poor service
I went to Mcdonalds Restaurant 1 morning to get a quick beakfast befor work, there was a short line up at the drive through, so i went inside, only 1 person in line, i put in my order & as i was waiting for about 15 min. as i watched numerous cars go through the drive thru, i noticed the young fellow filling orders for the drive thru wearing blue jeans sweatshirt & baseball cap packing food while constantly wiping his hands on his jeans & sweatshirt, lifting his ballcap running his fingers throught his hair, then i see him putting hashbrowns in deepfryer with his fingers. Ihad lots of time to see this because it took so long to get a single egg mcmuffin

Terrible experience
I received an order from the drivethru at Mcdonald's and proceeded to pull into a stall on their property. An employee was picking up garbage just seconds prior in that same particular stall I had just pulled into when I heard a loud, crunching noise under my tires. I had said to myself "That didn't sound good!" Then I turned off the engine and as I went to step out of the car I slipped on some glass from a bottle and lost my balance and slammed my shoulder into the car and injuring myself. I approached the employee cleaning the grounds and asked her why she had not cleaned it up or at least put something there to warn others. She claimed she wasn't aware of it yet she had just stood in that stall moments ago... only seconds prior!! Then I went to assess the damage and sure enough, there was a thick piece of green glass embedded in my tire. I pulled it out and proceeded to walk into the restaurant and asked for the manager and a young girl from behind counter replied "I'm the manager" I asked her if they have someone responsible for maintaining their property, she said yes and I had asked her when was the last time someone did their job because I just ran over some glass (evidence in hand) and now I may have a flat by tomorrow and I want to know if someone can clean it up because I have to back out and I prefer not to run over it again. There was large pieces and small crushed pieces under my tires which I tried to brush away with my feet. No one came out for a solid 7 mins when I walked back in and asked the manager "what's going on?" she said she wasn't going to pick glass out of my tires... 2 other employees behind her with their backs turned to me were laughing and whispering. I was angry and humiliated at this point when I said "Are you kidding me...do you think this is a joke? I directed this to the 2 employees and the manager then I told them they have wasted enough of my time and patience and I would appreciate someone cleaning up the glass. As I stood at the door that lead to behind the counter, thinking someone was coming out... the first employee I had an encounter with, approached the door and told me to leave and I told her I would file a complaint with their corporate head office if this situation wasn't rectified. She said she would tell them I was drunk... meanwhile I have a coffee order in the car getting cold as this drama unfolds. I can honestly say I was not drinking and I didn't appreciate this comment or behavior... I work with the public in a professional manner and I so choose the same respect from other people. I then left after brushing away the glass with a paper bag. The service I received was unacceptable and disrespectful.

Lack of cheese in the fish fillet!
It is Good Friday and my mom and I just brought 7 fish fillets for our family dinner at home. We went through the drive through and didn't realize this until we got home. Each of the sandwiches seemed like they had a slice of cheese because of how the cheese fell over the fillet on one side of the sandwich. Rest ashore, when the kids opened their sandwiches to remove some of the tartar sauce, we noticed that not only were the slices of cheese very, very thin, but that it was only 1/2 of slice. We checked all fish sandwiches just to confirm that maybe it was only on a few sandwiches but all sandwiches were made the same way. From now on, if i have to go to a fast food restaurant I am going inside and taking a look at my food before brining it home.

Bad Service, Rude Employees, Food
This restaurant is located @ `1909 Four Seasons Blvd., in Hendersonville, N.C.

I have had ongoing problems with this McDonalds.
On several occasions, I do not get what I ordered even after returning to the drive up window up to
three times trying just to get what I ordered. On a visit 6 weeks ago, I returned to the window three times, and the order was still not correct. I did not want to sit and check the order and hold up the line. I called the restaurant to complain and was not allowed to talk to a Manager, and was told by (Kim)
that it was my mistake because I did not order the
correct item. But that she would put my name in a
box and replace the item. I never returned to get it.
We were accustom to visiting this location several
mornings per week before school, and after having
so many problems with the orders, we stopped going.

Then 6 weeks later, I stopped to get my daughter her
bagel. I always request extra sauce because the bagel is so dry as I did this time. They put none on
the bagel, nor did they give me the extra I requested. I did check it at the window this time, ask
for the sauce. The clerk at the window, said "it's on
the bagel". I said no it is not! May I have some please. She then muttered something, gave me a
plastic contaniner with a teaspoon of sauce. She was
very rude. I have had many rude encounters there, we will never go back. All we expected was
what we ordered! I would have gladly paid them for
the extra sauce. I have paid up to 25 cents each for
extra sweet and sour sauce. Which I thought was
ridiculous. Obviously this Restaurant is intomaking
money by slinging at you whatever they want, and
are not interested in customer service or treating
customers with any appreciation. McDonalds has
left a bad taste in our mouth!

Terrible food!
Last weekend, I think it was 3rd Feb, I ordered a Quarter pounder meal with my husband. In the burger was only one transparent piece of gherkin and a sliver of onion ring about 1/2 inch long, on the pattie. In the picture on the wall the burger was bulging with salad. I took the burger back and the young man was arrogant and unhelpful. He gave me another one which was exactly the same. This time my husband took it back and was told "this is how we make them". Well, a quarter pound of what I don't know, certainly wasn't salad! I'll never go there again.

Uncooked food, unclean restaurant
My family and I went to the McDonalds restaurant located at 10-250 Shawville Blvd. S.E. Calgary to have supper on April 15, 2007 at 6:27 p.m. Customer service was lax and the restaurant did not have one clean table although there was several people on shift "hanging around" in the back doing little or nothing. There floors were littered with garbage. My son, when he had to go to the bathroom, found the facilities disgusting. When we ordered, it came out as we asked. I did not receive my receipt, the only proof that we had ordered is on my bank records. I was halfway through my crunchy chicken club when I bit into the raw center, It was cooked until that point. When I went to complain, I was not given the choice of my money back but given another sandwich. When I got home I went online to complain to the company and was informed I could waste time being on hold through the 1-800 number I was given or go through snail mail. We are a family that go to McDonalds at least once a month and have been quite satisfied with what they offer. This restaurant disappointed us. I was sick to my stomach all night.
