Last October of 2009 I started making a series of five payments to National Publishers Exchange in the amount of $78.98 for a device called a Medical Alert. There was to be a sixth payment automatically deducted from my bank account however that never happened. I never received the device either. The bank informed me that I needed to contact Reader's Digest and after spending a great deal of time with them on the phone they informed me that I needed to get in touch with National Publisher's Exchange.
I need assistance in how to attempt to be refunded and to whom I make a complaint. I have made several calls to no avail.
