Store Manager.
Okay so I was working at this mcdonalds, it was the second one i had worked at. When I first started working I was like "wow you can actually do that here" such as eating and drinking behind the counter...infront of customers. Well one day i had been at work since 4:15 a.m. and it was nearly 11:30 and i had not had a break. I kept telling the store manager i needed to eat, that i didn't need a full 30 minute break just to eat because i was starting to feel sick. when i couldn't function properly anymore I took off my head set (I was working in the back in the drive-thru window). he started accusing me or being on drugs while at work. After that he kept getting on my back about something when before i was one of his "best employees" and told "NOT to listen" to anyone else because i knew what i was doing. he would write everything i would do "wrong" down. then today something happened on front counter that was an honest mistake and he started doing it again. "dont worry ma'am ill deal with her later" so i told him .. "im done" and walked away to get my stuff, i came back and everyone was staring at me, i know i did not cause a seen because i didnt swear or raise my tone of voice. and when i walked out side, this little girl walked past and turned to her mom and said "that's her" . o and one time i dropped a mcchicken on the floor, and he rewrapped it and still gave it to the customer because they didnt see it happen.

Snotty assistant managers
I ordered a breakfast item and paid with my bank card. A few minutes went by and the order taker said that she could not find my receipt even though her cash register read that my order had been paid for. I asked for the amount so I could write it down in my checkbook and she muttered something, and I had to ask her a second time before she gave me the dollar amount of my order. A few more minutes went by and she looked into a bag that was sitting on the counter and said, "Oh, there is your receipt!". I asked her who had put the bag on the counter and the manager/assistant manager, who was standing not too far away, said that she had told me that my order and receipt was on the counter. I said, "No you didn't", and she said, "Yes, I did". This exchange went on a couple more times and I finally said to her, "how can you say that you told me that that was my order and receipt in the bag when the order taker did not even hear you... she was still looking for my receipt? I only got a cold stare . This store needs new management and has needed it for a long time. This store is never very busy and they still have problems, i.e. can't get an order right, rudeness and a long, long wait for customers. In the past several years, I have seen many customers just leave the store, myself included. After this last incidence of total rudeness, I will never return to the Newton Falls, Ohio McDonald's in Trumbull County.

rude and ignorant employees
To whom it may concern, I was at mcdonalds in port hope after work to get something to eat about 11:30 at night me and my girlfriend went down to the porthope drive thru mcdonalds and ordered our food and we pulled around to pay to the window and I stopped at the first window there was a lady standing at the window throwing boxes around she had already looked mad and she was wearing a managers shirt so i waited for about five minutes and she looked at me two or three times giveing me dirty looks finally someone else in the other window waved at me to come to the other window so I knocked on the first window to tell the the lady thank you for telling me to go up to the second window then she freaked out yelling that I had given her the finger she was yelling through the whole store with everyone looking and she came right to the second window screaming at me saying that I gave her the finger i said no i did not give you the finger i said thank you for telling me that i should go to the second window five minutes later because she knew that I was there after she embarrassed me made me upset then I did give her the finger I did not want to do that but when someone freaks out in your face in front of other people "customer" I felt I had to she was calling me names and just glareing at me for a manager she had absoulutly no right to talk to me that way I was embarrassed i left mad did not enjoy my meal threw half of it out because I think that she spit in my food aswell I do not think that I will ever go back to the port hope mcdonalds again I think that this lady should be spoken to about this and maybe have re-training on how to treat customers. thank you

Terrible attitude of Employee
I wanted to order a senior coffee, chicken wrap, yogart parfait, water. The cashier took my money, gave me change and said nothing. I ask if they had fresh coffee? No response. Ask different person, a woman in a brown uniform, she said no. I ask if it would be too much trouble to make a fresh pot. The only answer was, after standing several minutes, was "it will a while"! I said ok, I was eating in. The cashier moved my tray, told me to put my reciept on the tray. When my order came up, there were "3" spicy wraps, fried? I had ask for "1", grilled. There was no coffee, no water, no yogart! After waiting for the cashier to wait on 3 other customers, I finally got her to look my way. She put a paper cup on the tray. I had to wait till the cashier waited on other customers, then she looked at me. She never spoke! I ask for my yogart and coffee. She handed me my yogart, but no coffee. I waited till the person in the brown uniform turned my way. I ask about the coffee, she said it would be made in a moment. I went and sat down, ate my wrap, offered to give one to an employee on brake. She didn't want it. I told her what had happened. She got up and left. I offered the wrap to another young customer and his girlfriend. They took it, and laughed when I told them what had happened. Another customer, who had been behind me was leaving, and ask me if I ever got my coffee. I shook my head, and said no. I got up when back to the cashier. I ask with some impatients, when was I ever going to get my coffee. She never spoke! After she waited on other customers she poured me a cup of coffee, handed it to me. I thanked her. She never answered. I've never taken the time to write about a comlaint. This isn't the first. My wife and I travel alot. We just returned from a 2 week trip to Williamsburg and Ashville, N.C. We stopped at many McDonald resturants on our trip. Of all of the fast food resturants, McDonalds was consistantly the poorest quality. The "help" was very unresponsive, and not friendly in most of the places we stopped. The restrooms in Mc Donalds were absolutely the worst of ANY of the other places we stopped. Wish management would impress upon the workers, to at least be polite and see that the restrooms were keep clean. Thanks I feel better, I know I have plenty of other choices for places to stop and eat. But it seems that "we" the money spending customers should at least get what we order, and not have to be totally ignored!

Product purchased at McDonalds
Last week I visited McDonalds at on Quakers Hill Parkway, Quakers Hill NSW to buy some fast food for my family. I bought for myself, my favourite, McDonalds fish burger.
I would think very seriously about eating at McDonalds again.
It was the worst fish burger I have ever eaten. It was as tough as old boot leather, like it had been reheated several times. It was absolutely disgusting. I took a few mouth fulls and then threw the rest out. Besides the size of the buns and burgers decreasing, obviously so has the quality of McDonalds food. Once upon a time McDonalds use to have a high standard of quality, that has dropped drastically.

Worst drive thru experience ever
My boyfriend, a friend of ours, and myself had decided to go through the Mcdonalds drive thru for a quick dinner. We wanted:
1 Quarter Pounder meal with Mello Yello
1 Double Quarter Pounder with Root Beer, no pickles
1 Big and Tasty sandwich
Not a difficult order, right?
Wrong!
We got into the drive thru around 7 pm, it was not too busy. We placed our order, and the girl repeated:
1 QP meal, Root Beer
1 Big and Tasty meal, Coke, no pickles
We tried multiple times to repeat it, making sure to be very clear. We even turned off the car, in case she couldn't hear us. After almost 10 minutes (not an exagerration!) we decided to try one last time. She almost had it, we thought. Then, she asked (for the first time) if we wanted cheese on the Big & Tasty. I said no. There was at least a 10 second pause, followed by "That was with cheese, right?"
I have no idea what she was doing during that pause, as any customers in front of us were long gone, but it was the final straw.
I said no again, and asked her to repeat what she had on the order. She repeated it back:
Big & Tasty combo with cheese and Root Beer,
QP combo, extra pickles, coke
Double QP combo, Mello Yello
We left.
I did not know that this bad of service was even possible. We laughed about it for quite a while, and it has become a big joke amongst friends, but really...
How did this girl even get the job?

Rude, unwilling to help
My Family and I would like to take this opportunity to thank McDonalds for introducing us to a tasty breakfast at Jack in the box. You see, we (being a long breakfast fans of McDonalds) were refused Breakfast at 10:26 am on 7/21/08 in Lakewood Washington. The cashier (said her name was Amber Moreno) told us they just ran out of breakfast, then told us the manager insisted breakfast was over, then she told us she was the manager after my husband said he wanted to speak to the manager. Obviously McDonalds time is not the same as Satellite time. Just to let you know (McDonalds) lunch is usually served at noon, not 10:30. You have just lost life long breakfast customers, because of rude cashiers. And another thing, the sign was still on breakfast menu. Also thank you for conforming to us that you do not care about your customers and what we feel like eating by forcing us to have lunch when we are still in the breakfast hour.
Thank you again for introducing us to Jack in the box who serves Breakfast all day long! Little did we know how wonderful their breakfast's were.
Signed,
Tired of McDonalds.

I called back and i asked where the food was and they told me that the grill on 44th and 8th ave. was not working. I asked why no one called to tell me not to expect delivery. They were very rude and dismissive. I then walked over to 44th and 8th and there was no problem with the grill. I then called back and asked why i was lied to and they hung up on me. I called again and asked for a supervisor. There was not a supervisor to speak to... again very rude to me.I think this is a great dis-service and i don't appreciate being hung up on and lied to. I love McDonalds and will continue to eat there but i was very surprised of the treatment i received.
