wrong order and caused my feance to go into the hospital with a elergic reaction. We have recipts. Then they messed up the order!
I ordered a 3 Double cheese burgers. 1 no onions and no mustard. 1 with extra mustard. and 1 with out onions. they Put extra mustard and onions on all and by the time we realized what happend we were rushing my feance to the er due to he is serverly elergic to onions. We looked at the recipt and it sayed what i ordered to the "t". We looked at the notes on the meals and they were right so how could they have messed up? when we went and told them about it they sayed "come back tommarrow we are closed." So I went back the nexted day and they told me its not there fault that there was a mix up. We even took the meals back and they through them out. with out doing anything to remburse us. this was at the mcdonnalds on main street in binghamton, ny 13905

Missing Food
I ordered two big breakfast meals, sub with bacon, orange juice and one bacon egg cheese bagel through the drive through. When I got home there were hotcakes and potatoes missing. I called the store manager whose name is Donny or Donnie and he told me that it was policy not to give me what I clamed was missing. Then he claimed that the potatoes are not included with the meals after which he retracted and said that it does. I’ve always choose to go to this location because this rarely happens at this location.
Sorry to say I am very upset to even go back and complain in person. If you ever want or need more money just ask, don’t take.

Terrible service and food
Went thru the drive thru noticed, no syrup no butter. Had to wait in line 10 min, food was cold, by this time asked for hot ones. Had to wait 15 min longer, asked for manager, told her what happened, asked for a refund. By this time, they lost my receipt and the pancakes and would not refund my money, I ended up leaving frustrated with nothing.
