I received an email stating that I had purchased something at $69. Whilst I will acknowledge the first transaction on April 9 since I used my credit card and that transaction had a receipt where I can access my account using my username and password. The second transaction dated April 16, had another username and password. I tried the password recovery and used that and it came out as invalid username and password. I don't recall purchasing a second time using plimus and was shocked to find out I was billed a second time. The funny thing is it was under a different user name. One that had a lot of numbers.. Usually, we are asked what username we would like to use and I doubt anyone would use a username that had more than 10 numbers! And all in numbers. This is actually the 2nd time that I was charged without my knowledge. The first time they used another credit card under name. That was several months ago and was resolved. Now that I had purchased something actually (April 9), they do this to me a second time. Kindly look into this. below is a copy of the email :
