Consumers state they order a free 30-day trial supply and either cancel their membership within the 30 days per company policy, or are not aware that they are enrolling in an automatic shipment program, and are charged for unordered items. Other complaints state that consumers order a free 30-day supply and receive a 90-day supply and are charged for the extra 60-day supply. Consumers state they are having difficulties obtaining a refund.
