i bought $130 of food today, the hamburger I boutht was sour I live 15 minutes away and put my groceries away as soon as I got h ome I put the hamburger in the refrigerator at 2:00 by 6:00 pm it had a rotton smell that I did not want to eat. This is not the first time this has happened. I bought steaks that went directly in the freezer and I am almost afraid to thaw them out and eat them for our family bbq this weekend. I have bought chicken and have felt the same way. I threw it in the garbage because it smelled so bad when I went to cook it. I do hope you will check out this store. Also when I ask for help finding anything I only get a glance and they point to where it should be. I know you are the cheapest place to buy groceries but I am thinking it might be worth spending more to get quality meat and produce. I tried to buy string beans by bulk and they had black spots all over them, luckily I did get an employee in produce that directed to me to pre packaged beans. He was probably the only employee that gave me a second glance while I was there. You really need some customer service. By the way while we are on the subject do you ever eat any of the meat? You really need alot of tenderizer and seasoning to overcome the taste that you could buy elsewhere. I made a dinner a dinner from some round steak that I usually buy from safeway and it was embarrasing to see it left on plates because it was so tough. chicken alwlays tastes like clorox can not make myself buy it there anymore. I was happy saving money but what I throw away is not saving anything
