Relevant Yellow Complaint:

I was contacted by Sam Wynanas about getting on the front page pf Google to increase business sales. I was promissed to be on the front page of Google 3 times under the search terms "Phoenix Electrician" and "Electrician in phoenix". Once in the Pay per click area, once in the map section and once in the organics. All of this was to happen with in 6 weeks according to Sam Wyanas. I was charged approxamitly $250.00 for the initial service and $199.00 for eacr month forwards. He comped me the second month. Nothing has happened in regards to even getting close to the front page of google under these search terms, it is now the 3rd month. I called todayAugust 3rd 2009 and got the usual run around with all kinds of potential problems and they let me know that I was now on the front page of google under a different search term which has very little traffic and I did not agree to. I worked my way up to someone named Matt who claimed to be the vice president of the company. I told him my fustration and requested my money in return due to the complete fsilure to reach and of the goals set forth. After haering me he very coldly said, " Thanks for your time", and hung up. I am seeking to get reimbursed $450.00 for services not delivered by relevant yellow
