customer service
Today, Jan 02, 2008. I walked into the nearby Mcdonalds resturant. I frequently eat at Mcdonlds and have always had excellant service. However, today, the Mcdonalds customer service help were extremely RUDE!!! They did not use customer skills, such as "how are you today?" or "how can I help you?" They were just staring @ me and I had to intiate my order. Well, I placed my order and did not receive any thank yous or is there anything else, I did not get any feedback, as a "normal" Mcdonalds would do. I then received my order and again cashier did not intiate any conversation at all and RUDELY insisted that I am only allowed two ketchups for my order. I become upset and immediately stated that, in all my Mcdonalds experiences, no one has ever told me that i am limited to two ketchups. I felt that my Mcdonlds experience @ Window Rock was the worst ever. The cashier went on to complain to me about my request for more ketchups and insisted that I was done. This definitely needs some attention, as I' m sure that if I recieved this experience, imagine how many other customers recieve the same attention at this particular Mcdonalds. Again, I am well aware of the wonderful service that is encourged @ a Mcdonalds Resturant. Please respond to this compliant.

POOR SERVICE/ FOOD
THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE WHEN EVER I'VE GONE TO THIS 24/7 DRIVE -THRU FAST FOOD LOCATION 50% OF THE TIME THE DRIVE- THRU EITHER HAS A CAR BLOCKING THE DRIVE- THRU OR WHEN WE GO TO ORDER FOOD WE GET THERE AND AN EMPLOYEE STUTTERS THE WORDS "SORRY UUHH OURR DDRIVE THRU IS CCLOSED UUHHH WWE ARE I MEAN THE SYSTEM IS SSSHUTT DOWN AND WE AREN'T SERVING FOOD RIGHT NOW, WELL WWWE CAN'T AND AREN'T ABLE TO SERVE YOU." WHAT!!! GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY TO PULL SOMETHING LIKE THAT, COME ON GUYS. AND WHEN I DO GET FOOD IT IS COLD STALE AND ALMOST SMELLS. BELIEVE ME IT'S NOT A GOOD SMELL IT ALMOST MAKES YOU LOOSE YOUR APPETITE FRIES ARE COLD AND YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BUMS WORKING THERE YOU KNOW AT THIS POINT I WOULD RATHER BE SERVED BY A BUM. YOU ASK WHY GO THERE THEN? WELL IT'S OUR NEIGHBORHOOD MCDONALDS IT WASN'T ALWAYS THIS HORRIBLE I WANT TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE I DON'T KNOW MAYBE THIS TIME IT'LL BE GOOD. I LOVE THE FOOD WHY DO I HAVE TO BE TOLD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T GET THEIR EMPLOYEES AND FOOD QUALITY INLINE IT'S MCDONALDS AREN'T THEY SUPPOSED TO WANT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS AND KEEP A GOOD REPUTATION LAST I THOUGHT IT WAS A BUSINESS. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS I'VE NEVER CALLED BACK OR GONE BACK TO COMPLAIN THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW. I DON'T WANT THEM TO SPIT IN MY FOOD FOR SAYING ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO GO TO MCDONALDS AGAIN BUT I'VE REALLY GOT A MENTAL BLOCK WITH THE FOOD NOW BECAUSE OF THE BAD ENVIRONMENT AND FEELING I HAVE AGAINST MCDONALDS NOW IT SUCKS!!!

rude employees/poor service
think its important for people to know about really really bad service so they can avoid the stress that it causes. I work overnights so my "lunch" break is around bar closing time, so as far as fast food places i am pretty limited with choices. I decided to visit the Mcdonalds on 38th st in fargo, which i have been to numerous times with no problem. However on the morning on December 28th (around 2:25am) I experience the worst customer service EVER! The man taking the orders at the speaker was rude before i could even order. After placing my order and moving to the first window, he just stuck his hand out the window and snatched the money from my hands, i had to knock on the window to give him the change portion of my total. After pulling away from the second window i checked my bag to make sure the dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets was there, and of course it wasn't. I pulled back around to the drive thru and simply asked for the sauce I had asked for with my nuggets. The man snapped back " pull to the second window and yell at them, its not my f----ing fault" At this point there where 5 cars ahead of me, when i got to the first window i as the man "can i just get my sauce here so I don't have to wait any longer" He slammed the window then came back and told me it would be $.50 per packet. I said " I ordered a 10 piece nugget and would like the sauce I asked for when i originally ordered" This man then proceeded to yell obscenities and called me every name in the book then told me to go to hardee's and slammed the window. I was almost in tears. I pulled up to the second window and handed my bag to the lady there and said " All I want is the sauce I originally ordered so I can eat my nuggets, I didn't need that man yelling at me" at this point I could still hear the man in the back calling me names and swearing up a storm. She handed me the sauce and closed the window. No apology or anything. I returned to work and called the store asking to speak to the manager. Justin gave me the mans name but again no apology or anything from him. I asked him if this is something they do on a regular basis he simply said "its been a long night" I have never been so humiliated and hurt by someone whom I don't know. Sadly I know that nothing will be done to this man, he will continue treating customers like this. What ever happened to customer service???

Health issue/customer service
First, and foremost id like to say i have never in my life subjected a complaint towards a Mcdonalds resteraunt.
On December 23 of 2008 at 740 pm myself and my boyfriend were out looking forlast minute christmas gifts at Mcleod Trail walmart, and deceided to grab something to eat.
Before we get any further, as a former Mcdonalds employee I know what the standerds of Mcdonalds are.And lets just say the Health inspecter would have a hayday!
So we order and get our food which should have been alot faster but i guess thats what happens if the person who is serving you has their friends in line in front of you.
So as i get my food i look around and are apalled by the floors and tables so being considerate(and by the way their were customers with children under the age of 2 and their seats and tables as well were a disgrace!)
I ask for the tables to be washed so i didnt have to eat what the person before me had eatin as well.
The clerk washed his hands so i thought he was going to help me out..but instead he whent onto the next order..as orderd by the manager on duty who ignored me as well.
So i go up to ask if they were going to wipe down our table but before i got a chance to the clerk HANDED ANOTHER CUSTOMER the cloth to pass to me so I CAN WASH THE TABLE MYSELF. I AM DISGRACED that is unsanatary as well as awful customer service.
Needless to say i will be thinking twice before stepping foot in one of your locations again.Especially that one.

The other morning on my way to work, I stopped to get a mocha coffee. I waited a short period of time and when she opened the window, she handed me a bag FULL of food. I had ordered 1 medium mocha coffee. I had to wait 10 munutes for a coffee i had paid $2.98 for. i was late for work.
The following day i stopped again..this time i went IN the place and ordered. first she gave me a COLD mocha (clearly i had ordered a HOT coffee..it was 26 degrees outside)then they left off the whipped cream & chocolate...not a huge deal but shoddy none the less. when i asked her to make it the way it is in the pictured advertisement, i was rudely scolded in front of other customers, and told that it didnt come that way (which it does). she then continued to curse in spanish.
Giving them one last chance i went to a totally different McDonalds on hwy 49 in Concord NC...the service was s l o w and once again my 1 item order was screwed up. i recieved a half a cup of coffee, no toppings and a rude attitude. Im a mother of 4 children and 9 grandchildren..i have advised all of my family and friends to boycott McDonalds...we now go to BURGER KING.

Missing food
I ordered two big breakfast meals, sub with bacon, orange juice and one bacon egg cheese bagel through the drive through. When I got home there were hotcakes and potatoes missing. I called the store manager whose name is Donny or Donnie and he told me that it was policy not to give me what I claimed was missing. Then he claimed that the potatoes are not included with the meals after which he retracted and said that it does. I�ve always choose to go to this location because this rarely happens here.
Sorry to say I was too upset to even go back and complain in person.

Verry bad customer service
Its 3am im at the Mcdonalds on Jean Talon Next to parc metro i order 2 junior chicken sandwich's a big frie and a big coke i go sit down in the back so then the cook comes up to us and tells us u cant sit there u have to sit in the front...but in the front there was a bum standing arround there with condoms on the table and all kinds of garbage not verry pleasent to look at when ur eating...so then i take a bite of my sandwich and realized it was cold, burned and looked as if it was sitting there for an hour so i decided to ask for a fresh one which i did get but that didnt feel like it was enough the place was dirty most tables were full of ketcup bbq sauce or whatever and the manager wanted us to go sit in the front with the bum standing there and his condoms and garbage and napkin that he kept wipping the blood from his nose so then i decided to go and ask the employees names so i can complain but they didnt wanna give their names so i got the boss's number wich i will call and complain also and after i got the number the cook comes out from the back all with attitude to try and start an argument with me as if he wanted to fight, since when do mcdonalds employees come out and wanna start fights with the customers that is wrong, i hope who ever reads this understands my situation and really does something cause i know i will...i dont have a lot of money but believe me ill take this as far as i can and get it out in the news i wont rest !

hairy salads
My daughter and I went and had a salad at McDonalds in Russell Kansas on December 2nd, 2008 first my daughter found a hair in her salad, she pushed it aside and went on eating, then I found a hair in my salad. I was not feeling to good about now finding 2 hairs and then when I said something my daughter found ANOTHER hair in her salad. So we ask for a refund. Then I noticed that these workers do not wear hair nets at all. This has made me not want to eat there at all anymore. So now I am on the subway diet, lol. Oh well I guess we will be healthy while ohers are coughing up hair balls!

Bad service
After waiting in the drive through line up for almost 20 minutes, I was refused service from a laughing employee- was told that if I wanted to redeem the free coupons I had to wait and go inside. I waited an additional 10minutes behind 2 cars and went in. They also laughed about me being upset. The manager laughed as well- when I got even more angry that the item wasn't available (ice cream machine wasn't working) she shrugged me off giggling. I told her if they weren't going to accept coupons thru the drive thru that they should hang a sign saying so on the first menu board so no one has to wait in line wasting their gasoline. She looked at me and said- VERY snotty and loud - "Well, SORRY!!!" and walked away from me without another word. She didn't offer me another option and was very far from sincere or helpful. Because my daughter was sick in the car waiting for her cone, this 30-45 mins was a complete waste of my time and was very upsetting. Never mind the money I wasted on the gas!

bad big mac
The worst over priced Big Mac I've ever had. No pickle, no onion, salad dressing, one piece of cheese, NO TOMATO, yet you show a nice big slice in your picture. French fries to go with out ketchup or salt All of this for two ordrs, $9.16. Ate inside once and workers spent most of their time talking with friends who were not buying. Do I need to say more.
