order a free trail online of RezXtra received my free trail then $86.87
was taken from my checking account. I have been trying to contact the company for a refund but i get placed on hold for 30mins then i get disconnected. I have called 4 times now. still no one is answering

I originally ordered a free trial of 60/caps, pay only shipping & handling. I received that order, no problem. Then before 30 days were up I had a charge of $89 charged to my debit card, for a claim that I had ordered a subscription to the product, evidently there was fine print, which between the on line notice and the voice message you get when you call this company one states within 21 days to cancel, phone message says within 24. I sent a letter to the company to please cancel all and future orders. The kick is I haven't received this $89 bottle of capsules yet, it has been over a week. The first order I received within days of charge on my card. I have called again, but only able to leave a message and of course they did call during my work hours and I was unable to call at work. I want this product shipped, so as I can follow their return policy to recoup the monies. This is just another one of those on line companies, located somewhere no one knows and it is frustrating. I do realize I made the mistake of not reading the fine print, BUT I should receive this product. Otherwise, how will I be able to return. Very angry and annoyed, I. as well as many other Americans, don't just have $89 floating around. These companies should be fined.

I was watching TV when this program came on advertising RezXtra for dieting and something else for slowing down age and also said one could call in for a sample which I did..
A week or two went by and I received a sealed (STILL IS) plastic bottle with 60 capsules of 100mg Resveratrol which I had no knowledge of and was waiting to take this to my Cardiologist for evaluation.
Anyway In was checking my bank statement and saw this unauthorized
withdrawal of $88.00 I called this company 877-785-5508 and could not talk to a supervisor as none were present.
Also I was told that I paid to have this mailed to me monthly to make me lose weight and not age, heh heh God I am 80 years of age and weight 205 lbs 5' 10" tall.
I would like to get my money back as I am on Social Security and I will mail this unopened bottle back to them.
