cheats
I went to the drive thru to purchase a Southwest salad and the price of the salad on the board said $4.40. When the cashier who was taking my order entered it onto the outside screen the salad was listed for $4.50. I informed him that the price was different on the outside. The cashier went on to say its $4.50. I thought this was unfair, I know that it is only a dime, , but what about when i wanted another dressing with my salad, that was an extra 30 cent. So why should the fact that i was charged another 10 cent not matter? UNFAIR MCDONALDS>..

poor serive/poor food
For years I have been complain9ing about the service at mcdonalds to my friends and family and am always saying I am going to file a complaint. I never get around to doing it though and after getting service and food that is good a few times I forget about the times they have been less than favorable. But this morning was the last time! I have had enough of sloppy falling apart food items and slow service! Wrong orders happen as often as they do not at this Mcdonalds and they are rarely quick unless I order food only for myself. When ordering more than 1 hamburger fries and a coke it seems as if they have to kill and butcher the cow before I get the food. When I finally get the order it is wrong and someone in the family ends up not getting to eat something they wanted and at times nothing at all until I go back and get it. This morning I ordered for myself and it didnt take to long but when I got home I bit into my sausage mcmuffin only to find a burnt egg which tasted terrible. So, I bit into the second one I ordered and the same thing burnt egg on a english muffin, well half the burnt egg was on it the other half was falling off of it and stuck to the paper. I dont think I have ever been to this mcdonalds when something in the order wasnt put together right. Everything is usually half on the bun and half off the bun as if they were in some great hurry to get the order out to me HAHAHA no way! after waiting that much time there was certainly no rush near as I can tell. I am very very very unhappy with this mcdonalds, I have had enough! They make crappy food and give crappy service and take a very very very long time to give me my crappy food! I am Pissed! I spend on the average 25 dollars everytime I go to Mcdonalds we are a family of 5 and that is a lot of money to be spending on crap!

Daily opening late
For the past 3 mornings I have stoped for brekfast at McDonalds
Deerfoot Mall N.E.Calgary Ab.Canada..located in the Wallmart' store
They are posted to open at 8 A.M. the first day I wated till 5 min. after and asked when they where going to open .. they told me that they could not open because they where on McDonald's
time on the cash register... my cell phone is the correct time..
The second day I waited till 10 minutes after 8 pm
and this morning ten minutes... I ran a burger business for
4o years and never opened late once...
To morrow I will be going to A&W their where 5 people waiting today that felt the same way. do what you like but I know that what is happening is bad for your business and if I
owned stock in McDonald's I would be selling... Wes LaMarche

couldnt get sweet tea
twice ive been to this mcdonalds, i cant get a sweet tea, they always give me a hadr time, saying the tea is sweet & its unsweetened tea, i know the diffrence, i get it at other mcdonalds, just wanted you to know, this place needs to learn how to make sweet tea!!

Terrible food
Every time I visit this Mcdonalds their food is cold and disgusting, when you complain to the mgr they get MAD. You can't even get your food done right, I know someone who works at this location and was told that it's been weeks or even a month since the oil in the fry maker has been changed. This location is not kept up to par like the other Mcdonalds this locations food is over cooked and the fries are nasty and the coke dispenser hasn't been cleaned if a long time since the syrup is gummy and taste gross.

service
on three occasions in the last 30 days i have purchased a breakfast at one of your resturants and had to return because something was left out. i did return to the resturant and had the meal corrected but not on that day because i am disabled and have trouble getting there. i am almost always satisfied with the food but not the service at this particular resturant. today i tried to purchase a breakfast with coffee and could not because in the 15 minutes i waited not one vehicle was served. two cars were waiting and everyone else were in line. someone needs to see why this resturant has so much trouble. i do use other mcdonalds because of travel.

Terrible quality product
Friggin "BigMac" is anything but big! I've waited years for them to increase the size of the patties, and amazingly, only the price as increased!!! Hey McDonalds! If you're actually reading this, how's about actually put in beef patties that are actually "big" in them "BigMacs". I like everything about the sandwich except the frigging beef patties are pathetic!
At nearly 4 dollars I can't believe anyone eating more and more of them. I know I don't!
Anyone??? Thoughts???

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I WAS IN DRIVE ODERING FOOD FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER. MY DAUGHTER CHANGED HER MIND ON HER ORDER; THEREFORE I ASKED TO CHANGED THE ORDER. THE LADY IN DRIVE THRU NAME CHRISTINE GOT A ATTITUDE IN HER TONE OF VOICE WITH ME. CHRISTINE PUT ME ON HOLD AND I TOLD HER SHE NEEDS TO WORK ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. SHE ASKED DID I WANT THE PHONE NUMBER AND I CAN CALL. THAT WAS VERY SARCASTIC. I TOLD HER YOU ALL CAN KEEP THAT FOOD. CHRISTINE TOLD ME FUCK YOU AND I WAS ONE STEP FROM GETTING OUT MY CAR, BUT SHES NOT WORTH JAIL TIME. WRITING THIS COMPLAINT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THAT RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY. STORE #3902. I WANT A RESPOND FROM THIS.

Horrible employees
I am a regular customer of McDonalds and I love their iced coffee that is when they get it right. I buy regular flavored iced coffee from McDonalds almost every day and I have not gotten the same great taste since the first time I have tried it. Also the employees hardly know how to speak English because I get into an argument on how I want my coffee made and I get charged extra for the regular amount they were supposed to put in the first place. I have to repeat my order every time and they still get it wrong. Also another thing that bothers me a lot is when they start speaking their language while you’re waiting to get your order because you don’t know what their saying, they can easily tell their friends to do something to your food in the back if you are not being nice to them. If I had a nickel for every time I get frustrated at that restaurant, I would be a millionaire.

Customer Service
On several different occasions I have had the worst customer’s service in the world at Mcdonalds in Oklahoma City. Many times I have overlooked the behavior of fast food workers; they are required to cook a large quantity of food for the vast population who comes to their establishment. With that said I don't think as a consumer I should have to pay for bad service of any kind, mistake do happen and as long a they are taken care of ASAP I'm ok. This is not the case of the McDonalds I have visited four different times.
The first time I ordered my food and I repeated the order because a Mexican American with broken English took my order (I did not mind repeating order, I wanted to be correct...this was OK!) I then paid for my order and get too the second window, one of my items had been left off...!!! I then asked is there anyway for them to charge my card and replace the items that had been left off. (As a manager I would have gave the customer the replaced item at no charge, it wasn’t my fault the order had been messed up) Noooooooo the manager an African American handed my credit card back and told me they did not have time to ring up another items, I should have told the Mexican American who a messed my order up in the first place to re-do my ticket.
WHAT! she messed it up because she could not process the english language and now I'm supposed to go back through the process again! I took my order and my card and left!
On the second occasion, I try the drive through again, this time a African American teen took my order and I repeated it twice it was process correctly I took my ticket went to the second window...guess what I was handed one large order of fries by a Mexican American manager, I looked at her and asked her who’s order is this?!
I gave her my ticket which had the correct order; a chicken sandwich, fries, and a coke...??? She looked at me and said keep the fries and started shouting at the African American girl who took my order...I said excuse me did you look at ticker order counter to make sure the order was correct...and did you not look at my ticket it is correct I made sure of that before I got to the second window, NOW who handed me the large fries...not her! You did she handed me my correct order and again I left. The third time the same thing happen again this time it was two Mexican Americans same thing again...order correct in the back...wrong when I get to the second window (there is several weeks that go by between each visit same thing happens again and again)
Fourth and final time 8/15/2008 I decide to go in no more of this drive stuff...well this must of being the morning of the Mexican revolt. I go in and say "Good morning" this young lady acts as if I wanted to take her family hostage, the way she looked at me and never move her lips to say anything, I proceeded to place my order, she got everything correct until I looked at the ticket@#$%, she asked if my order was to go I said yes, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and look down as if to say, "I'm not feeling MCDONLDS today and I’m not feeling you either!”
Mind you now this is my first time seeing this young lady, at all...I had never seen her before in my life! I had paid for a deluxe breakfast and a medium coffee guess what she put a small coffee on my ticket 69 ks#04 store 6362 08/15/2008, I stated no I wanted a medium coffee what will I have to do for the correct size? She looked at me very cold and said “nothing” and walked off.
I saw the manager was very busy, so I looked around for a customer service number and low and behold it was on the wall 1-866-250-4144 ext x877, I did asked the manager is this the customer service complaint number? She stated it was I again took my order and left the store. On four separate occasions I have put up with the worst customers service ever either from the management staff or their workers...all McDonald’s are not like this! I have been to a few; yet this one has the worst staff in the world minus the ones who really went out of their way to get the order correct...and have the workers or the manager get it wrong!
