I always thought fast food meant fast food. I went to McDonald’s this morning around 530am. I only wanted two biscuits. After I paid for the biscuits I was informed at the second window there was a wait on biscuits and was asked to pull forward. After sitting there for two minutes, I decided to call into the restaurant. I was informed there was a five min wait. After being upset, I requested to speak to a manager. The manager was very rude. She informed me, McDonald’s does not prepare food until its ordered. SO that means, McDonalds cares more about there loss of food than its customer's. She then stated, they don’t start preparing food until 7am. So what that means is, McDonalds is not concerned about their customers, they are worried more about there bottom line. It was amazing to see cars actually driving off due to the wait. During breakfast time, aren’t all the McDonald’s sandwiches either egg muffin or biscuits? I cant believe she's even a manager. She never apologized for being rude. She had one of her associates bring me 2.05 with no proof of purchase or refund receipt. I went over to Burger King across the street, and the customer service was awesome. The lady was very professional, and guess what they had a ton of biscuits ready and waiting. What a horrible 530a.m morning, thanks McDonalds!!!

I try to order a burger and get second free with coupon at drive thru. I waited then asked how much it would cost. The girl says she didn't know and I would have to wait until I got to the window. While there, was told the one Burger, (Big Extra was $6.63. I said that seemed expensive for one burger, and could have gotten a full meal for that. The girl agreed. she was having trouble figuring out how to modify the register, then the owner comes up freaking out at the young girl, leaves, then comes back to the window freaking out at me, yelling never to come thru there again changing the order at the last minute, and a few other things. then walked away. I left with out anything obviously. If the girl could have told me the price at the order station I would not have changed it, and the only change was no cheese and bacon. This owner is very rude, with no sense of curiosity for his staff or his customers. I can assure you I will never eat at that restaurant again. Just frustrated with people like this owner. (Un real)!
