I had bought this on one of the group deals. After multiple calls and their promises to call back even though they didn't, I finally got an appointment. Nobody showed up and when I tried calling no one answered the phone. Once I finally was able to get a hold of someone to get an explanation, I received no apology and was told they had simply forgot to put my appointment in their system. Then I was told I would get a call back taht afternoon, still nothing. So I finally gave up and called the website I bought the deal from and asked for a refund (which they're giving). After reading the reviews, I'm glad I didn't go ahead and get this rescheduled. If the cleaning is as good as their customer service, they'll probably just leave bigger mess than they came in to. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!
