bad service
Hi I would like to complain about the service at this mcdonalds kirrawee, at least on every time any off my family has ordered food from the drive though, we are alway's short off something from our order, we try to always cheque before we leave but with the kids its not always easy, but why should we have too, its up to the mcdonalds to get the order right, maybe if they stopped hireing, these kids who seem not to give a dame, its like they are only there for the social activity, with other teenagers hanging there, then we may get better service, today was the last time we will be going there, plus we will be telling our staff not to either, thats a lot off money mcdonald want be getting, its about time something was done, I heard on the radio yesterday, about hireing kids who worked a mcdonalds being a good referance, your kidding I would never hire any teenager who worked there, if this is what the training is there getting.This is not a one off its been going on for years, who is over seeing these kids more kid's, its a joke.

discrimination
I walked into McDonalds and I was waiting in line to place my order. I had to wait in line for 5 minutes and there was only one other customer in front of me (I dont see what the hold was about, the customer was finished ordering). Then I placed my order and stepped aside. While I was waiting on my order which was just a McChicken and medium fries, there were 3 other people that placed their order and received their food before I did. I just stood there and watched, I started to get aggravated because I had been waiting for 10 minutes now. THATS REDICULOUS, I SHOULDNT BE WAITIN IN LINE FOR MY FOOD WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER BEFORE ANY OTHER PEOPLE. Then the cashier looks at me and says "what are you waiting on", I said "still waitin on the mcchicken, then he goes back and replaces my order, im like "WTF", thats rediculous!! then he got it and I asked him, "is there onion and cheese on it?" he said "there should be", so I open it right in front of him and look and find that theres no onions and cheese, I told him I want a refund. During this whole time I was waiting I could see the manager trying to hide his face while he was laughing at my expense, and along with him, there were other employees laughin. And the reason for them doing is was the color of my skin, everyone there was black except me. So they felt nothing of it. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I do not entend to go back. I went to wendys and got food from there and believe me it was wayy better than this mcdonalds.

24 hr. Drive Thru?
Often times after work, I'll go to the McDonalds located at Baseline Rd. and I-30 in Little Rock, Arkansas. However, the last time I went there... the Drive-Thru employee told me that they were unable to take orders for 30 minutes due to a "shift change." Having managed a restaurant in the past, I knew exactly what was going on. Without saying a word, I set the chronograph timer on my watch, and went about a block down the road to Waffle House for a "to go" order. Just so happens, my order from Waffle House took 30 minutes to cook and get out the door. So, in an attempt to call their bluff... I went back through the McDonalds drive-thru, and tried to place an order. Again, I was told by the person at the drive-thru that they were unable to prepare an order for me due to a "shift change..." and it would be 30 minutes. I responded, "Yeah, that's what you told me 30 minutes ago." Stay away from this McDonalds. The attitude of the employees is often reflected in the quality of the food at this location... when they'll serve it to you!

My wife and three daughters and i have just been to mcdonalds in rotherham and it is the most fithy and disgusting restaraunte i have ever been in.There was not one table there that was clean, food everywere wrappers allover, even behind the counter was filthy.Ketchup was allover the floor and walls, ouzing out of the serving pumps, When i mtold the staff what a dump this was he could, nt even tell me why it was in this state, AND the toilets were absolutly unbeleavabley unusable. I have not got strong enough words to describe it.
As for the food it was herendous, cold, overcooked, milkshake that was just milk.
As a manager of a large waste company i know the importance of cleanleness and would like to no what your company intends to do about it

Poor Service
This is the second time I have gone to this location and both times there were a bunch of punk kids in street clothes fooling around in the kitchen with the staff. I went through the drive thru and all i could hear when placing my order was laughing in the background. When i tried to repeat myself the girl cut me off and said drive up to the window i can't hear you. When i got to the window there was three guys running out of the kitchen throwing fries back at the staff and running around. To make it worse the staff started throwing food back at the punks...nice time and place for the staff members to entertain their friends.

Poor Service
I went to Fourways McDonalds on Saturday night to ask for Nuggets only to be told that we don't have anything.
After asking why not, I was informed that the quality was bad.
No manager was available to apologise.
This is not the first time, especially if one has to wait for such a long time through the drive-thru.
The one morning I stopped for coffee. No one ensured that sugar was also presented with the coffee??
I find this very exasperating as McDonalds does not have such a large range of products to ensure that all is available on time.
This is very disappointing to have no customer service and persons attending the public have not received training or apply the basic principles.

Poor hygiene
I am tired of poor service and attitude of staff at McDonalds in South Africa, FIrstly store Hygiene is very poor at most stores, secondly food quality is so bad that it makes you feel like going somewhere else - which I will do in the future. Our Family now refuses to eat at a McDonalds anywhere in South Africa.
I went into McDonalds in Waverley Pretoria to firstly wait a half hour in a queue to be served, then while placing the order I see the person putting the burger together licking his fingers while building them . His plastic gloves have the fingers missing so he just sucks the sauces etc off his fingers when he messes - while washing the floor it is no problem to to put in your hands and glab some ice - So when in South Africa - be very carefull about McDonalds, this is a regular complaint about the company throughout the country.
Always there is food still on the floor and rubbish on the tables. The burgers are dry and normally a bit on the old side, nothing is so "fresh" any more.

They have big sign says "Free Coffee with any purchanse between 6am~8am"
I asked if I'm getting free coffee with two orders of apple pie and a hash brown..
The response was "Nop, No coffee!!(already annoyed being asked million times)" with looking down on me like I was begging for something..
I replied "then You should take the sign off the window..!"
again annoyed "No coffee"
I often go there and I know they don't have the nicest service but this is fraud..~ !!!
They 4x2(ft) big sign on window (freecoffee) and mocking me for asking if that's available?
I looked at the sign on the way out.. Didn't find any fine prints like
'available on participated location only...'

Food standards
Quite possibly the worst mcdonalds in the uk. The staff are ignorant, cheeky, not suitable for a job as easy as mcdonalds is.
Food is always low quality and 9/10 times the wrong order is given. You can tell when the owner of the restraunt is down from ayrshire because the food standards slighty improve but they soon go back to minimal standards. Examples of these are wrong food being handed out, Wrong rolls for burgers, very very salty chips and wrong syrup to water ratio in the drinks.
I am personally on a mission to get the mcdonalds in dumfries to get a severe overhaul and get any staff member responsible for the rubbish service disciplined. If not that, the restraunt shut down.
Mr lindsay, get a grip of your staff.

bad food
im complaining about the mcdonalds on strand road in county derry, the amount of salt they put on the fries is RIDICULOUS!!! when they also give you a little sachet of salt to put on yourself!! (as if you need to put on any more!) if our fries were'nt salty enough they also have to cover the kiddies fries in their happy meals with salt...absolutely disgusting!! and as far as i remember i heard that mcdonalds was meant to of stopped putting salt on their fries a long time ago
