Bad service
I was confronted with bad customer service during my visit via drive-thru. I and my friends were proceeding through the medium of drive-thru where we were confronted with a disrespectful and inexperienced employee. When we reached the last window to pick up our order, we requested the employee to put each meal in separate bag and apologized for the inconvenience. Since the meals were already packed in one bag, the employee impolitely offered us extra bags on the side. Due to our rejection to his offer, he started showing us attitude and started swearing. The employee’s behaviour disappointed us and we had to go inside to report his behaviour to the manager. We explained everything to the manager, and then she talked to the employee in front us and sent him back to his duty.

discusting
I was going to complain about the Mcdonalds in Fort Chiswell Va, its off I-81, right beside the Bp. Well I was reading all the complaints that were already posted and realized it must be the company's fault itself/ Obviously if the company itself cared about the customer they would make it a priority to make sure the restaraunts were doing thier jobs. Today I went to the Mcdonalds in Fort Chiswell and at the drive thru we said we wanted ketchup, well we went through the bag only to find they didn't give us any ketchup. Well this is not a big deal, after all, its only ketchup. So I go in and they dont have ketchup in the dining area so i have to go to the register. I was amazed at what was going on in the kitchen! They had the kitchen over crowded and then over half the employs were walking around with their shirts untucked and one of the men had his uniform shirt completely unbuttoned! It was so discusting and the shirt he had under it was obviosly dirty with stains and grease spots all over it and even had holes in it. And what was even worse is that he had a greasy looking pony tale and it didn't even look like it had been combed. I was so discusted and then when i got back to the car i realized they had gotten my order wrong. So I stupidly went back that night hoping that sense the shift had changed I could get better service. Well this time everyone was dressed better and looked cleaner only they completley screwed out entire order up. I ordered a Chicken Ranch BLT sandwich with grilled chicken, well i dont know what i got but it wasnt a BLT. It didn't have any bacon on it and they put crispy chicken on it. And then they gave us a salad and we didn't even order a salad. And this is not the only day either, any time we order ice cream they are either out of ice cream or the machine is broken or something. I dont know who is in charge of placing orders but they need to check inventory and make sure they order enough to last. And they need to make sure their employs are more presentable. Who wants to eat food prepared or served by a grease ball? And any time i order their fries they are always over cooked. I think i have learned my lesson. I'm not going back. And if the Mcdonald's corporation cares they will take care of this problem. But I
think after all the complaints they have already gotten they should have already taken care of it. So maybe this is a hint that the Mcdonald's Corporation cares nothing about the customers.

Unsafe For Children
3rd MARCH 2009 (5:PM) - This afternoon after school i took my kids (7yrs old & 5yrs old) to Mc Donalds SM CEBU City PHILIPPINES. My 5 yrs old son order a Happy Meal as I was preparing his food I asked him if he can go to the counter to get a gravy refill. So he went to the counter and ask, but then he came back to me and he was crying he said he hit his foot so I said its ok. So I diverted his attention playing with his new Happy Meal Toy. When we were about to leave he told me he could not walk because his foot hurts, I thought he was just making drama. When I look at his foot (the one his complaining that he got hurt) it was bleeding. So I called the Manager and told her what happened and showed her where my son get his cut. She did not react or say anything, I even asked her for a 1st aid kit she called her staff to get if and did not even said sorry. I was really pissed off my son was wearing flip flops that its hard for him to walk at the mall, specially our car was parked at the other side of the Mall Building. I had to carry my 5yrs old boy all the way to the car.
How lame was that! I just hope that the Mc Donalds will do something about it! You should make sure your structures are well placed and secure enough that you cannot hurt anybody specially children.

Bad language
I share a similar complaint with the woman above--- with regards to treatment of customers at the Mcdonalds in Shippensburg.
And for the record-- the second comment about stretch pants was incredibly rude and uncalled for.

I have been frequenting Mcdonalds off and on in this area since 2002, and the last straw which has drawn me to complain and forward my complaints to the Better Business Bureau as well are as follows:

Frequently my order is WRONG... I often have to go in and request it be replaced to what was ordered originally. The latest problem was with whip cream.. I paid extra for whip cream on my coffee with 2 creams and 2 splends-- what did i get?
Black coffee...
So I went in to tell them the order was wrong and I needed whip cream... instead what I got was a nasty salesperson telling me,
"Well you need to show me a receipt to prove to me you got your order wrong!". I couldnt believe my ears--- instead of acknowleding a mistake (one of many they have made on my orders) they chose to get angry. I then told him, "no, what you need to do is do your job right".
Disgusted, and without my whip cream, paid for, I walked out to hear the cashier YELLING AT ME verbally, "I dont appreciate you telling me I dont do my job right!" .. totally losing it. This happened at around midnight a few weeks ago.
I immediately got the number of the owner, and left a message detailing the problem at Mcdonalds but NEVER received a return call from the owner.
I went through the drive through about 4 days later for breakfast, and lo and behold.. they got my order wrong AGAIN.
I just took the sandwhich and went home.. too tired for their bs.
Anyone else?

utter disgust
so when the guy handed me the drinks he hadnt put them in the holder right so they spilled all over me and my car and now my car is having electrical problems i ordered a blt chicken sandwich but i asked for extra mayo instead because whenever i have ranch i break out in hives and then i was eating my french fries and noticed they were wet and not from grease so i look in and find about 1/4 of a SOAKING WET DIRTY NAPKIN COVERED IN HAIR!!!

I will NEVER go back to this establishment ever in my life. they should be shut down and i will do anything in my power to make that happen!

Deliberate ignoring of requests
As a Mexican-American I believe I can say the following: 90% of the times that I have my requests for no onion, mayonaise, or catsup ignored it is by an Hispanic employee. The last time was different in that the guy conferred with his manager, laughed and then proceeded to hand me a burger with onions, mayonaise and catsup. I don't think they normally even put mayonaise on quarter pounders unless you ask for it. I have been dumped on like this many times before and shrugged it off because I know they are swamped and don't have time to make the change. But this time it infuriated me because he laughed and it appeared that his conduct was condoned by the shift manager. Maybe I just perceived that, I don't know. My comment is that there are plenty of white and black kids in the Baltimore Washington area that want jobs badly. They should stop hiring Hispanics and hire nationalities that really appreciate the opportunity to make a buck.

mcd in el monte sucks
So my dad went to buy some mcDs for the family in El Monte. The first time my dad did, he ordered 2 small yogurts, but the lady gave him 1 large instead( trying to act smart ). My dad wanted to get 2 small ones for my brothers. She shouldn't have tried to act smart, they are suppose to satisfy the customers not trying to make them mad.

today my dad went buy some, unfortunately it was the same lady, he ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, she gave him only 10. wtf is that? then later asking for some sweet and sour sauce, they gave him some barbecue sauce, but my dad wanted to change it. She gave him 2 sweet and sour sauce but we have about 3 kids meal chicken nuggets. so what happened to the rest. I though the rule was each 4 piece suppose to have a sauce with it. oh yeahs, when my dad was ordering the 3 kids meals, he re-asked the lady what he had ordered, and she said he only ordered 1 kids meals. ok? is she deaf?

El Monte Mc D should have some people there looking around and get them fired. if they aren't good enough to have the job and try to maintain their job. Just Quit! Don't stay there when other people need the job and will do much of a better job than they do. Please do a better job! Thank you!

POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SADISFACTION
THIS TRAINING FACILITY IS WORTHLESS. EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THIS PLACE YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO BE WRONG. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE STAYS IN BUSINESS. TODAY I ORDERED TWO SNACK RAPS AND ONE LARGE UNSWEET ICE TEA. (DRIVE TREW). I RECEIVE A MEDIUM ICE TEA, I THINK, I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO BACK THREW, SO I CAN LIVE WITH IT. I TAKE A TASTE AND IT IS SWEET TEA. SO IM GETTING OVER CHANGE FOR A MEDIUM THAT I DID NOT ORDER ITS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT DRINK. I WANT TO THANK MCDONALDS FOR ALL THE GOOD YEARS, BUT I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR OR DIME IN ANY OF YOUR RESTAURANTS. ILL JUST TELL MY FAMILY AND FREINDS NO THANKS AND TAKE THEM SOME WHERE THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. RICK SHERRARD

Attitude
Every Sunday before church our family goes and gets breakfast at McDonalds on the corner of Broad & Diamond in Philadelphia, the manager is the most obnoxious person I ever met or came face to face with, I doubt that even Her Co-workers like working with her.She yells and screams even at them, thier facial expressions tell it all. She gets smart with the elderly, the young just flat rude. She needs a serious check. I suggest that the company have a secret shopper come out one Sunday and observe her behavior!!!

Her attitude is just horrible, plus she did not want to honor my entertainment coupon, she actually argued with about what an entree is opposed to a sandwich.

If you guys don't something soon you will lose all bussiness or most of it.Her attitude is with everyone. I will not be yelled at by a manger of any sort.
