customer srevice
i went to mcdonalds today, the superviser was very rude and did not try to explain my order. i had ordered a bacon angus burger and the sign said 50 percent off and only got 1.00 back . SHE WAS WALKING AWAY WHEN I QUESTION HER ABOUT IT AND WENT BACK INTO THE KITCHEN. I myself am an employee of the fast food chain and this is not exceptable. The cashier was not treated properly niether the superviser was talking to her like she was stupid in front of me i felt bad for her. THIS SUPERVISER SHOULD BE TOLD PROPERLY HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. She is no better then her costumer or co-worker.

Bad Service
Three days ago I went into the McCafe at Taren Point McDonalds and ordered a Tall Skim Chai Latte. It took about 8 minutes and when I got my drink it was a cappuccino. I told them and it was rectified and I was just going to let it go.
Tonight, I went through the drive through because it was pouring rain and was asked to park and wait. When the order came out it was missing three drinks and when I asked about them the boy became visibly aggitated. While he was getting the drinks we discovered that the order was also missing a six-pack of nuggets. When the boy came out with the drinks I told him this and he got more annoyed and rolled his eyes at me. I got out of the car and followed him back into the resturant and heard him say "I'm not taking them out there" I said "It's fine I've come in can I just have my nuggets." He then said "Fantastic" and started talking to the other people who were just standing around. The manager gave me the nuggets and I went back into the rain where at least 4 other cars were waiting for their food.
My whole family is sick, my two sisters who are 6 & 8 have laryngitis and I have tonsilitis, so it was just annoying to have to get out of the car in the rain, hence why we were using the drive through, just because some kid lacks the ability to read off a screen and put the food in a bag.

FAST FOOD-GLOVES
This fast food restaurant is discusting! I would actually eat the food there if the employees were to wear gloves while cooking/preparing food for customers. I work at a factory containing food, and we always wear hairnets, GLOVES, arm sleeves, aprons...My point is that i do enjoy the food but cannot bring myself to eat it after I seen an employee wipe the snot off their nose with there hand, and then put together a cheeseburger! ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS SHOULD BE FORCED TO WEAR AT LEAST GLOVES.

Uncooked Burger
Ordered a burger at McDonalds on Bank and Sparks street in the early morning of Saturday April 10th roughly 2:30am. Place was absolutely packed with homosexuals as there was a gay club just around the corner. I was unaware. Ordered my bacon cheesburger, sat down and took a small bit only to notice the meat was very uncooked and raw. I was grossed out and demanded they take the sandwhich back and prepare a bacon cheeseburger that properlly represented the great McDonalds. They did and I was happy, until I realised that in my drunken state I took a picture of said burger, and was indeed grossed out again... How gross is that brahs?

Bad Customer Service
Hello All
I am complaining about the employees at McDonalds (Metropol, Carindale, Brisbane), having the inability to take orders correctly.

Today I went to McDonalds and clearly said that I wanted 2 happy meals, a large crispy chicken meal, 2 large quarter pounder meals and a large Big Mac meal, I clearly said it to the person serving me at the counter TWICE. Only to receive that BOTH happy meals had no toys and BOTH quarter pounder meals had no CHIPS; and this isn't the only time this has happened, this has happened to me a least the past 4 times at the Metropol, Carindale branch and a few times at other branches such as the Gold Coast. Me and my family are very angry with your lack of service and your choice of employees that cant count. I know that the McDonalds workplace is a busy one, but IT IS THEIR JOB, and they get paid enough for it.

I know that your not stupid, and I know that you know that if one customer is experiencing this, others will be to. I am just asking that you get your employees to pull up their act, as everyone pays good money to purchase your food, and the least they should have to worry about is counting their purchase to make sure that the order is correct. I understand that it is only human to make mistakes like this, but the number or time this has occurred shows that the employee who processed this order, shows nothing but pure laziness.

Yours sincerely Michael Brown

i ordered a deluxe big breakfast, extra hashbrown and large orange juice.
i paid for it no problem of course.
i got to the window.
they made me wait a whole 5 minutes. (long in fast food time)
Then when the employee gave me the meal she forget the drink and the forks and knives.
she went back for the drink. okay satisfactory.
i wound up buying plastic forks at the dollar store in case this even comes up again.

next time i wont assume that the breakfast will be ready so fast.
next time i wont assume that forks, knives are part of the deal.

Is McDonalds a perfect fast food place? No it's not meant to be perfect.
It is good enough to keep me coming back since kindergarden.
That was over 40 yeras ago.
Not bad considering it was very busy.

Did not receive item paid for
On Wednesday 03/30/11 at approximately 3:15 P.M. my husband and I drove from Tiverton, R.I. to the Wm. S. Canning Blvd. McDonald's in Fall River, Ma. to order a meal to go. We purchased a #2 Value Meal with a medium Coca-Cola and 2 Cheeseburgers
and one order of french fries from the Dollar Value Menu. The total was $8.32. We placed our order at the drive through. I wish to
point out that both the cashier at window #1 and the food service person at window #2 were pleasant and friendly. We didn't check the
bag before leaving and noticed that once we got home (7 miles away across the state line in R.I.) that we didn't get all of the food we paid for. I was missing one of the dollar cheeseburgers. I know it seems silly to complain about a single burger but I really like McDonald's food and was disappointed. Anyway, your staff at that location is always friendly and courteous which is one of the reasons we go to that McD's. but perhaps it was an oversight, and I should have checked my order before getting back on the road.

discrimination
I have been working for McDonalds for almost two years. I have been told im getting promoted but it never happens. My assistant manager started when i did?! I get write ups all the time and there not my fault.
For example. I taken orders in drive thur and the money which is my responsibility. If any is missing i have to pay it back. So today, March 31st 2011, a new manager in training gets a key, opens my drawer, and takes money from it. I asks him what is he doing. he tells me i overcharged someone, which i did im human i make mistakes. I tell him to make sure u ring it up as a refund so my drawer isn't short. He tells me he knows what he is doing. At the end of the day my drawer is $5 short and the gm threatened to fire me cause the new manager said i was being rude to him. So we have a little meeting with the gm assistant, and new guy after work and the new manager go off on me and tells me he doesn't have to tell me what he is doing in my draw and the gm agrees and lets the taunting continue. I just stood there and said okay to everything. Knowing no matter what i said i was wrong because of my color. Im the only one of my color in the whole store. The gm tells me all the time he doesn't like me and the assistant told me she wish i did come to work today. These are just a few things of what i go through everyday. I have no idea what to do.

communication
I went to McDonalds this morning and ordered 2 steak & cheese bagels sandwiches with no eggs, yet i was charged for 2 folded eggs, When i brought it to the cashiers attention she did not know what i was talking about, so then i had to proceed and show the receipt to the manager. The point i want to get across is that several McDonalds are in the urban neighborhoods where the majority of the employees do not speak english nor do they understand english and neither does the manager. I am truly tired of going to these McDonalds spending my money and have to argue everyday because the cashier does not speak english.Something needs to be done about this and it is not just this McDonalds its the majoriy of them, If you running abusiness i thought satisfying the customer is first priority but it is not. These cashiers get mad start yelling and speaking in there language and now you have the manager not doing anything. If these Franchises cant have a fluent English speaking employee for those of us who are not bilingual then they should not be open. This problem needs to seriously be looked into.

Wrong orders and uncalled for behavior
I've been to mcdonalds 9 times this year and all at the same location; and 7 of those times my order was wrong or food was missing. 2 days ago, they messed up again. I got tired of having to come back in after ordering food, so I angrily approached a cashier and demanded to speak with the manager. I finally talk to her and I said exactly this: "what is your guy's problem?!? I'm getting sick and tired of having to come in and get my order corrected!". In response, here's what she does, laughs at me and then walks off. I went back the next day to get her name to report her the the head manager if that mcdonalds-after getting said info I called the customer complaint department. No answer, left my name, number, area of restuarant; and no still no one called back yet. Yesturday, I find out that the head manager is that rude manager's husband!!! I can still complain about her, but that's not going to do no good because the head manager refuses to report her. Is there anything I can do?!? I am so close to start taking legal action against this situation that in a way disables my right to the 1st amendment. I want to file a complaint against her uncalled for behavior and no one is taking any action whatsoever
