I requested a 2-week free trial of MediColonCleanse and after just a few days realized that I was not going to be able to use it even though I adjusted the recommended dosage several times from the suggested 3 capsules/day. I emailed the company on 4/13/09 to cancel any future shipments. They did not honor this request and sent out a new bottle @ $74.93 billed to my credit card. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the claim. On 5/12/09 my credit card was again billed $74.93 and I was shipped another bottle. I have never opened the packages and have requested return information. My credit card company provided me with a phone number and I called PMA...I was treated very rudely and was told that the only way to cancel future shipments was via phone even though their internet info stated that either email or phone cancellation was allowed.

I have never been able to get a hold of anybody thru that telephone #. I live in Puerto Rico and that phone doesn't work from here. Needless to say I was never able to ask for a RETURN #, and therefore I have already been charge $89.92 on 9/21/09. I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT IN THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF SOUTH FLORIDA AND CANCELLED BY VISA CARD TO AVOID ANY FURTHER CHARGES.
