McDonalds Reviews

food and personal
The gravy was watered down. The lady at the drive thru was very rude. At the second window. Also the last time we ate inside the manger had no control over her staff. This was about four in the afternoon We probably wont go back. This was the Mcdonalds on West Tipton.

Food had foreign particles in it
Thanks for the ground up bits of black plastic found in the beef of my FINAL 1/4 pounder at the Port Washington WI McD this summer. The only thing I can still eat at McD is the McChicken sandwich, and that I carefully look for chicken beeks and feet before eating.

No Service
Company not only once but twice screwed up our order at the same visit and I had to return to get it straightened out. There was no remorse and it was as if no one even cared. In fact the person at the counter said she did not make the mistake. What great customer service.

discrimination
I would just like to say that i for one feel discriminated against for the way all McDonalds commercials are these days. The new commercial about the 365 days of black culture is going over board, i cannot remember the last time i have seen a caucasion or asian person or family as a representative of McDonalds. i just feel that there is some discrimination going on.

Hairs in sandwich
I got a fish sandwich filled with hair its impossible for this to be an accident. This sandwich had four long pieces of hair tangled all thru the sandwich. After pulling a hair from halfway out my throat I got furious. Some course of action should be done. The address was 4814 Center St. Tacoma, WA 98466 the Mcdonalds inside of gas station. The workers here I guess play some serious games that can get themselves hurt and people in a lot of trouble. I think I will stop eating Mcdonalds for a long while.

Junior or Hamburger
I went through drive thru at McDonalds South Melbourne and ordered a Junior/Hamburger Meal. I checked that I had everything, after all McDonalds is know for leaving things off drive thru orders all the time.

I returned to work to eat my lunch and discovered that my burger was missing the key ingredient, the meat patty. It irritates me so much because in order to fix this I have to drive back to McDonalds, but by this time my actual lunch break is over.

As you can see from the photo, the bread doesn't have any of the signs that something hot and fatty has even touched it.

Terrible place
Me and my two sons went to McDonalds on 9 Mile and Groesbeck in Warren, Mi on Sunday March 13, 2006 at 5:23 p.m.. I asked for two fish sandwiches freshly dropped, two double cheese burgers, a McChicken and a Big Mac. This is a drive thru only McDonalds, when I got to the window to pay for it I notice that the fish were dried out and I asked for them to be redropped. Two employees(males)looked around at me and told the other employee they were fresh. One employee started to remake my fish sandwiches. I watched as he pick up some lettuce and put it in his mouth and continue to make my food. He put the lettuce, tarter sauce and the cheese on; when he was finished he licked both on my sandwiches and packaged them up. I was in shock, I jumped out the car I couldn't believe that someone could be so cruel all because he had to do his job. My son said I can't belive that he had done that. Did you see him Ma? Before he could get that out I was already out of the car. Everyone that I come in contact with I will tell them what happen at the McDonalds on 9 Mile. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at one again.

Charging for Condiments
One night while me and my girlfriend are on our way home; She has a sudden craving (She's Pregnant). So we stop at McDonald's and instead of just getting her craving we decided to order Dinner. So we place our Order

2 McDouble's No Mustard, Extra Onion
1 6 Piece Nugget w/ Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 Large Fry
1 Large Sweet Tea

1 #1 Big Mac Meal
With Large Cherry Coke

Totaling roughly 12$

First of all, I've been ticked off at McDonald's since the one day out of the blue they started asking for money for extra sweet and sour sauce.. However, most don't ask. So it's hit or miss. This time we pulled up to the window, I asked for an Extra Sweet and Sour Sauce for my McNuggets and Mayonnaise for my girlfriends Sandwhich. I'm then told well they only charged me for one and it would be .30 cents for another.. Well I just paid with my Debit Card, and I don't have change.. I rarely carry money at all on me.. So I told them, never mind I didn't have the change. We got our bag of food, and after being requested to pay for condiments, I surely checked the bag as I'm sure everyone else does to make sure the order is correct. Did I even get the one I had been "charged" for? No. So I wait for them to come back to the window, and tell them.. Can I get the one I'm supposed to get then.. Basically being called a liar.. She says.. "I know I put one in there" with a smug attitude and reluctantly gives me 1 Sauce, and 2 Mayo packages.

It's one thing to force someone to pay for a condiment packet, (Which is what I feel completes my meal) but then coming back with an attitude when you didn't do your job is a completely different story.. McDonald's is no longer, "Made the way you like it".. It's "Made the way we can make money"

I'm only lucky I'm not actually allergic to mustard, because I've bit down on far to many where they don't bother to do the order right. It's either 1. Mexicans who don't understand English, or Teenagers with no work Ethic running this global conglomerate.. Worse thing is, no one will stop going there because it's quick food.

For the price of a single meal; you could feed a family of 2-4.. Can of Tuna, Box of Tuna Helper, even get fancy and add a can of Corn.. It's like 4 bucks. IF THAT.

inappropriate behavior
My complaint regards to the character of the male crew on duty in McDonalds in Belconnen.
I refer to an incident in early 2008 in which a friend, walking drunk through the drive through at night was encouraged with others, to lift her top, which was photographed by the manager working at the time, “Dez.” When later asked to delete the photograph he refused, instead showed the picture to other customers which came through the drive through.
I believe this action has not been addressed and has left a stain on the reputation of this franchise store. This was not the only time in which my friends and I were harassed by the male staff on duty, and “Dez” more than once asked us to lift our shirts up. I had expected this manager would have been fired but no action seems to have been taken by any of the other staff. It was an extremely traumatic incident for my friend involved, and a lot less than could be hoped for from a family restaurant.

Unhealthy Conditions
On the morning of Sat. Sept. 19 at approximately 8 am. a party of four, while traveling in southern Manitoba, stopped for breakfast at the Neepawa McDonalds. We found the conditions deploreable, far below the normal and customary standards of McDonald's restaraunts. The floors and table tops were dirty. The abundance of flies truly defies description. We are not talking about a few flies here. We are talking about hundreds of flies. This is true for the dining area, as well as the food preparation area. The food was substandard to the extent that two of our four breakfast sandwiches were cold to the touch and hash browns were at best warm. While we emphasize with the young lady attempting to provide service at the counter, it was clear that this person's disadvantaged situation prevented her from functioning in a manner acceptable for the position. Management surely should and must have recognized this situation. As we travel frequently, we often choose to eat at McDonalds for their consistency in quality of food and service. Our experience at the Neepawa McDonalds was unacceptable and quite to the contrary. Bob & Sandy Teets Durand WI, USA
