by mcdonalds after work to pick up food to bring home. I orderd 3 mighty kids chicken nugget meals and a 20 pc mcnuggets she asked if I wanted sauce and I said yes, i told her what i wanted. after paying for that I decided to order 10 more mcnuggets she asked if i wanted sauce with that, and i said yes, then paid for that. Pulled to 2nd window she gave me 3 kid meals and a bag and 3 drinks. I thaught it was right. Drove home only to discover i was 20 mcnuggets short had 3 packs of sauce. We quickly tried to call mcdonalds but they did not answer phone after several tries still no answer the only other thing was to go back to mcdonalds witch is 16 miles one way. I went to counter and told her what happend they gave me the other nuggets (didn't ask to see my recipt no wait i didn't even get one to start with) I had to just about beg for the sauce for the 44 nuggets i had in all. They was rude about it all together. this is not the first time this has happend to us there the other times my wife checks it before we pull away, this time i was by myself and was in a hurry to get home, only to go back!!! arrrr!!

It's the day after Christmas! Last night we got 7 inches of snow -
Husband and I got the urge f or burgers and fries so we dug the car out and drove to the mcdonalds at Rte 34 in the Home Depot shopping center.
We ordered an Angus Burger, 2 Mcdoubles with no cheese, large fry and large diet cokes.
sat patiently in line while the person on the speaker in the drive thru who needed to learn english a bit longer, repeated the order, and we drove up to window 1 to pay. then pulled up to window 2-
got the drinks, and was handed the bag, drove home.
Got home - no mcdoubles!!! ARGH!!! We live 6 miles from this place, but we were home, had removed boots, coats, etc and had settled to eat-
Damit!!! So my husband called the restaurant, asks for the manager who could barely speak english and was told to come and get them...my husband said that was ridiculous and asked why this location consistently gets orders wrong - the "manager" says in his broken english "we try to make better" - and then asked our name so we could pick them up next time we come by -
it will be a cold day in hell- we are calling McDonald's corporate Monday - this has got to stop!!! Franchisee's like these are ruining your business - ticked off customers are merely promised some food in exchanged for their silence - i sure hope that mcdonalds corp tracks complaints for locations and revokes franchises with too many because portillos and culvers are close by and are far better -

Went in today at 11:05am to the McDonalds on Imola St in Napa. The counter person was rude and not helpfull. I wanted Chicken nuggets and they had a few different choises. The counter person did not even offer any choice. He just gave me the 6 nuggets which was 3.36 I could have gotten a whole meal with 4 nuggets for less then 3.00. I fell he was tring to sell the most expence one. He could have said something about the different items instead of hurring me through the sale. They were not even busy.
