Customer service/ Theft
I ordered two large shakes and paid$6.76. I was handed two shakes and straws, no holder, no bag, nothing. I asked if I could have something to carry them in, as the ice cream was dripping down the sides. I was told "we're out". I asked how I could drive and not have these all over my upholstery. It was not her problem as she shut the window. The shakes fell to the pavement. I called the store when I got home to complain to the manager, who also hung up. It is not their problem, HOWEVER, THEY WILL KEEP THE MONEY. I called again to ask for a complaint line, and was hung up on again. Now THAT is customer service.

hateful employee
My friend and I went to McDonalds this afternoon, and while we were there, and mean and rude shift leader made a nasty comment to my friend about her weight!! RIGHT TO HER FACE!!! TOLD HER TO NOT BREAK A SEAT WHEN SHE SAT DOWN!!! How mane, and hateful could this young man be???? We will never ever ever return, and I will tell as many people as I can, who would want to be subjected to this hate- monger????

Poor Service
The employee's are playing around behind the counter. They are not getting the orders right. In the drive through, they are leaning out the window petting a dog with their hands (which have their gloves on) and then handling the food. That is disgusting. The fast food service there is just getting worse and worse. Last, but not least is their milk shake machine always seems to be broke down and that goes for lots of the McDonalds. I hope they do something about this service or they will lose me and my family as customers.

Very Very RUDE!!!
I was in Columbus Ms on May 15, 2009. I tell you, it was the first time I've ever been so humiliated at a drive-thru in my life. I made my order of 4 McChickens, 3 caramel Sundaes and 1 fudge sundae (and 4 cups of water) it was extremely hot. I thought I was going to get my food right away. Well anyway, the lady at the drive-thru asked me to pull up and someone would bring my order out to me. I waited like five minutes in the blistering heat until finally here comes this lady whom appeared to me at first to be nice. She came out and just stood at the bars not far from where I waited. Maybe I wasnt up far enough for her convenience. She just stood there. After a few second I realized that it was my order I pulled up and got my bag. She didnt have my water so I said, Maam I had 4 cups of water with that order, She snapped me. Well they did'nt send any water by me and she went inside. I waited a few more minutes she didnt come so went back to the drive-thru. I got there and asked for the water again. The lady who got my order from before was like, I sent your water out, You didnt get it? The manager and the rude lady(Michelle) was standing around. Oh, there she go, said Michelle. The manager said why didn't you take her water. She got loud, I'm not gonna running down nobody in no parking lot, I dont care if somebody had called 911! She raged on. Ok Michelle, Ok Michelle said the manager smiling. That is definitely not how you talk to a customer and the manager should have apologized on her behalf. She was completely RUDE! She should have left her frustrations at home and not have taken them out on a customer. She don't need to be working anywhere with an attitude like that!!

No cust. service
I ordered coffee with whip cream at the McDonalds in Shippensburg through the drive through and also gave a donation to the Ronald McDonald House through the drive through. After receiving my coffee I pulled over to the parkinglot to drink my coffee and the whip cream wasn't there as ordered, nor was the splenda or creamer. I walked into the Mcdonalds (it was late at night) and told the person at the counter that I ordered whip cream and it wasn't there and could they please put whip cream on my coffee. i approached them respectfully, albeit a bit irritated at having to come out of my car in the cold. Instead of fulfilling my order calmly, they retaliated and commented "Well, if you want whip cream on your coffee, what you NEED TO DO is prove you ordered it! Where is your receipt?"

I had my Mcdonalds coffee in my hand and replied, " I just ordered it just NOW. I was just in the drive through. What You NEED TO DO is do your job right! I have come through this Mcdonalds several times and several times you have gotten my order wrong." The sales agent continued, "Well I don't appreciate you telling me how to do my job! And began losing his temper. At that point I just left, as they clearly had no concern for the customer or the quality of their service.

I then contacted the owner of Mcdonalds and NEVER received a call back, so I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau. Since then, I have had a growing number of problems with local restaurants every time I request a nice cup of coffee (the local restaurants here serve burnt or old coffee) and think that maybe similar people own these local businesses and are trying to make me out. I no longer go to a restaurant in Shippensburg because of regular and ongoing mistreatment.

30 cents for xtra tartar sauce on sandwich
OMG WTF. 30 cents 30 CENTS for extra tartar sauce on my fish sandwich. Effin outrageous! You're telling me an extra bit of sauce is REALLY 30 cents worth? I don't *@#$% think so. No more *@#$% McDonalds for me you #$%^&.

Awful place
Our family and friends visit this McDonalds frequently because of convenience. Our 2-3 year old children love it also. The problem is that the children's section is unfit for the young ones in many ways. It is not kept sanitary throughout the day, things are not wiped down and the area always needs to be swept. Little kids are running around in bare feet or in stockings since they take their shoes off for the slide and playground. And the slide and playground are filthy dirty too. It appears that they are NEVER cleaned. The windows in this section are likewise filthy. Next is the condition of what is supposed to be the attractions for the little ones. The air hockey game has been broken for 6 months at least along with the foot ball and the other arcade machines which the little ones always ask to play with but cannot.

We thought many parties would be great for this area IF the section was tended to. Please help us get this corrected so we do not have to travel to a more suitable kid-friendly McDonalds in a different town.

coffee lids
I stopped in at the DRIVE through on my way to work and ordered coffee with my meal. When I received my coffee I put it down on the floor then reached to receive the rest of the meal. As I was going to drive off I picked up the coffee and the lid was off, I spilled some, I then put it back down on the floor and pushed the lid down and again tried to pick it up, the lid was not staying down. I then pulled the car over to a parking stall with the coffee in my hand as I have no holder and spilled the coffee on my hand and clothes. I went into the restaurant and the girl snapped the lid down and showed my how you can pick it up by the lid and it doesn't come off. If it had been done like that before it was handed to me in my car I wouldn't have had a problem. I now have coffee on my clothes and a burn't thumb and all she could say is " I am sorry have a nice day". Their customer service needs to change making sure lids are on and that they have a sleeve on their VERY hot coffee.

Slow and rude workers
Every time I go to the Gardiner McDonalds there is slow and rude service. It's ridiculous! One time I got the incorrect change back and the cashier wouldn't do anything about it. When I spoke the manager all she had to say was "okay" she wouldn't fix the problem either! I complain to the franchise owner, but nothing ever changes.

Terrible i hate them, they don't allow freedom
Ok i was in mcdonalds, and i had to use the restroom really bad. so i placed my order, which i didn't receive at all. i had to take a number 2, and i pulled down my pants and shit on the floor and the manager proceeded to get mad and alert security.

what was the problem?i felt as if i could not rush to the bathroom, plus the fact, that i make 80 thousand dollars a year meant nothing to them i make more money than all of the employees combine, so he needed to back up off me. my taxes help keep this company a float

after i was detained i decided to speak to this manager and proceeded to yell at him and tell him i demand to get better service next time and a free meal.
