Just got off the phone and after trying to explain to the woman I had two brand new (unopened, still postmarked) boxes of supplies I wanted to return. I have a balance of $329 and found out I was still on the automatic shipment plan. I called over a year ago to have that particular service stopped. Now I am stuck with more supplies than I know what to do with and a bill I can't pay. She said the supplies can only be returned within 30 days... Well, had the woman I talked to last year done what I asked, I wouldn't be in this boat to begin with!!! I am so irate because I was under the impression I had to call and order supplies. I was always confused when I received shipments when I didn't order them but now I know why and I'm screwed. I cannot wait to change pumps and companies!!
