Poor Service
We visited this restaurant, yesterday May 29---and, were----very upset with the service!!
To start with---we stood in ---line---for 30 min. ---before our order was taken!! There was---one cashier on duty!! The line-up was back to the entry door---probably at least 20 people!! A lot of people turned around and left (they were the smart ones)
Then----it took, at least another 15 min. to get our order! We have ----never seen such poor service in any McDonalds Restaurant we have ever been in!! (Also, the workers were not---wearing gloves while handling food!)

length of time wait
I stopped last night for what I though would be a fast drive through for the kids and I - an i.c. Sunday. the wait time was terrible! Especially w/ the gas prices. There were not too many cars in front of me but it took forever. They use to ask prob orders to pull off to the side and wait - they should have done that. This is not the 1st time they were slow- they need to watch their order fill time better. The only time they are fast is at the lunchtime rush during the wk. Too bad they don't have that at all meal times. store 124, saturday, 7pm (3/26/11)

Parking charge notice
Received a parking charge notice from MET Parking services of £50.00 when parked in McDonalds car park in which I was using their facilities, I met up with my mother and daughter in which I had not seen for a very long time so thought that time eating in a restaurant would not be restricted to how long we were in there having a bite to eat. I never left the premises in the 109 minutes I was there and feel that this notice should of not been given. Can I point out I live in Dorking Surrey so Middlesex is very new to me so not knowing the area I did not realize there was a time limit you could park there.
I hope you can help me out with this matter and look forward to your reply
Kind regards,

whats going on
I would like to know who keeps tabs on what goes on at the mcdonalds in samoa. So many times that I go there to get a soft serve the icecream is truely soft and served to you in a cup with the cone perched on top. If I wanted liquid I would order a shake. On a weekly basis, if you order any burger or chicken wrap that has lettuce, you will get either a burger full of cabbage or a mixture of cabbage and lettuce. If they run out of fries, they then serve you their own version, which are much thicker than normal fries. I went there tonight and recieved a big mac which was full of cabbage, fries that were not fries and a coke that had been sitting there for only God knows how long because all the ice was melted. I went with my children 2 days ago for a cone, needed to use the restroom and found that I couldnt because they were busy tiling the restroom. They are trying to renovate and at the same time keep the place open, therefore the place is dirty, dusty and no airconditioning, to sum up the place is a pathetic excuse for a mcdonalds and I am totally sick of putting up with it. I have complained many times but it goes nowhere. Also twice now, I have been waiting in the drive through and have seen a particular staff member wiping his face with the serviettes and then leave them on the counter for the next person too unknowingly put them in someones food bag. I told them and they just looked at me, like there was nothing wrong and they pre-make so many burgers that then sit there for ages. Surely there is a time limit on how long food products can sit there. Anyway, this has been going on for so long now, that I as a consumer am sick and tired of it and want something done about it. This mcdonalds has to be one of the most pathetic mcdonalds that exists. Please do your job and do something about this or we the consumers will have to see where we can take our worries and believe me, there are many of us here that have had more than enough of this place. So, please, please help us make them abide by the standards that all franchises are suposed to abide by. I would appreciate a reply from you asap, letting me know what you are going to do. Thankyou for your time.

Food Quality
My husband and I went to McDonalds for lunch today and to our surprise was very unhappy with the food we received. My husband ordered a s double quarter Pounder with cheese, the burger patties must have been left over from last night as they were hard and dry, and the burger was cold. My big mac was tasty with the exception that the bun was cold. We took this take out and drove 2 minutes from the Restaurant to a nearby park to enjoy our lunch, well the fries and shakes were great the burgers were just nasty. Have you gotten that big that customer care and quality dosen't matter any more...Come on I think a bit more care in the product cooking and preparations would be recommended on your part.
Next time I should look into another fast food chain if this continues.
Thanks for your time
Nancy

empolyee abuse
I was going to Mcdonalds at Madison street where i live at 6:15 am to buy breakfast and i witnessed a manager there man handle an employee yelling at him and making him bring down the chairs from the tables. She cursed at him in spanish. He is oriental. I was so turned off by this i decided to withdraw money from the atm and go elsewhere for my breakfast. I approached her and asked her several times if she was the manager. She said yes. I told her i was reporting her for abuse. Not only did she verbally attack me but as i walked out she came after me and threatened to beat me up. Cursing at me in spanish.I saw the look of fright in the employees eyes and told him not to be afraid i was reporting her. After work i went back and spoke to another manager and he told me she abuses that employee making him do extra work. And threatening with firing if he doesn't comply. The manager also told me he himself was new. And was trying to find employment in another place because she (manager) always curses and yells at the oriental empolyee.I am not the first customer she had problems with. She has yelled and threatened three other customers. "Mcdonalds is your friendly place" was a jingle they used years ago. Not for this employee it isn't. Abuse in the work place is unacceptable. This is not a third world country, this is America! No one should be subjected to this kind of "torture"

Continuing bad service
Hi, I frequently visit the drive through at McDonalds at Happy Valley in South Australia and every time there is either a product not available because the machine is broken, or we dont receive the food we ordered. Sometimes the burgers look like they have been thrown into the box and one visit the burger we ordered only had half a bun on the top! I would think any person making this burger would realise that half a roll just does not make a burger. We can never get the full menu we order because either the soft serve machine is broken or the freezee maching is in defrost, it is always something not working. This is not just a one off problem as I said I would visit this restaurant at least twice a week on the way home from sport, etc usually on a Thursday night which is when most of the problems have been occurring. Just today for example I went through the drive through and wanted sundaes and soft serves, the machine was not operating, I got home and my seared sweet chilli wrap was a crispy ceasar wrap. The chicken was dry and cold and I was extemely annoyed, again! Please can you do something about the quality of food coming from this restaurant and ask why these machines are continually breaking down.
Thanking you,
A Reynolds

Unsanitary Food Handling
My family and I visited McDonalds the the manager proceeded to bring our frenchfries to the tray, the fries were not covered with a napkin nor was she wearing gloves. She had her bare hands directly covering and touching the fries after touching other items and utensils. When confronted I was told her hands are clean and not given a refund. Sicked by this I threw the entire order in the trash. While doing so I observed this same individual wipe off her face, mouth and nose area with her bare hand then proceed to handle other customers food without washing her hands. I also noted none of the other managers and employees were wearing glove and not one was washing their hands after handling money and other utensils. I did not even observe a sink in the immediate food handling area.

Poor Hygeine, Poor Quality food
Restaurant is filthy...flies trapped in food display areas;dying and dead...overflowing garbages; filthy toilets; filthy floors; tables and chairs not wiped; windows dirty; broken tiles and equipment; 12 year olds trying to make coffee (just doesn't cut the grade) ...and ever since the green coffee has arrived it is obvious it is cheap crap that they are pretending is so much better for the environment when really it is just cheaper to buy from "rainforest alliance" blah blah blah

Poor service/no English spoken
I visted McDonalds off of I-95 South in Benson, NC today, 10-7-08. I felt like I was in a foreign country. No one behind the counter was speaking English. It was Spanish loud and irritating. This is the first McDonalds in which I have ever had such sorry service. The only thing the girl that took my order said to me was the amount I owed. There was no, "May I take your order, " or "Thank you" or anything else. She was just rude as was all the loud gibberish in Spanish going on behind the counter.
This will be my last visit to Benson's McDonalds. It has become Hispanic ville. And if this spreads to other McDonalds restaurants, I will mark them off my list as well.
American's should be required to speak English when working in a public establishment and courteous. (I'm assuming they are Americans)
Loud talking in a foreign language in a public eating place by employees is unacceptable and rude.
