Bad lettuce on sandwhich
I purchased a #7 meal. The crispy chicken club had expired lettuce on it. I have taken pictures of this lettuce. Please see attached. This is very disturbing to me due to the risk of Ecoli or just overall food posioning. What really upsets me is that my daughter and I had the same exact sandwhich and the only reason I saw this was becauseit had to much mayo on the sandwhich. So in other words, I would have ate food that was bad with the potential of causing bodly harm. I want to know what is McDonalds going to do about this before I pursue other measures. while visiting the store on Franklin rd, I noticed the supervisor sending the cashier who was on the register to the back to get some cups, she then took my order, this happened saturday and also Easter sunday.I was given my total and then when I ask for my reciept they re rang the order, and had already taken mine off said it was some kind of mix up, Ive observed this several time while in this store, I think they are over riding orders and pocketing money three different cashiers this has happened to that Ive seen, I owen a store and something fishy is going on with your supervisors Ive only noticed a couple who dont do this maybe you should check you register readings or cameras, I d hate to think an employee got in trouble for there wrong doing,

wroong charge
Today: Several of our freinds bought ice cream cones tonight and were charged the regular price $1.07 --we had a flyer with coupons on it and at the top was not a coupon but it said ice cream cones--50 cents. we were all charged the regular price and when we asked the lady in charge, she said it did not apply--that it was the Evansville area only --but she did not read it well for it said Evansville VIEWING area, which we are in, channel 14, 7, 25 and 44 . Our experience has been better than this before and we were frustrated to say the least for our group is there about 3 times a week for our supper and some of us more than that.

I went into Mcdonalds very quiet, well behaved, am nearly 40, but sadly only look under 18 still. My partner got up and went down the bins to look for food as he was desperate. I am very hard up myself, but I feed him everyday, put him up in my home free of charge, I do not work due to health issues, had operations in my lifetime as I been abused regularly due to age discrimination etc. I did not know my partner did this and a young girl half my age starts giving me very unpleasant looks then starts calling me a scrounger, shouting this at me, then starts callin me a f word c***, then threatens to hit me. I stiing there not knowing what I done that so bad, she gets up just about to hit me, shouting at me continually, as I been abused so much in my life, been persecuted for what others are doing everywhere I go, it happened yet again. After 40 years of this, I unfortunately shouted back telling her I done nothing wrong and about age discrimitation I suffered. she continues threatening to hit me and smash me up. I brake down crying, the manager comes over to me and demands me to get out of mcdonalds and I crying and not stopping. Manager says Im not your counciller, If you dont leave now I get you forced out of the shop. I said I didnt deserve all this as I was sitting down peacefully not causeing any problems at all. And this is actually on camera all this. The manager didnt want to know while the girl behind was f in and blinding me continually and I was in tears. The manager said I am disturbing all the public and there children and the manager wanted me out of her shop. I feel I have been treated very unfairly by this manager a woman. Didnt get her name. The girl had children, I got a grown up child that now 18. I feel I have been treated extremely badly and it should have been this girl thrown out not me. I was very calm after just a small outbusrst and only stuck up for the truth. After I was very calm with the manager and she too called me a scrounger and falsely accused me of going down the bins with this other girl. All I said to the manager was I didnt deserve this injustice. It on camera to prove I didnt do this. My partmer was not thrown out just me only. It total injustice this, and I would like an apology from this lady manager and this girl for threatening me like this continually, when I didnt even respond to the young girl. service, food quality & management
To whom it may concern,
I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service and food quality . McDonalds at Victor Harbor would have to be the most mismanaged, unsupervised store that I have come across. The below incident that I have just experienced is not the first one of it's kind, and yet it continues to happen and nothing appears to get done.
I have just returned from there after ordering 2 x 6 nugget meals, and a triple cheeseburger meal, I was ONCE AGAIN asked to sit in the waiting bay, as there is a wait on the nuggets, 15 MINUTES!! later my meal finally arrives. I have a quick look, all appears good BUT OH NO, SURPRISE, I have come home with 1 nugget meal, 1 cheeseburger meal and 1 triple cheeseburger meal ALL OF THE ABOVE COLD!
No use complaining to management about it (as we have at least 10 times before) as she is usually looking uninterested, and talking to you like you have a disability, unacceptable. They never offer compensation, and majority of the time you don't even get an apology.
I am disgraced by the service we receive from this franchise, I can emphatically say that I would rather travel the 35 minutes to Seaford and get Hungry Jacks or Red Rooster, at least I get what I ordered and always with a smile and politeness.
McDonalds will no longer be receiving my service.
Thanks for nothing McDonalds

poor customer service
You are right Mcdonalds South is notorious for bad customer service not just once but each time we go there.
We now check that all meals are in the bag but lately we have had to open all the boxes to ensure the right product is in the right box.
Get your act together kids and management as you are being voted for the worst Mcdonald not only in Australia but the world.
Every time I go in there the floor near the chip fryer is covered in chips OH&S would be all over you guys
imagine one of the kids slipping over and accidently grabbing the hot chip fryer/oil to pull themselves up of the floor. This is so dangerous and an a bad accident is just waiting to happen.
More emphasis on product training and OH&S policies are required to bring this restaurant up to national standards. I have worked for Mcdonalds and the charade and chatter that goes on is ridiculous less play and more work will ensure customers get their right orders.

Does not get orders correct
Arrived at the drive through at store #877 and ordered two Big Breakfasts for my wife and myself. Knowing how much my wife loves bacon I ordered the sausage platter for myself and I ordered the platter with bacon to substitute the sausage, then I ordered extra bacon for which they charged me an additional $0.99. When I pulled to the window to pick-up my order I'd examined my order as I have learned to do as I have had so many problems in the past. I pulled out the tray that was suppose to have the extra bacon on it and all it had was one full strip and two half strips. I asked the gentleman at the window if that is what the extra bacon was suppose to look like and he and the so-called manager that was standing right there leaning against the counter said yes it is. I commented to them both that a regular order plus extra bacon totaled to practically four half strips of bacon and they both said yes. I was very pissed off because here I'm trying to do something for my wife and I could not even make it happen even by paying extra. When I'd arrived back home I found also that there were no plastic utensils in the bag. Now I can understand that some places put up signs that you have to ask for condaments, but plastic ware is not a condament. Although we were home, what if we were not going home but headed somewhere else and looking to eat in a parking lot when we got to our destination. The eggs were drying out indicating that they had benn sitting there longer than McDonald requires before disgarding. My drive from McDonalds is less than five minutes. Everything was quite cold when I did arrive home even though I know to fold the top of the bag down to hold in the heat. That particular store has really had a lot of bad complaints. I know I've submitted a few myself and it doesn't take much to please me. I'm retired Army guy and am use to not getting things the way they are suppose to be but to make due with what you do have. My wife and I have decided that we would now rather drive five miles to get the service we know we deserve. Maybe this particular resturant may need to close do, re-train and re-open when it has been determind that the crew is willing to provide the service the customers deserve.

there is a worker by the name of maria in this particular restaurant that gives very bad service like she dosent like attending people and the manger there that not tell this employee nothing what so ever so this make the mc donalds look bad because not even the person that is incharge seems to care i would like something to be done about this employee because this kind of treatment does not make me and other people that come to this mc donalds return.

36 minute wait on food then food cold
I went to McDonald's after a band concert that my son had at FPC Auditorim. I was there becase I already had a problem with a a long wait and cold food but the manager had given me a free recook so I decided I would give them another try. I was one of the first people there from the concert and I told them the reason that my food was being given free. The lady Racheal was Nice and thanked me for my patients when she was taken it. I read the order back to them three times and added more food because I had company. This was at 8:57 p.m. I finally got the food at 9:33 p.m. When I told the manager that 36 minutes was a bit long when every other guest that came in after me was taken care of and eating while I waited. The manager who was not Racheal said at least I got it cooked. When I sat down to eat my food the fires were soggy and cold the sandwiches were cold except a few and the order was wrong. there had been two extra sandwiches that were plain that I never ordered even after I read the order back three times to Racheal. Then the two drinks that I order we also wrong. 36 minutes for fast food I would of been better to go out to dinner at a sit down restaurant and gooten served better.
