This store is bad news. my son ordered a jacket 12-28-06 and to this date 01-30-07 (30 days) still hasn't received his order. I finally assisted him in calling every half hour still getting and answering machine which couldn't understand the person's message. Finally after 4 hours of calling i was able to talk to someone. After fully stating the disappointment in the company i did get a tracking number. Will have to wait to when it comes. Hoping we don't have to deal with them to send anything back. God for bid dealing with this business again. Stay away! Very poor operation.
