My wife and I went to Mckendricks Steakhouse for a seldom night out away from the kids. We hadn't been for a while because of a not so good experience with Mckendricks Steakhouse food.

HOLY COW! We told the staff about our previous experience and all they did was make excuses and basically say it must have been our fault!!! Can you believe that?

Well to say the least...the rest of the evening was a nightmare. The staff treated us like crap. They told us how the economy had forced them to cut their staff (probably food quality also) and not give free food away.

Needless to say we will never go back to these egotistical idiots again! Try NY Prime, Bones, or Hal's instead. Anything is better tahn this place.
