Terrible service!
Complaint: Please note that is is not a one time incident as this complaint relates to numerous problem at this McDonald. I normally visit McDonalds at least 2 times a week as this one is close to were I work and I have visited for the last couple of months or so. However, I have yet to visit this restaurant without having some sort of problem. whether the food is cold, wrong drink, wrong order, fries half filled and seems like a problem with asked to fill it as it supposed to be. Just last week I ordered a value meal only to discover once I got home that the out of all things the sandwich was missing. This is by far the worst McDonald I have ever experience on a consistence basis and I even here my co working stating the same. I felt that this needed to be address as Enough is Enough!!!

Long wait and greasy double cheese burger and cold fries!
When i went through McDonald Saturday Dec.29,2007. First of all all i ordered was a double cheese burger meal i got pulled up to the line after waiting a couple of minutes, then they brought my food out to me and the burger was greasy and the fries was cold and the cashier had the nerve to have an attitude. I didn't have time to go back in because i was on my lunch break and i waited long enough for my order and i don't think customers should be treated like this at no restaurant and i love mcdonalds. Its actually one of my favorite fast foods but i will not continue to go there will treatment like this!

McDonalds unprofessional service!
Early December 2007 I visited McDonalds in Kabega Park Port Elizabeth South Africa around 5pm. I placed my order and 20 minutes later. I still not have received my order. I phoned there customer care line, and about 3 minutes later received my order. And returned home to my eagerly awaiting family. To our dismay we found the Chips (Pomme frittes) was stale and dried out. And the burgers were cold. I again phoned there customer care line and the lady apologized to offering a complementary voucher to entice us to return to Mcdonalds.
I thought this was great and felt that Mcdonalds at least tried to remedy the matter. However, That was the last time that I heard from Mcdonalds and need I say no voucher was received in the post as promised. What I did notice while in the store was that there was a young girl probably not yet 20 years of age and established that she was the manager making burgers. Was there manager more mature, Then I am sure that he or she would not be making burgers at a time of crises, but rather co-ordinate business.

Bad service!
Upon visiting the Sandbrook Park Rochdale Mcdonalds drive thru i was given the wrong order then told to park up and wait. After five minutes my order arrived and my two chocolate milkshakes contained no chocolate. I had to go into the store where i waited for fifteen minutes for replacements which in the end came as strawberry as the chocolate had apparently ran out. Whilst waiting for my drinks my food had gone cold and i had to listen to the staff using foul language.

Kid in danger!
It was about nine-thirty at night i went to inside to get something to eat, and I saw a kid about 10 years old jumping in a box right next to the french fry station. I thought to my self why would you have a kid back there with all that hot grease.

personal injure
I had a fall while with my grandson at a macdonalds in Langley, b.c. i had never been to this mcdonalds before and approached a booth from the back of it. i did not notice it was a step up booth as i was carrying a tray with two happy meals in tall boxes and i noticed the table was dirty. i told my grandson i would just set the tray down and then clear the table. i then tripped on the step up and fell on my writsts. one was cut and swolen and the other i had a previous injury that had healed and was redamaged. i have spent hundreds of dollars on treatment and medications. i still can't sleep at night without pain killers.
mcdonalds refuses to cover any of my medical expenses and in fact have been quite rude to me. they never offered any type of compensation, nor any condolences. i am thoroughly disgusted with this company and don't plan ever going there again.

Mistreatment
Apparently is isn't imparetive to protect and aknowledge that people, or peoples bearing children are to be considered a sensitive issue. You know, when the persons bearing and almost at there due date you continually find it imparative to work these preagnant persons 50 + hours. And when they don't feel well you tell them tough and to find someone to cover there shift. This goes for managers as well. Now.... when someone sues the owner for all there worth they may, just mabey, get the picture that those who wanted a family now have to deal with a loss. Just a hint into a possible future outcome. You know.... something to think about.

bad language, filthy rest.
As an employee and her boyfriend sat in the rest. they spoke clearly and loud enough about "mother fuckers, here & mother fuckers there ect.."give me some of dem chips bitch"...ect. I was extremely annoyed...I think she was a shift manager...the garbage cans were overflowing with trash, and the restrooms were filthy. Food littered the floor, some of it was dried to the floor. The food was barely hot ...fries were sort of cold and "Flat" from sitting around too long. Kid behind the counter was obviously smoking some good weed, glassy eyed moron who had to study the register to give me back my fortyfive cents. Their is a hidden lesson here for my kids, go ahead smoke dope and you can be a foul mouthed not knowing how to give the proper change idiot and still work at Mcdonalds. Maybe next week he will be a manager.....

Dress code for managers
I went to McDonalds in Newport New, VA this moring (11/17/07) @ 9:31am store #24707 located @ 12705 Jefferson Avenue. The store manager got out of a car not prepared for work. She was fixing her tie and her shirt was hanging outside of her pants. She came into the restaurant and did not wash her hands. She went behind the counter and then she proceded to gtive the customers their food, still not washing her hands. This was not sanitary. Workers need to wash their hands when they are coming in from outside and from using the restroom. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. A woman got on the pohne. I explained the incident to her. Her response to me was "Okay". She didn't apologize nor did she say she'll take care of the situation.
I would appreciate a call acknowledging that my complaint has been received and that there will be action taken.

Customer service
My son and I went to McDonalds on Sunday Nov.11 for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy. The person behind the counter did not get the order right the order took a long period of time with part of the order sitting on the counter to become cold while waiting for the rest of the order. Then we are told that there is no butter in the entire store for the hotcakes.During our breakfast one man became so frustrated that his order wqs wrong and that he had to wait for it to be corrected he just left the order on a shelf and left. I know that the few people who will not return which includes myself will not hurt company profits so it will not really matter, but in good conscience I cannot return to an establishment that does not appreciate my business
