I went to them for a full body package where i was supposed to get 8 treatments but after 4 i realised their whole process was ineefective, in fact the technician Cathy was even fired because of incorrect procedures being followed.
But inspite of asking for a re-do or a refund since last one year i have not got any response from them.Every time i go there they make me wait & promise to get back but never do...all calls go unanswered into their answering machine!
I paid 6000 dollars all at one go in good faith but today i really dont know how to get a solution for the whole mess i got myself into...people BEWARE of this unprofessional company.
