Stay clear of this product...and their shady customer service reps. After my 3rd attempt to close my account (of course I was given a different story each time), I was told that it would be in my "best interest" to keep the most recent shipment of product instead of returning it for a refund because they can only refund it if they receive the box, and "that doesn't always happen". These people are very manipulating and deceptive. Cindy Crawford sure smeared her name with this one. Mud on my face for being so dumb to order the product. First time ever buying from an infomercial...and my last!

I placed one order of skin care products. However, customer service is so poorly trained and uneducated that I received two orders. I returned the second package well over one month ago, but cust serv claims they haven't received it yet!!

It was returned to the Etobicoke office in Ontario, Canada.

Cust Serv said I have surpassed the 90 day money-back guarantee. In other words I have to pay for something I never ordered, returned back to Meaningful Beauty and will never use!!

I will never ever order anything from Meaningful Beauty- Guthy Renker again!!

Meaningful Beauty products are great but their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with!!! I loved the product enough to join their auto delivery service which has been a complete nightmare!

They billing isn't as they explained and at this point I should have gotten my latest auto delivery over 6 weeks ago and all customer service will say is that its on "back order"

DO NOT DO AUTO DELIVERY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! You will never get your products but they will charge you credit card.

This company continues to send product to me even though I have cancelled my membership over a year ago & have returned 3 shippments now. I am on my way to the post office to return my 4th package that I did not order from them today.

I do not recomend this monstrousity to anyone. I ordered the product and was told that I would only be charged $70 after she took my card info she stated I was going to be chared $70 plus $49 for the next two months, I told her she did not tell me that and she became even more nastier and denied she ever said it would only be $70, so she asked me if I wanted the lesser package of $50 I greed but asked her if she charged me the $70 she again very nasty said she did not charge me so it ends up she charged me for both, I asked for her name employee number and telephone number she mentioned she did not want me calling back to complain about her so she gave me a number that turns out to be an STD tests ordering line. When I have tried to contact them about it they said they have no way of tracing who placed the order ODD? It is like they are all in some sort of conspiracy together and covering up for one another, one girl told me that if I would like to speak to her manager, then said he was not there and that he would call me back but never did. I still have two charges that I am not happy with, I honestly only bought it because the girl from ncsi came on so I thought it might be a good idea I watch the show...I have to go through a lot to make money it is not right for these people to have orders or to take like that or even treat you like a piece of S*^@. I had one of the worst experinces in my life, and I still have to deal with trying to get my money back in full.. I really do not recomend this product to anyone..I should just try to find a melon lotion somewhere else
