Ordered product from Medi-Spa which was never received. Checked credit card statement after 1 week. No charge for product, but noticed that my credit card info had been stolen by someone who had made large charges (later Medi-Spa charge did show up on my credit card - took them over 1 week to put the charge through). Called customer service number from website, but it was a chat line. Challenged the charge and cancelled my credit card. Refund was issued. Don't know for sure that this was the source of my credit card info being stolen, but VERY suspicious.
