So i went to this Mcdonalds like i do all the time and i order a chicken sandwich and fries. When i am asked would i like any sauce i always ask for honey mustard. On this particular night the lady told me that i needed to pay 11 cents extra for the sauce. This was kinda surprising to me because i have all ways been getting it for free. The sign on the window clearly states that all additional condiments are extra. I wasn't getting an additional condiment, i was just getting a regular souse that i thought was free and came with meal. The lady was very rude to me and stated that i could not have it unless i gave her 11 cents. I paid the 11 cents because i didn't want to sit their and argue with that woman.

This McDonald will not receive my business again because of their rudeness, if their is a new policy regarding receiving condiments it needs to be posted somewhere in clear view that you can not get honey mustard sauce unless you pay 11 cents extra.

Drove thru mcdonalds around 5pm bought cheeseburger kids meal for my baby girl, double cheeseburger plain as usual and a hi-c orange drink received my order quickly. The young man that took my order was quick and accurate. Left restaurant took my son who was a passenger in the front seat to sonic to complete an application. Never got out of my car. Ate 3/4 of the burger before looking down at the wrapper that laid in my lap while i was driving and to my dreadful surprise there in the wrapper laid a dried up dead black house fly, immediately i became sick to my stomach. took fly, burger and wrapper back to mcdonalds, inside this time to show manager. Manager was very polite and apologetic gave me a burger and amount i paid for my order, but still yuk, my stomach is still sick. Don't sandwich makers have to look down while making burgers. I'm not sure if I'll eat at mcdonalds again. By the way couldn't eat the free burger the manager gave me. he didn't ask if i wanted to make a written complaint but i feel like mcdonalds should do something more. sincerely very disappointed long time customer.

Went in to purchase food and ice. Again the employees were speaking in Spanish. When the employee asked for my order they spoke in English but then continued to Speak in Spanish to the employees in the back and front. Not only is this rude but this is an English speaking country and English should be their primary language. Speak Spanish in private settings not public. The employees were not well kept or properly representative of the company. There are many other establishments to frequent.

I made a complaint recently because they were raping me and Dan Frazier VP of Operations sent me a couple of coupons... when I tried to use it... they raped me again. They would not tell me the name of the supervisor... perhaps it's Lucy but said they protect their own and would not let me win. The McDonald's is located in Kenmore Square Boston, MA. They are very rude and always laugh at me. I've tried being nice but they consistently rape me out of one to three items. What can I do to help them help the customer?

On two seperate occasions I went into McDonalds Restraunts to appply for work. On both occasions I was told they did not have any applicatons. When I went into the McDonalds I couldnt help but notice that from what I saw the entire staff was hispanic at both locations. After I asked for the applications and I was told they didnt have any, i was immediately dissmissed, at both locations. First of all, after I was dissmissed, i began to feel intimidated that maybe they dont want any White people working there and just told me they didnt have any applications and they want to keep the people working there all hispanic. This should be investigated, this was the way I was made to feel. I may not be the only one who has experienced this at these locations. Second of all. A Company as big as McDonalds should not be out of applications, and anyone who comes in requesting an application for employment should be allowed to fill out the application.
