I paid for music down loads to stay leagal.The charge was 39.95 but I was charged an additional 17.88 for some kind of protection. when I went to this site there was no down loads or service to speak of. I have been having porblems with my computer ever since. I uninstalled most of the program but was unable to get all of the junk uninstalled. I would reall like my money back but don't feel that will happen since this scam site is hidden. However they are still operating and scaming more victoms.

Same deal as many others, website offered monthly charge of US$2.14 or thereabouts then billed my credit card US$46.00 or thereabouts. Tried the downloaded software and yes it does not work.
Sent them a request for cancellation and refund but obviously this wont happen so will contact bank and get them to reverse any charges to my credit card from these fraudsters.
My only question is how come they are still able to operate after complaints already laid by others with various authorities???

On the website the offer unlimited Acces - 7 day Trial with Optional Lifetime Purchase for a total of 1.38 EUR and when I pay it by credit card from my account was substracted 40, 41 Eur and memebership wasn´t work it still write unpayed.
