They doesn't pay bills
On December 20, 2009 I submitted the my receipt I paid for the eye exam to Clearone HMO.They cover $120.00.After several telephone conversation urging them to get paid I have not received any payment.Just "runarounds".Today is March 14 2010 and still no check. They, however acknowledged receipt of my request with promisses to pay next day after I called. No payment whatsoever.

Misrepresentation
I start with this insurance company March 2009, they started taking 117.00 out of my account in march, I was not told that I had to wait 30 days to see my doctor either. William, who was the guy that I talked to and when I tried to call him the 2nd time, the representative would not let me talk to him, I had to go thru someone that had no clue and was not helpful to me at all, he was suppose to be a supervisor to William. Anyway, to make this story as short as possible, I cancelled my so call coverage with Homeland in July and received a bill from my doctor who is in network according to this guy William but the funny thing about this whole picture, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IN MARCH ok? NOW AFTER I CANCELLED IN JULY, I RECEIVED A BILL FROM MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PAY MY BILL FOR 110.00. since march people, what the hell were they waiting for? They did not pay office visit, my lab bill or nothing. WHAT WAS I PAYING FOR. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK SINCE I WAS NOT COVERED AND THEY DID NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING. all of my money I want, this is truly what you call being ripped off!!!
