I sent a request to medscheme life to change my banking details from savings account to a new account which is a cheque account for the debit order to go off on the 20th of May 2009. I then got confirmation letter stating that the debit order will be in place for the 20th May 2009 to go off on the new cheque which I had requested them to debit, the 20th of May came & the debit order still went through the wrong account, I thought the debit order would most likely go off from my cheque account in the following month, but still went off from the savings account. The debit orders are still returning unpaid & I haven't followed up with them as to why this is happening, this is seriously inconviniencing me, cause I had transferred money into my savings account last week on the 21 August 2009 so I can save money, but to my suprise the account was debitted again with r125.00 plus other debit order unpaid fees, so you can just imaging how frustrated I am cause I have unpaid charges which are not suppossed to be. All I want is for Medscheme to cancel that Policy & reverse all the bank charges for the unpaid amount as well as what they have debitted from my savings account.
