This is the first time I have ever been so scammed when purchasing anything online! My husband asked me to order the Medicus PowerMeter that he saw commercial for $9.95 with Free S/H. They offered a second one for $1.00, so I bought that too. I entered my credit card info, continued and kept getting all kinds of offers which I declined and checked out. I waited for the invoice confirmation email and it came shortly thereafter. NO INVOICE OR AMOUNT PAID! Hum... I called immediately and was told they didn't know why the amount was not on the confirmation. "#1"! You can figure out what the numbers are for.

The box arrived with the two meters and several "FREE DVDs" and the meter's book! Still disturbed by the lack of cost, I checked our credit card and found we had been billed $80.75 and a second charge of $19.95 + $9.95 S/H for the second meter! "#2"

My husband said the meters were junk and to return them! I sent them confirmed mail, so I would be sure to know they arrived, another $6.75! Our credit card was only credited for $90.75 because the S/H is "non-refundable". 100% satisfaction guaranteed = " #3"

Okay, fine... fool me once but never twice... HA! Yesterday we received a "WELCOME TO GOLF LIFE" membership! Free for 30 days, NO information about how much would be billed to OUR CREDIT CARD after that! I called immediately and was informed we hadn't been billed 'yet'! That charge would have been $9.94 per month! I cancelled and demanded a confirmation number, which was not offered. I was told that this offer was in the Terms & Conditions that I agreed to when buying the meters. "#4"

After reading some of these complaints, I decided to call back and ask what other "deals" I had been signed up for and who else had our CC info. Turns out, we were also signed up for a Video Membership, which costs $9.94 per month! I cancelled that one too and demanded another confirmation number.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course, none were available! Lie #5 I said I would wait on the phone and eventually Jaime answered. I demanded that they remove our credit card information from their files and got another confirmation number for that phone call!

Believing that it was all done, I relaxed a bit! Today, I get an email offering this: "A SPECIAL OFFER FROM MEDICUS GOLF
Get all of this - the 2 Medicus PowerMeters - PLUS EVERYTHING YOU SEE BELOW - for under $10 + FREE SHIPPING!!!" "#5"

I unsubscribed and am saving that email for documentation! No mention of the additional payments or the memberships you will be signed up for! See screen prints below of the email I received today! Ugh... more deception!

You should think twice before ever ordering anything from Medicus Golf! It looks like they are trying to cover their rears in the portion of the T & C that I copied and pasted below! I hope that enough of us can join together to file a class action law suit to stop this deceptive company.
